    The object of investigation is the process of managing of operating activities of Apple, Inc. The aim of the work is to formulate theoretical approaches and to develop practical recommendations on directions of improvement of operating management at the organization. Research methods cover methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, detailing, system approach. This master’s research paper analyzes the operational management of Apple, Inc. and provides recommendations for it’s improvement.     Understanding new venture market application search processes: A propositional model.

    Technology-based ventures are confronted with complex decisions on how to apply their technology platform in highly uncertain and ambiguous market environments. Based on four case studies, a dynamic decision model is developed in which we highlight the similarities between the search and learning processes in venture development contexts and in new product development contexts. This entrepreneurial search and learning process is understood as consisting of sequences of episodes – characterized by uncertainty and ambiguity - and scripts – i.e. approaches to market application search.     The COVID-19 outbreak, which started in 2020 and has continued globally since then, has largely changed the way human beings live and work, and has also caused different impacts and effects in various industries. The purpose of this project is to develop a new marketing plan to address the decline in operating revenue and profit of Oriental Yuhong Company in 2022. This thesis uses literature review method, case study method and questionnaire method, and conducts external, internal and competitive analysis, and uses 4P marketing model to formulate a new marketing plan. The final conclusion of this thesis: Firstly, the company needs to reposition the new product market and focus on R&D innovation. Then, vigorously develop the application of the Internet, improve the enterprise network information system, and establish the service system of O2O marketing mode. And it should pay attention to the change of consumer demand in key markets and keep up with the change of policy and general environment.O surto de COVID-19, que começou em 2020 e tem continuado a nível mundial desde então, alterou em grande medida a forma como os seres humanos vivem e trabalham, tendo também causado diferentes impactos e efeitos em vários sectores.     Bridging Sales and Services Quality Functions in Retailing of High Technology Consumer Products

    High technology product sales are positively associated with performance of retailers and distributors in terms of customer service quality, growth in sales and increase in market share. This paper aims at analyzing the impact of retail sales strategies and performance of customer services on customer acquisition, retention and sales growth of high technology consumer products of the high technology consumer products retailers and distributors in Mexico. This paper discusses the triadic relationship of customer- retailer-distributor in the high technology consumer products market segment in reference to the SERVQUAL factors which establish services quality encompassing tangibility, responsiveness, trust, accuracy and empathy. Results of the study reveal that the customers perceive better quality of the relationship in a given frame of functions that are performed effectively by the distributor lowering the extent of conflicts thereof. The discussions in the paper argue that high conformance of quality services delivered by the distributors and value added customer relationship is instrumental for retailers in acquiring new customers and retaining existing customer by augmenting the customer life time value.High technology products sales, customer services, SERVQUAL, customer-distributor relationship, customer value, distributor performance
