    Formative e-assessment is a complex process, in which learners can build their knowledge, fill up their knowledge gaps or increase their learning abilities. The feedback mechanism is considered to be highly important for the formative dimension of e-assessment. Current paper proposes a model for automated feedback in a project management e-assessment environment: the model blends a built-in feedback sheet (a document containing the correct answers) with a recommender engine, which searches the web for references related to the incorrectly answered questions. The feedback model is personalized, because the web search is made taking into account the user profile: the list of concepts which weren’t correctly understood.     Customer relationship management (CRM) has become a strategic initiative aimed at getting, growing, and retaining the right customers. A great amount of numeric data and even more soft information are available about customers. The strategy of building and maintaining customer relations can be described with 'if… then' rules acquired from experts. Doctus Knowledge-Based System provides a new and simplified approach in the field of knowledge management. It is able to cope with tacit and implicit rules at the same time, so decision makers can clearly see the satisfactory solution (then and there). It reasons both deductive and inductive, so it enables the user to check on the model graph why is the chosen solution in the given situation most appropriate. It is upgradeable with in telligent portal, which presents the personalized (body-tailored) information for decision makers. When we need some hard data from a database or a data warehouse, we have automatic connection between case input interface and the database. Doctus recognizes the relations between the data, it selects them and provides only the needed rules to the decision maker. Intelligent portal puts our experience on the web, so our knowledge base is constantly improving with new 'if… then' rules. We support decision mak ing with two interfaces. On the Developer Interface the attributes, the values and the 'if… then' rules can be modified. The intelligent portal is used as a managerial decision support tool. This interface can be used without seeing the knowledge base, we only see the personalized soft information. ICRM (intelligent Customer Relationship Management) helps customer to get the requested information quickly. It is also capable of customizing the questionnaires, so the customer doesn't have to answer irrelevant questions and the decision maker doesn't have to read endless reports

    Software (system) architecture knowledge is a critical element in making effective design/ implementation decisions for Information Technology departments within companies. This knowledge can be codified and/ or personalized so as to harness the advantages and avoid the missed steps of implementers before us. In research of architecture knowledge enablement, there have been a few ventures, including but not limited to, Processcentric Architecture Knowledge Management Environment (PAKME) [3] and Architecture Design Decision Support System (ADDSS) [4]. In study of these ventures, we find modest attempts at focusing on dissecting types of architecture knowledge and enabling access to details through web tools. The purpose of this paper is to document the design and features of a web tool, namely Visualized Architecture Knowledge Management Collaboration Services (VAKMCS) and its approach in providing an innovative way at accessing and interacting with architecture information to make sound investment decision on IT projects

    Evaluation of the Project Management Competences Based on the Semantic Networks

    The paper presents the testing and evaluation facilities of the SinPers system. The SinPers is a web based learning environment in project management, capable of building and conducting a complete and personalized training cycle, from the definition of the learning objectives to the assessment of the learning results for each learner. The testing and evaluation facilities of SinPers system are based on the ontological approach. The educational ontology is mapped on a semantic network. Further, the semantic network is projected into a concept space graph. The semantic computability of the concept space graph is used to design the tests. The paper focuses on the applicability of the system in the certification, for the knowledge assessment, related to each element of competence. This paper examines the impact of data mining by reviewing existing applications, including personalized environments, electronic commerce, and search engines. For these three types of application, how data mining can enhance their functions is discussed. The reader of this paper is expected to get an overview of the state of the art research associated with these applications. It is critical to use intelligent agent software systems to assist users in finding the right information from an abundance of Web data. Recommender systems can help users deal with information overload problem efficiently by suggesting items (e.g., information and products) that match users’ personal interests. The recommender technology has been successfully employed in many applications such as recommending films, music, books, etc. The purpose of this report is to give an overview of existing technologies for building personalized recommender systems in social networking environment, to propose a research direction for addressing user profiling and cold start problems by exploiting user-generated content newly available in Web 2.0
