    As the transition to electric mobility accelerates, charging infrastructure is rapidly expanding. Publicly accessible chargers, also known as electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE), are critical not only for further promoting the transition but also for mitigating charger access anxiety among electric vehicle (EV) users. It is essential to install the proper EVSE configuration that meets the EV user's various considerations. This study presents a multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) framework for determining the best performing public EVSE type from multiple EV user perspectives. The proposed approach combines a new MCDM model with an optimal public charging station model. While the optimal model outputs are used to evaluate the quantitative criteria, the MCDM model assesses EV users' evaluations of the qualitative criteria using nonlinear Bonferroni functions extended by rough Dombi norms. The proposed MCDM has standardization parameters with a flexible rough boundary interval, allowing for flexible and rational decision-making. The model is tested using real public EVSE charging data and EV users' evaluations from the field. All public EVSE alternatives are studied. Among the five EVSE options, DCFC EVSE is found to be the best performing, whereas three-phase AC L2 is the least performing option. In terms of EV user preferences, the required charging time is found to have the highest degree of importance, while V2G capability is the least important. The comparative analysis with state-of-the-art MCDM methods validates the proposed model results. Finally, sensitivity analysis verified the ranking order

    The objectives of this study are to mitigate the risk and disturbances to the supply chain, to offer required models for resolving the complex issues that arise, and to maintain the stability of the support system. Also, the uncertain conditions in a supply chain force decision-makers and experts to adopt a fuzzy-based evaluation platform to ensure secure and reliable consequences. The current study proposed a fuzzy neutrosophic decision-making approach for supplier evaluation and selection. The model is composed of a new weight aggregator that uses pairwise comparison, which has not been reported to date. The model uses a Dombi aggregator that is more qualified than other aggregators. The Dombi t-conorms and t-norms have the same properties as those of the general t-conorm and t-norm, which can enhance the flexibility of the information aggregation process via the adjustment of a parameter. A decision-making environment with uncertain condition and multiple factors is supposed. We applied this approach in a construction company to analyse the suppliers in a resilient supply chain management (RSCM) system using a MABAC (multi-attribute border approximation area comparison) tool. The accuracy of the proposed model was examined via sensitivity analysis tests. This study proposes a novel fuzzy-neutrosophic-based approach for resilient supplier selection. The main contributions of this research work are the design, implementation and analysis of a multi-attribute evaluation system with respect to fuzzy neutrosophic values. In this evaluation system, a new pairwise comparison is conducted with trapezoidal neutrosophic linguistic variables to determine the importance weights of supplier criteria. Typically, the provision of opinions regarding the qualitative performances of suppliers is a difficult and confusing responsibility for experts and supplier evaluators. Therefore, the propsed approach overcomes this problem by utilizing a pairwise comparison by neutrosophic values and proposes original Dombi aggregation operators for dealing with fuzzy neutrosophic sets

    An extended COPRAS model for multiple attribute group decision making based on single-valued neutrosophic 2-tuple linguistic environment

    In this article, we develop the COPRAS model to solve the multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) under single-valued neutrosophic 2-tuple linguistic sets (SVN2TLSs). Firstly, we introduce the relevant knowledge about SVN2TLSs in a nutshell, such as the definition, the operation laws, a few of fused operators and so on. Then, combine the traditional COPRAS model with SVN2TLNs, and structure as well as elucidate the computing steps of the SVN2TLNCOPRAS pattern. Furthermore, in this article, we propose a method for determining attribute weights in different situations relying on the maximizing deviation method with SVN2TLNs. Last but not least, a numerical example about assessing the safety of construction project has been designed.     Resolution and simplification of Dombi-fuzzy relational equations and latticized optimization programming on Dombi FREs

    In this paper, we introduce a type of latticized optimization problem whose objective function is the maximum component function and the feasible region is defined as a system of fuzzy relational equalities (FRE) defined by the Dombi t-norm. Dombi family of t-norms includes a parametric family of continuous strict t-norms, whose members are increasing functions of the parameter. This family of t-norms covers the whole spectrum of t-norms when the parameter is changed from zero to infinity. Since the feasible solutions set of FREs is non-convex and the finding of all minimal solutions is an NP-hard problem, designing an efficient solution procedure for solving such problems is not a trivial job. Some necessary and sufficient conditions are derived to determine the feasibility of the problem. The feasible solution set is characterized in terms of a finite number of closed convex cells. An algorithm is presented for solving this nonlinear problem.
