Lower and upper bound form of outage probability in one-way AF full-duplex relaying network under impact of direct link

    Get PDF
This paper proposed and investigated the one-way amplify-and-forward (AF) full-duplex relaying network under impact of direct link. For the system performance analysis, the exact and lower and upper bound form of the system outage probability (OP) are investigated and derived. In this system model, authors assume that the E uses the MRC (maximal ratio combining) technique. Finally, we can see that the analytical and the simulation values overlap to verify the analytical section using the Monte Carlo simulation. Also, we investigate the influence of the system primary parameters on the proposed system OP

Throughput analysis of non-orthogonal multiple access and orthogonal multiple access assisted wireless energy harvesting K-hop relaying networks

    Get PDF
This study introduces the non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) technique into the wireless energy harvesting K-hop relay network to increase throughput. The relays have no dedicated energy source and thus depend on energy harvested by wireless from a power beacon (PB). Recently, NOMA has been promoted as a technology with the potential to enhance connectivity, reduce latency, increase fairness amongst users, and raise spectral effectiveness compared to orthogonal multiple access (OMA) technology. For performance considerations, we derive exact throughput expressions for NOMA and OMA-assisted multi-hop relaying and compare the performance between the two. The obtained results are validated via Monte Carlo simulations

Intercept probability analysis in DF time switching full-duplex relaying network with impact of Co-channel interference at the eavesdropper

    Get PDF
In this research, we propose and investigate intercept probability analysis in DF time switching relaying full-duplex with impact of Co-channel interference at the eavesdropper. In the beginning stage, we present the DF time switching relaying full-duplex with the Impact of Co-channel interference at the eavesdropper. Furthermore, the closed-form expression of the intercept probability (IP) is analyzed and derived in connection with the primary system parameters. Finally, the Monte Carlo simulation is performed for verifying the correctness of the analytical section. From the research results, a novel solution and some recommendations can be proposed for the communication network in the near future
