    Social Evaluation of Learning Material

    In academic environments the success of a course is given by the interaction among students, teachers and learning material. This paper is focused on the definition of a model to establish the quality of learning material within a Social Learning Management System (Social LMS). This is done by analyzing how teachers and students interact by: (1) objective evaluations (e.g., grades), and (2) subjective evaluations (e.g., social data from the Social LMS). As a reference, we use the Kirkpatrick-Philips model to characterize learning material with novel key performance indicators. As an example, we propose a social environment where students and teachers interact with the help of a wall modified for the evaluation of learning material

    This study have three aims to describes: 1) planning of social science learning, 2) implementation of social cience learning, 3) evaluation of social science learning in State elementary school of Jajar 1 Surakarta. This research is qualitative research with etnography design. Data was collected by interview, observation, and ocumentation. Data analysis use Milles and Huberman analysis are data reduction, data display and verification. Results of this research there are three things about: 1) Planning of social science learning in State elementary school of Jajar 1 Surakarta are prepare learning materials at beginning semester, learning tools at least 1 week before learning, appropriate learning media both hardware and software. Teachers appeared as a co-sharing within the constraints of the lesson plan preparation. 2) mplementation of social science learning in State elementary school of Jajar 1 Surakarta begins with providing apperception, teachers convey comprehension the material through a power point and teaching aids. Electricity goes out make some learning facilities not maximal. The advantages of the use social sciences learning media is the recognition directly between the materials studied by the real conditions surrounding environment, both the elements of the economic, social, cultural or any other. Teachers coordinate with the school to apply for an additional teaching aids needed. 3) Evaluation of social studies learning in State elementary school of Jajar 1 Surakarta is done through the evaluation phase in the learning process and evaluation at the end of the lesson. Evaluation of social studies learning in written form includes multiple choice and essay and practice forms. Assessment is oriented to measure the cognitive, affective and psychomotor. Standard theoretical value should be obtained at least 70, while practices value at least 73

    The purposes of this research are, (1) social studies learning at SMP NU Sunan Giri Malang, (2) the impact of learning at SMP NU Sunan Giri Malang. This study uses a phenomenological qualitative method. The results showed that 1.) the social studies learning planning in SMP NU Sunan Giri Malang was still not as expected. Because social studies lessons are still not integrated. The implementation of social studies learning at SMP NU Sunan Giri Malang is still not running properly, due to limited learning resources and media. Inadequate facilities and infrastructure. Evaluation of Social Studies Learning at SMP NU Sunan Giri Malang, the teacher provides oral evaluation and written tests to find out students' understanding of the material that has been delivered. 2.) There is an impact of social studies learning at SMP NU Sunan Giri Malang, namely the social studies teacher education background that is not following the department results in the teaching and learning process not running optimally

    This study aims to develop a media evaluation based on monopoly games combined with the values of Social Emotional Learning (SEL) on hearing system material for Grade IV Primary School students. This type of research is a Research and Development (RnD) with ADDIE design (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). The stages carried out for this research are limited to the Development stage. The results of this study are in the form of a monopoly evaluation media, hereinafter referred to as Hearsmon, which contains test instruments related to the hearing system material for grade IV students. The values of Social Emotional Learning (SEL) developed through this media include personal dimensions (self-awareness, self-efficacy, self-management) and social dimensions (respect for others)

    This research is a field research (field research). While the research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data validity technique uses triangulation. This study describes: (1) planning a role-playing method in social studies learning; (2) implementation of role playing method in social studies learning; (3) evaluation of role playing methods in social studies learning; (4) the strengths and weaknesses of the role-playing method; and (5) analysis of the application of role-playing methods in social studies learning at MI Muhammadiyah Bandingan, Kejobong District, Purbalingga Regency. The results showed: (1) Before implementing the role-playing method in social studies learning, the classroom teacher prepared lesson plans, media/equipment to be used, evaluation and appropriate strategies, and prepared story scenarios. (2) The initial activity in the implementation of the role playing method is carried out by providing motivation and conveying the material to be discussed and the learning method to be used. Entering the core activity, the teacher begins to implement the previously prepared method. The final activity of learning is carried out by carrying out activities of drawing conclusions and giving assignments. (3) Evaluation activities in the role playing method are carried out by assessing how students play the characters in the scenario. In addition, the teacher also gave a written test. (4) The advantages of the role playing method make it easier for students to understand the material, the weakness of the role playing method is that not all students have the ability to play characters according to the material (5) The application of the role playing method in social studies learning at MI Muhammadiyah Comparative has a positive impact on students and teachers . In addition, there are also negative impacts, including if students are not prepared properly there is a possibility that they will not do it seriously and are less than optimal, some children who do not participate in role playing become less active
