This study aims to examine the influence of price perception, service quality, product differentiation and product quality on purchasing decisions in case studies at the Maenaka Blitar Cafe. In this research, the independent variables are perceptions of price, service quality, product differentiation and product quality in their influence on the dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions. This research is quantitative research. Samples were obtained through purposive sampling, by selecting samples based on specified criteria. The results of this purposive sampling obtained 173 consumer sample data. The analysis method used is linear regression with the SPSS program analysis tool. The results of this research show that perception of price, service quality, product differentiation and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions

NHDES Shellfish Program Activities, Jan -Dec 2004, Nash, C

This report summarizes the activities of the NH Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) Shellfish Program for the period of January 2004 to December 2004. The NHDES Shellfish Program conducts a number of activities to minimize the health risks associated with consuming shellfish, and to continue to comply with National Shellfish Sanitation Program guidelines. Among basic program functions is a routine water quality monitoring program, which involved the collection of nearly 800 samples at over 70 sites in 2004, the results of which are used to ensure that assessments of water quality for all areas are kept up-to-date. Weekly “red tide” monitoring was critical for early detection of dangerous levels of Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning toxin in offshore waters in August, leading a nearly one-month closure to all harvesting in the Atlantic coastal waters. The program’s pollution source identification and evaluation program involved the collection of nearly 200 water samples, used to guide proper classification of the receiving waters. A number of other studies and sampling programs, including effluent dilution/dispersion studies of the Newmarket and Dover wastewater treatment facilities, were completed. A particularly useful sampling program has been the initiation of post-rainfall water and shellfish tissue sampling in conditionally approved areas. This program improved management decisions and increased harvesting opportunities in Hampton/Seabrook Harbor, providing data that drove decisions to open the flats on most of the 16 days that the harbor was available for harvesting. Sanitary surveys were completed for Great Bay, and are near completion for Little Bay and the Bellamy River. Surveys for Hampton/Seabrook Harbor, the Cocheco River, Salmon Falls River, and the Upper Piscataqua River have been initiated and are scheduled for completion in 2005

The development bisnis cigarette this time is very competitive. There are many kinds of cigarette and cigarette company likes Gudang Garam, Sampoerna, Djarum and Bentoel. The fourth cigarette company are “top four” in Indonesia, where the total market all cigarette morethan achieve 80 percen. Djarum Super are each other kinds cigarette cretec filter that more people interest in Indonesia especially the young people. For the aim of this observation are influence promotion to purchasing assurance, influence quality product to purchasing assurance, promotion and quality product to purchasing assurance. Observation sampling used is 100 people that share to 3 district likes Banyumanik, Semarang Tengah, and Semarang Utara. Technic sampling used accidental sampling, exactly taking over technic for the observation result that the calculation SPSS program are Y = 0,305 + 0,161X1 + 0,496X2 and to be influence positive and significant beetwen promotion and quality product to the purchasing assurance

MEMORANDUM: Quality Assurance of 2016 Great Bay Estuary Water Quality Data and 2017 Cocheco River and Bellamy River Water Quality Data collected by UNH

The purpose of this memorandum is to document the results of quality assurance checks on the 2016-2017 water quality data collected by UNH for the Great Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve (GBNERR) System-Wide Monitoring Program, GBNERR Diel Sampling, and UNH Tidal Water Quality Monitoring stations. These programs were previously established in the NHDES Environmental Monitoring Database with project identifiers of “NERRTWQ”, “NERRDIEL”, and “JELTWQ”, respectively. UNH/GRB NERR reviewed these data to ensure that they met data quality objectives for the National Estuarine Research Reserve and its partners

Pulvar.id Online Store focuses on instant beverage powder which is suitable for various types of drinks. Shopee and Pulvar.id online shop match because Shopee E-Commerce is here to connect buyers and sellers, besides that there are many benefits for sellers and buyers. The benefits provided by Shopee make a forum for sellers such as the MSME coaching program, the Export Program and assistance to sellers in conducting store operations. Many sales categories on Shopee make Pulvar.id develop and have customers because of the large variety of products sold. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the role of customer loyalty, service quality and customer satisfaction of Pulvar.id Online Shop. This type of research is a quantitative method sampling technique determined by probability sampling by distributing questionnaires as many as 140 respondents to Pulvar.id Online Store customers. The analysis technique used is path analysis with the help of the SPSS application. The results in this study indicate that (1) Service quality has a positive and insignificant effect on customer loyalty, (2) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, (3) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (4) there is a significant influence between service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction

The Great Bay Coast Watch (GBCW) is a volunteer estuarine monitoring program established in 1989 that includes teachers, students, and local citizens with a diversity of backgrounds. Volunteers participate in a variety of training programs that enable them to monitor water quality parameters in Great Bay and coastal areas, sample for marine phytoplankton along coastal New Hampshire and conduct shoreline surveys and habitat evaluations. Since 1997 the New Hampshire Estuaries Project (NHEP) has relied on the ability of GBCW to recruit and train volunteers to assist with the implementation of its plan to protect, restore and manage the state’s estuarine systems. This year GBCW participated in plan implementation by assisting the NH Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) Shellfish Program. Volunteers completed a variety of program work tasks, including mussel collection for toxicity monitoring, water quality sampling and sample transport. Goal

A soil sampling program for the Netherlands

Soil data users in The Netherlands were inventoried for current and future data needs. Prioritized data needs were used to design the Netherlands Soil Sampling Program (NSSP) as a framework containing 3 groups of related projects: map upgrading, map updating and upgrading of pedotransfer functions. In each one group, the sampling design, performance criteria and optimal sample size were defined. This paper focuses on the upgrading of the existing soil map of The Netherlands at scale 1:50,000, and extensively treats the user inventory and the sampling strategy. The sampling design, performance criteria of the sampling and associated optimal sample size were obtained by statistical analysis of soil data available before the sampling. The Phosphate Sorption Capacity (PSC) was chosen as target variable to optimize sampling, because it dominated total cost per sample. A prior analysis of a performance criterion related to the sampling error of PSC resulted in a cost saving of 13% relative to total cost determined earlier by expert judgment. A posterior analysis showed that the set quality criterion was reached or better in 6 out of 7 cases. The NSSP resulted in a data base with soil data from 2524 sample points selected by stratified random sampling, and a collection of 5764 aliquots taken at these points. The NSSP has been showing its usage potential for various kinds of environmental studies and could be a sound future basis for a national scale monitoring program

In situ water quality assessment has become an important source of data for monitoring, research and management activities in estuaries nationwide. As part of the National Estuarine Research Reserve System, the Great Bay System-Wide Monitoring Program (SWMP) produces in situ water quality data for four sites in and around Great Bay. This project extends the SWMP program to include year-round in situ data for a station at the University of New Hampshire Coastal Marine Lab pier at the mouth of the Piscataqua River and summmer data for a station in the Salmon Falls (SF) River. This suite of stations provides a comprehensive in situ sampling array that monitors the major rivers and open estuary locations within the Great Bay estuarine system
