    Customers' intention towards O2O food delivery service under the different characteristic of customer group – a case study of Suzhou Industrial Park

    Two research questions are identified and discussed. Relevant factors that influence the customer preferences were selected as research objects, data collection was based on 348 valid questionnaires, SPSS software was used for data analysis by the means of the multivariate logistic research model. Customer intentions include delivery payment, delivery time, food quality and brand trust. Customer reviews are related to customer preferences. The delivery payment is the most important factor when customers use food delivery service, but different groups of people have different tendency compared with their counterparts. All variables are designed based on baseline categories; the outcome of the model is only significant while comparing two groups of variables. Multivariate logistic research model is used to find customer preferences under the different characteristic of customer groups based on questionnaires and tries to forecast the possibility of the tendency of one targeting customer group in Suzhou Industrial Park. This research conduct a questionnaire on the Suzhou industry park, the respondents are mainly students and white collars customers, the characteristics of respondents are typical in this area

    The efficiency of working capital management in the logistics industry using the O2O model: the case of SF Group

    This dissertation first summarizes and analyzes the operational environment of the logistics industry. Combined with the characteristics of the industry, the management of working capital and its present situation will be analyzed. Shunfeng Group Co., Ltd. (SF Group) is selected as the research object. Based on financial data from 2013 to 2016, the working capital management efficiency of the company is studied and analyzed in terms of the proportion of the working capital factor and the turnover efficiency of working capital. Then it analyzes the development of the working capital management level of this company in the Online-to-Offline (O2O) model, and based on that, it analyzes the main factors that affect the efficiency of the working capital management of SF Group using the O2O model, and finally puts forward some corresponding suggestions based on the case performance. In the end, based on the case analysis, different suggestions are proposed on how to optimize the working capital management efficiency of the logistics industry using the O2O model: reasonable offline store investment; optimize warehouse construction; accelerate the construction of intelligent logistics and optimize the business structure; optimize the cold-chain logistics system; improve the service system level; formulate reasonable credit policies; select reasonable financing methods; obtain government support.Esta dissertação primeiro resume e analisa o ambiente operacional do setor de logística. Em conjunto com as características da indústria, a gestão fundo de maneio e sua situação atual serão analisadas. A SF Group é selecionada como o objeto de pesquisa. Com base em dados financeiros de 2013 a 2016, a eficiência da gestão do fundo de maneio da empresa é estudada e analisada em termos da proporção do fator fundo de maneio e da eficiência da rotação do fundo de maneio. Em seguida, analisa o desenvolvimento do nível de gestão de fundo de maneio desta empresa no modelo O2O e, a partir disso, analisa os principais fatores que afetam a eficiência da gestão do fundo de maneio da SF Group no modelo O2O. Finalmente apresenta algumas sugestões com base nas conclusões do caso. No final, com base na análise de casos, diferentes sugestões são propostas sobre como otimizar a eficiência da gestão do capital de giro do setor de logística sob o modelo O2O: investimento razoável em lojas offline; otimizar a construção do armazém; acelerar a construção de logística inteligente e otimizar a estrutura de negócios; otimizar o sistema de logística da cadeia de frio; melhorar o nível do sistema de serviço; formular políticas de crédito razoáveis; selecionar métodos de financiamento razoáveis; obter apoio do governo

    The COVID-19 outbreak, which started in 2020 and has continued globally since then, has largely changed the way human beings live and work, and has also caused different impacts and effects in various industries. The purpose of this project is to develop a new marketing plan to address the decline in operating revenue and profit of Oriental Yuhong Company in 2022. This thesis uses literature review method, case study method and questionnaire method, and conducts external, internal and competitive analysis, and uses 4P marketing model to formulate a new marketing plan. The final conclusion of this thesis: Firstly, the company needs to reposition the new product market and focus on R&D innovation. Then, vigorously develop the application of the Internet, improve the enterprise network information system, and establish the service system of O2O marketing mode. A conclusão final desta tese: Em primeiro lugar, a empresa precisa de reposicionar o mercado de novos produtos e concentrar-se na inovação de I&D. Depois, desenvolver vigorosamente a aplicação da Internet, melhorar o sistema de informação da rede da empresa e estabelecer o sistema de serviço do modo de marketing O2O.     Research on the emission reduction decision of cost-sharing logistics service supply chain in the O2O model

    As an effective way to realize energy savings and environmental protection, cost sharing is gradually becoming an important measure to reduce emissions in the logistics service supply chain under O2O mode in recent years. How to conduct contract selection and design optimization under the cost-sharing situation, and then improve the operational efficiency of the logistics service supply chain is an important issue that needs to be addressed. Firstly, based on the initial market demand for logistics, this paper involves the influence of both online logistics service integrators and onsite functional logistics service providers on logistics market demand in terms of emission reduction and platform brand image and develops a model based on the logistics service demand function in the O2O mode. Secondly, for the role of online and onsite emission reduction services in multi-cycle continuous cooperation to enhance the platform integrator’s brand image, a cost-sharing differential game model between online and onsite services is developed to facilitate providers’ adoption of high-quality emission reduction services. Finally, the HJB equation is used to compare the non-cooperative Nash game, the cost-sharing Stackelberg game, and the cooperative game to make the optimal abatement decision, the optimal benefit, and the cost-sharing ratio of the abatement service supply chain in the non-cooperative Nash game, the cost-sharing Stackelberg game, and the cooperative game. By comparing the results of the three games, we find that the optimal onsite and online abatement service decision is related to the cost, marginal revenue, and the impact of the service on demand; the abatement cost-sharing contract and cooperation are both better than the non-cooperative independent decision state, which can effectively guide the provision of high-quality onsite abatement service and improve the revenue of both parties involved in the logistics service supply chain and the total system’s revenue in the O2O mode. Compared with the cooperative game model, the cost-sharing contract can more effectively facilitate close cooperation between the actors, and the relationship between onsite and online marginal revenue affects the improvement of both parties’ revenue. The findings of the study can provide useful managerial insights for the selection and design optimization of abatement contracts for logistics service supply chains considering cost-sharing via the O2O model

    Synergetic value-driven innovation in business model of organic agriculture in China: a case study of IGARDEN

    The innovation of business model is an important way for enterprises to gain competitive advantages and achieve sustainable development. With the rapid development of organic agriculture, an increasing number of scholars started to pay more attention to the research on the business model innovation of organic agriculture in recent years. However, most of the studies took the western developed countries as research objects, while research on cases of China’s local entrepreneurs are not often to be found. In order to develop Chinese organic agriculture’s business model innovation theory and to guide the practice, this thesis selects IGARDEN as the research object, and with a value-created perspective we explore the innovation process, path and essential characteristics of its business model by a case study method. Through the case study of IGARDEN, the result shows that: (1) The business model of IGARDEN follows the evolution from product-based to platform-based; (2) IGARDEN’s business model innovation follows the logic of value creation, and the core of value creation is the expression of product value, the increase of platform value and the accumulation of sustainable value; (3) The emergence of synergistic value expands the border of value creation activities, promoting the innovation process of business model. Driven by Synergetic Value, the value creation carrier of IGARDEN has thus facilitated the emergence of new business models; (4) The process of business model innovation in IGARDEN is essentially an iterative process based on value creation, value synergy and value upgrading. The research result has contributed to the potential enrichment of theories related to business model innovation through a specific scope of the business model innovation within the organic agriculture industry of China, and it can be a guide of forming business model innovation strategy for entrepreneurs facing similar business environment as described in the case.A inovação do modelo de negócios é um método importante para as empresas obterem vantagens competitivas e alcançarem o desenvolvimento sustentável. Com o rápido desenvolvimento da agricultura orgânica, um número crescente de estudiosos começou a prestar mais atenção à pesquisa sobre o modelo de negócios da agricultura orgânica nos últimos anos. No entanto, a maioria dos estudos levaram esses países ocidentais desenvolvidos como objetos de pesquisa, enquanto a pesquisa sobre casos de empreendedores locais chineses não costuma ser encontrada. Para desenvolver a teoria da inovação do modelo de negócio da agricultura orgânica chinesa e orientar a prática, esta tese seleciona o IGARDEN como objeto de pesquisa e, com uma perspectiva de valor, exploramos o processo, caminho de inovação e as características essenciais de seu modelo de negócio. Através do estudo de caso do IGARDEN, o resultado mostra que: (1) O modelo de negócio do IGARDEN segue a evolução de baseada em produto para baseada em plataforma; (2) A inovação do modelo de negócios do IGARDEN segue a lógica da criação de valor, e o núcleo da criação de valor é a expressão do valor do produto, o aumento do valor da plataforma e o acúmulo de valor sustentável; (3) O surgimento de valor sinérgico expande a fronteira das atividades de criação de valor, promovendo o processo de inovação do modelo de negócio. Impulsionado pelo Valor Sinérgico, o portador de criação de valor do IGARDEN facilitou o surgimento de novos modelos de negócios; (4) O processo de inovação do modelo de negócios no IGARDEN é essencialmente um processo iterativo baseado na criação de valor, na sinergia de valor e na atualização de valor. O resultado da pesquisa contribuiu para o potencial enriquecimento de teorias relacionadas à inovação do modelo de negócios através de um escopo específico da inovação do modelo de negócios dentro da agricultura orgânica da China, e pode ser um guia de formação de estratégia de inovação de modelo de negócios para empreendedores que enfrentam negócios semelhantes ambiente descrito neste caso
