The objective of M-Learning is to integrate technology with education in order to enhance the effectiveness of students' traditional learning process. The main purpose of M-Learning is to create a flexible learning environment for students where the implementation of just-in-time learning is applied here. Education is the key element to an economic success in any nation. Thus the computer and internet become essential tools in education which provides opportunities for widening participation in to access the Internet. A system is targeting to introduce the new way of learning environment to the students as a learning tool. In Chapter 3, the author will discuss about the methodology used; waterfall model, architecture of the system and tools used in developing the system. The system prototype consists of five modules; announcement module, courses module, grades modules, assignments module and schedule module which will be discussed in Chapter 4. The system evaluation is done by conducting a survey and the result analysis is presented based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) concept. As in conclusion, the scope of this project has been achieved and should provides new experience of learning style and environment

The purpose of the thesis is to examine the social control and reproduction functions of\ud what is known as nonformal education in the State of Mexico (Mexico). As such it is\ud concerned with analysing what Bernstein calls the coding characteristics of the\ud educational process and how this process is experienced by the participants and can\ud reinforce their 'social positioning' in their society.\ud To place the study in its context there is an initial consideration of the conditions in\ud which nonformal education emerged in Latin America, followed by a critical assessment\ud of its functions; new perspectives for the analysis of this form of education are\ud examined. To set the analysis in its regional context a description of the development\ud of nonformal education at both national and regional levels is provided. Then the\ud definition, aims, and purposes of community education programmes are analyzed. A\ud theoretical and conceptual framework is constructed to analyze the social control and\ud reproduction functions of education; here emphasis is placed on Bernstein's\ud sociolinguistic theory of cultural transmission. This is followed by a sociological\ud appraisal of community education's underlying or invisible features. In the light of the\ud above the methodological chapter presents the concepts and techniques which allowed\ud us to examine the educational process and participants' viewpoint.\ud A qualitative analysis was employed in order to account for the participants' perspective.\ud It was supported by non-structured interviews and participant observation. Empirical\ud work was carried out in four community education programmes in the State of Mexico.\ud Three areas were considered during the field research: a) the educational process\ud (curriculum, pedagogy and evaluation); b) teachers and students' motives for taking part\ud in courses; c) the meanings assigned by participants to the courses as a result of their\ud participation in and experience of the educational process.\ud Data is discussed in terms of the basic concepts of the thesis: social positioning, control\ud and reproduction. The main conclusion refers to the social control and reproduction\ud functions of community education programmes resulting from participants overall exposure to educational institutions and practices. This, it is argued, is achieved through\ud three basic processes: 1) the social positioning of participants which arises as a result\ud of their identification with the educational coding; 2) the lowering of participants'\ud expectations as a consequence of the marginal and marginalising characteristics of the\ud educational process they undergo; 3) the very fact that the courses response to the\ud motivations and satisfy the interests of the participants
