The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the enforcement of rehabilitation sanctions against narcotics users at the Central Java Regional Police and to identify and analyze the obstacles in law enforcement of rehabilitation sanctions against narcotics users at the Central Java Regional Police. This study uses a sociological juridical approach, with descriptive analytical research specifications. The data used are primary and secondary data which will be analyzed qualitatively. The research problems were analyzed using the theory of justice and the theory of expediency. The results of the study conclude that looking at the criminal provisions of Article 127 paragraphs (2) and (3), it can be concluded that judges in deciding cases referred to in Article 127 paragraph (1) are required to pay attention to the articles that regulate rehabilitation provisions so that later addicts and victims Drug abusers can be rehabilitated. The obstacles that come from the government, it is stated that there are 5 (five) obstacles, namely: a) There has not been a special place for addicts and victims of narcotics abusers to rehabilitate, b) The problem of rehabilitation costs for convicts of abuse cases narcotics, c) There is no rehabilitation center appointed by the Government, d) There is a difference in information between the defendant, witnesses and the results of the criminalistic laboratory. e) An execution problem occurred

E-Puskesmas is an application for health services developed to provide basic services to the community. In the Pemancungan health center there are several problems in the information system, such as inaccurate information caused by the ineffective e-Puskesmas system. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the e-Puskesmas system using the PIECES method (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency & Service). The study was conducted on July 2 to August 2, 2018, the type of research was qualitative with a phenomenology approach, the informants in this study were 6 people. All informants were examined using guidelines for in-depth interviews and observations. Analysis in data processing is done by using collaizi. The results of the analysis found that the implementation of e-Puskesmas was classified as good, although in the implementation of e-Puskesmas there were still some obstacles to the network such as speedy connections that were not optimal other than the security of e-puskesmas access using shared username and password accounts and patient waiting times the old one because the network has a problem. The use of the e-Puskesmas application has been going well but there are still obstacles that interfere with the work of the officers, need to be reported and followed up periodically and should be evaluated on the e-puskesmas system in the patient data input process so that it can improve effectiveness and efficiency in service

In the process of resolving the problem of victims of marital rape or victims of forced sexual relations in marriage which is generally lay law, of course requires assistance, one of which is legal assistance. This research aims to find out the role and mechanism of legal assistance against victims of marital rape conducted by the Women Crisis Center Mawar Balqis Cirebon which is reviewed from Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence and obstacles and efforts in legal assistance to victims of marital rape conducted by the Women Crisis Center Mawar Balqis Cirebon. The research method uses a sociological juridical approach. The results of this study, namely 1) Women Crisis Center Mawar Balqis Cirebon has a very important role in carrying out legal assistance to victims of marital rape who are unfamiliar with the law. 2) the legal assistance mechanism for victims of marital rape is carried out on the basis of the wishes of the victims. 3) obstacles in carrying out legal assistance to victims of marital rape, namely obstacles arising from victims, families, the community, the state and the existence of inappropriate understanding of religious teachings. Then, the efforts made are by reviewing the arguments that textually corner one party and the existence of education (learning)

This study aims to determine the Market Penetration Strategy and implementation of Yakult Center Dumai 1,To find out the obstacles and solution in implementing the Yakult Lady sales strategy in Dumai 1. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, which is to explain systematically and describe accurately and clearly. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of research that have been carried out show that Market penetration strategy through the sale of Yakult Lady in Dumai are Promotion Upgrade, Increase Usage, Barriers to Entry, Think out of the box. Yakult lady always has tricks and ways to increase promotion and quality. The way to increase usability is also done by the yakults through direct activities by making stands at certain events or places.Yakult Lady also faced several obstacles, namely product, weather, and external factors (Family). For the obstacles faced by Yakult Center Dumai I also has a way or solution to overcome this problem, namely as Lady Yakult we explain to consumers that 1 bottle only contains 6.5 billion LC. Only with 1 bottle, you can maintain intestinal health for 2 days

The Casimir effect as scattering problem

We show that Casimir-force calculations for a finite number of non-overlapping obstacles can be mapped onto quantum-mechanical billiard-type problems which are characterized by the scattering of a fictitious point particle off the very same obstacles. With the help of a modified Krein trace formula the genuine/finite part of the Casimir energy is determined as the energy-weighted integral over the log-determinant of the multi-scattering matrix of the analog billiard problem. The formalism is self-regulating and inherently shows that the Casimir energy is governed by the infrared end of the multi-scattering phase shifts or spectrum of the fluctuating field. The calculation is exact and in principle applicable for any separation(s) between the obstacles. In practice, it is more suited for large- to medium-range separations. We report especially about the Casimir energy of a fluctuating massless scalar field between two spheres or a sphere and a plate under Dirichlet and Neumann boundary conditions. But the formalism can easily be extended to any number of spheres and/or planes in three or arbitrary dimensions, with a variety of boundary conditions or non-overlapping potentials/non-ideal reflectors.Comment: 14 pages, 2 figures, plenary talk at QFEXT07, Leipzig, September 2007, some typos correcte

Wall following to escape local minima for swarms of agents using internal states and emergent behaviour

Natural examples of emergent behaviour, in groups due to interactions among the group's individuals, are numerous. Our aim, in this paper, is to use complex emergent behaviour among agents that interact via pair-wise attractive and repulsive potentials, to solve the local minima problem in the artificial potential based navigation method. We present a modified potential field based path planning algorithm, which uses agent internal states and swarm emergent behaviour to enhance group performance. The algorithm is used successfully to solve a reactive path-planning problem that cannot be solved using conventional static potential fields due to local minima formation. Simulation results demonstrate the ability of a swarm of agents to perform problem solving using the dynamic internal states of the agents along with emergent behaviour of the entire group
