Web2Touch 2019: Semantic Technologies for Smart Information Sharing and Web Collaboration
This foreword introduces a summary of themes and papers of the Web2Touch (W2T) 2019 Track at the 28th IEEE WETICE Conference held in Capri, June 2019. W2T 2019 includes ten full papers and one short paper. They all address relevant issues in the field of information sharing for collaboration, including, big data analytics, knowledge engineering, linked open data, applications of smart Web technologies, and smart care. The papers are a portfolio of hot issues in research and applications of semantics, smart technologies (e.g., IoT, sensors, devices for tele-monitoring, and smart contents management) with crucial topics, such as big data analysis, knowledge representation, smart enterprise management, among the others. This track shows how cooperative technologies based on knowledge representation, intelligent tools, and enhanced Web engineering can enhance collaborative work through smart service design and delivery, so it contributes to radically change the role of the semantic Web and applications
Empowering citizens' cognition and decision making in smart sustainable cities

When considering smart and sustainable cities, this big data generates useful information and insights to citizens, service providers, and policy makers. Transforming this data into knowledge allows for empowering citizens' cognition as well as supporting decision-making routines. However, several operational and computing issues need to be taken into account: 1) efficient data description and visualization, 2) forecasting citizens behavior, and 3) supporting decision making with intelligent algorithms. KETERSEDIAAN DATA DALAM MENDUKUNG PEMANTAUAN DAN EVALUASI SMART CITY MATURITY (STUDI KASUS KOTA YOGYAKARTA)
The development of smart cities that have become a trend throughout the world, including Indonesia, requires a guideline in city development. Yogyakarta City is a city that has developed a smart city since the early 2000s which began with the existence of an information and complaint service unit (UPIK) as part of the implementation of open government. Active people in Yogyakarta City who access Jogja Smart Services (JSS) are only 6.5% of the total population, so it shows that human relations in the JSS application have not been carried out properly. The government through SNI 37122:2019 applies variables and indicators as well as data needs needed to assess the level achievement of smart cities. This paper aims to explain the availability of data and identify data that is not available in Yogyakarta City based on SNI 37122:2019 also how strategies to complete the data. The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach. The availability of data in the government of Yogyakarta consists of 118 data, data found elsewhere other than the city government is 13% and no data anywhere is 25 data. BlendSM-DDM: BLockchain-ENabled Secure Microservices for Decentralized Data Marketplaces
To promote the benefits of the Internet of Things (IoT) in smart communities
and smart cities, a real-time data marketplace middleware platform, called the
Intelligent IoT Integrator (I3), has been recently proposed. While facilitating
the easy exchanges of real-time IoT data streams between device owners and
third-party applications through the marketplace, I3 is presently a monolithic,
centralized platform for a single community. Although the service oriented
architecture (SOA) has been widely adopted in the IoT and cyber-physical
systems (CPS), it is difficult for a monolithic architecture to provide
scalable, inter-operable and extensible services for large numbers of
distributed IoT devices and different application vendors. Traditional security
solutions rely on a centralized authority, which can be a performance
bottleneck or susceptible to a single point of failure. Inspired by
containerized microservices and blockchain technology, this paper proposed a
BLockchain-ENabled Secure Microservices for Decentralized Data Marketplaces
(BlendSM-DDM). Within a permissioned blockchain network, a microservices based
security mechanism is introduced to secure data exchange and payment among
participants in the marketplace. BlendSM-DDM is able to offer a decentralized,

Trustee: Full Privacy Preserving Vickrey Auction on top of Ethereum
The wide deployment of tokens for digital assets on top of Ethereum implies
the need for powerful trading platforms. Vickrey auctions have been known to
determine the real market price of items as bidders are motivated to submit
their own monetary valuations without leaking their information to the
competitors. Recent constructions have utilized various cryptographic protocols
such as ZKP and MPC, however, these approaches either are partially
privacy-preserving or require complex computations with several rounds. In this
paper, we overcome these limits by presenting Trustee as a Vickrey auction on
Ethereum which fully preserves bids' privacy at relatively much lower fees.
Trustee consists of three components: a front-end smart contract deployed on
Ethereum, an Intel SGX enclave, and a relay to redirect messages between them.
Initially, the enclave generates an Ethereum account and ECDH key-pair.
Subsequently, the relay publishes the account's address and ECDH public key on
the smart contract. As a prerequisite, bidders are encouraged to verify the
authenticity and security of Trustee by using the SGX remote attestation
service. To participate in the auction, bidders utilize the ECDH public key to
encrypt their bids and submit them to the smart contract. Once the bidding
interval is closed, the relay retrieves the encrypted bids and feeds them to
the enclave that autonomously generates a signed transaction indicating the
auction winner. Finally, the relay submits the transaction to the smart
contract which verifies the transaction's authenticity and the parameters'
consistency before accepting the claimed auction winner. As part of our
contributions, we have made a prototype for Trustee available on Github for the
community to review and inspect it. Additionally, we analyze the security
features of Trustee and report on the transactions' gas cost incurred on

Associação Portuguesa de Sistemas de Informação.The increasing demand for Lisbon has led to an uncontrolled access to the city’s main attractions, which is reflected in the number of visitors that can be encountered at the city. Smart tourism destinations are gaining relevance in smart cities in everyday life, and technology is intricated more than ever in the cities and its citizens. In the present work it is proposed a conceptual model to a city tourism dashboard and its materialization using open data from the city’s public portal, produced by the Lisbon City Council and other partners. It is also suggested a method to the conception of this tool and the main indicators that must be included based on the actual state of the art.
