Diplomová práce se zabývá problematiku řízení rizik v projektovém managementu. Soustředí se na projekt, který popisuje změnu procesu udělování dovolené a zavádí motivační systém pro zaměstnance. Práce je rozdělena do tří části. První část popisuje teoretická východiska na základě odborné literatury. Analytická část popisuje současný stav procesu, společnosti a identifikuje rizika. V návrhová části jsou navržena opatření ke snížení rizik v projektu a také jsou předložena doporučení, která zvýší pravděpodobnost přijetí navržených změn.The diploma thesis deals with the issue of risk management in project management. It focuses on a project that describes a change in the holiday process and introduces a motivation system for employees. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part describes the theoretical basis based on professional literature. The analytical part describes the current state of the process, the company and identifies the risks. The draft section proposes measures to reduce the risks in the project, and recommendations are made to increase the likelihood of adopting the proposed changes.

The project proposal in the enterprise

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem projektu výstavby nové haly. Práce obsahuje identifikaci záměru, cíle a výstupů, následné plánování a posouzení všech získaných informací. Analytická část se zaměřuje na představeníspolečnosti, průběh analýzy současného stavu a východiska analýzy, které se použijí při návrhu projektu.This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a project for the construction of a new hall. The work includes the identification of the intention, goals and outputs, subsequent planning and assessment of all information obtained. The analytical part focuses on the introduction of the company, the analysis of the current state and the basis of analysis, which will be used in the design of the project.

Project Design Application of SMED Methodology in the Company

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem projektu na zkrácení času přetypování stroje aplikací jedné z metod štíhlé výroby. V práci jsou specifikovány základní teoretické pojmy a metody projektového managementu a štíhlé výroby. Dále je analyzován současný stav vstřikovacího stroje a pracoviště. Hlavním výstupem diplomové práce je sestavený plán projektu.The master’s thesis considers a project proposal for reduce changeover time by application one of the lean manufacturing methods. The thesis specifies the basic theoretical concepts and methods of project management and lean manufacturing. It contains analysis of the current state of injecting moulding machine and workplace. The main output of the thesis is compiled the project plan.

Preparation of the Production Project

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na přípravu budoucího projektu, která zahrnuje identifikaci záměru, cíle, výstupů a následně jeho naplánovaní a posouzení veškerých získaných informací. Teoretická část se věnuje projektovému řízení a vysvětlení pojmů s ním spojených. Dále práce představuje společnost a předcházející projekt SafeShore, ze kterého jsou čerpány výstupní data pro analýzu, na kterých je založeno celkové naplánování tohoto projektu.This bachelor thesis focus on project preparation, that includes identification of project’s purpose, target and outputs, also planning itself and evaluations of each obtained information. The theoetical part deals with project management, explination of terms associated with the management. In addition, the thesis introduces the company and the previous SafeShore project that provides output data for the analysis, wich are the core for planning the whole project.

Na základě analýz podnikového prostředí a klíčových teoretických východisek z oblasti projektového řízení, přináší analyzované společnosti návrh plánu projektu, využitelného pro jeho případnou budoucí realizaci.Diploma thesis creates the project design for e-commerce implementation in the selected company together using the tools and methodologies of project management. Based on an analysis of the business environment and key theoretical background of project management, it brings in the draft plan project, usable for its future company‘s implementation.

Project Risk Management for OP RDE

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá řízením rizik jedné z klíčových aktivit projektu Informovanost a publicita Operačního programu Výzkum, vývoj a vzdělání. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny důležité pojmy, související s operačními programy, upřesnění informací o operačním programu Výzkum, vývoj a vzdělání a popsána problematika řízení rizik. Pro analýzu Ministerstva školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy jsou použity analýzy SLEPT, 7S a SWOT. Pro ohodnocení rizik je použita metoda RIPRAN. Na základě výsledků této metody jsou navrženy doporučení a postupy pro snížení, případnou eliminaci shledaných rizik. Tyto návrhy by měly pomoci zefektivnit nejenom tento projekt, ale i do budoucna další projekty podobného rázu.This master´s thesis deals with risk management of one of the key activities of project Information and publicity of Operational Programme Research, Development and Education. Important terms linked to operational programs specifying information about operational program Research, Development and Education and description of Risk Management matters are explained in theoretical part. Analysis SLEPT, 7S and SWOT are used for Department of Education, Youth and Physical Training. Method RIPRAN is used for risk assessment. Recommendations and proceedings for minimisation or eventual elimination of found risks are based on results of this method. Those suggestions should help to action not only this project but future projects of similar this nature.

Implementation of ERP System Using Methods of Project Management

Diplomová práce se zabývá implementací ERP systému v dané společnosti s využitím metod projektového managementu. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na nejdůležitější oblasti z projektového managementu a podstatu ERP systémů. Následně jsou provedeny strategické analýzy společnosti. Stěžejní část diplomové práce obsahuje konkrétní návrh projektu implementace ERP systému, jehož součástí je analýza rizik, časová analýza a stanovení rozpočtu.The master´s thesis deals with implementation of ERP system in the company using project management methods. The theoretical part is focused on the most important areas of project management and the essence of ERP systems. Afterwards there are carried out strategic analysis of the company. The main part of thesis contains the specific proposal of project of implementation of ERP system which includes risk analysis, time analysis and budgeting.

Analysis of the Management System of the Selected Company and Proposals for the Improvement

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a zlepšení managementu kvality ve společnosti. V teoretické části práce je popsána řada metodických analýz zaměřených na hodnocení právě managementu společnosti, kdy za výchozí byla zvolena a detailně rozebrána norma ČSN EN ISO 9001, jejímž požadavkům je společnost podrobena a pro vybrané nedostačující jsou v závěru práce vytvářeny návrhy pro jejich naplnění.This diploma thesis focuses on the analysis and improvement of quality management in chosen company. The theoretical part of the thesis describes several methodological analyzes evaluating the company's management. As main analysis was chosen the standard ČSN EN ISO 9001 and to whose requirements the company is assessed. In thesis’s conclusion are for selected identified insufficiencies created solutions for their fulfillmentt.

Project Risk Management in a Selected Banking Institution

Diplomová práce se zabývá řízením rizik projektu poloautomatizovaného systému pro schvalování úvěrů v bankovní instituci. První část práce je tvořena teoretickými východisky pro projekty a řízení rizik. Analytická část se skládá z kritické analýzy Sberbank CZ a.s. a popisuje současný stav schvalování úvěrů u tohoto subjektu. V poslední kapitole je navržen projekt na nový schvalovací systém. Součástí projektu je identifikace a kvantifikace rizik s návrhy opatření na jejich odstranění či snížení.This master thesis deals with the project of half-automated loan approval process in the bank. The first part consists of theoretical project issues and risk management. Analytical part consists of critical analysis of Sberbank CZ a.s. and describes current practise of loan approval process. In the last part, there is suggested the project for the new approval process (system). The important part of the project is identification and quantification of risks and following proposals for measurements for risk elimination or decrease.
