    Penggunaan Pupuk NP Cair dan NPK (15-15-15) untuk Meningkatkan Hasil dan Kualitas Buah Tomat Varietas Oval

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pupuk NP cair, dan dosis pupuk NPK (15-15-15) terhadap hasil dan mutubuah tomat varietas oval, pada lahan petani di Kabupaten Garut dengan ketinggian 650 m dpl. Rancangan yangdigunakan ialah petak terpisah dengan ulangan tiga kali. Sebagai petak utama adalah konsentrasi pupuk NP cair,kontrol 2,5 ml/l, dan 5,0 ml/l. Sub plot adalah dosis pupuk NPK (15-15-15), 200, 400, 600, 800, dan 1.000 kg/ha. Hasilmenunjukkan adanya efek interaksi antara NP cair dan pupuk majemuk NPK (15-15-15) pada to tal bobot buah, tinggitanaman, dan kekerasan buah waktu panen. Penggunaan pupuk NP cair 2,5 ml/l yang dikombinasikan dengan NPK(15-15-15) 1.000 kg/ha nyata menaikkan bobot buah dan adanya kecenderungan bahwa penggunaan NP cair yangtinggi diikuti pula penggunaan pupuk majemuk NPK (15-15-15) yang tinggi pula. Pada pupuk NP cair 2,5 ml/l yangdikombinasikan dengan NPK (15-15-15) 800 kg/ha nyata menaikkan kekerasan buah.Kata kunci : Lycopersicum esculentum; Pupuk NP; Pupuk cair; Dosis NPK (15-1-15); Hasil; Kualitas.AB STRACT. The experiment was conducted atfarmer’s field in the village of Sukaresik Sumedang District (700 m asl), West Java from May until November 2005.The treatments were dosages of compound fertilizer NPK 15-15-15, i.e. 0, 250, 500, 750, 1,000, and 1,250 kg/ha,arranged in a randomized block design with 3 replications. The results showed that dosage of NPK 15-15-15 at 1,000kg/ha gave the best results to the plant height, N, P, K uptake, wet and dry weight of tomato plant, as well as yield oftomato. It could be recommended that fertilization on tomato on latosol soil type in Sumedang was 213.07 kg N/ha,28.51 kg P/ha, and 35.69 kg K2O/ha

    RESPON PERTUMBUHAN DAN PRODUKTIVITAS TANAMAN CABAI MERAH (Capsicum annuum L.) DENGAN PEMBERIAN BIO GROWTH DAN PUPUK NPK PHONSKA Putra Syaban Akas (11780213708) Di bawah Bimbingan Tiara Septirosya dan Jakoni. INTISARI Upaya peningkatan produksi tanaman cabai merah dapat dilakukan dengan penambahan unsur hara untuk menunjang pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dosis pemberian Bio Growth dan NPK Phonska serta mendapatkan interaksi yang terbaik untuk meningkatkanpertumbuhan dan produktivitas cabai merah. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Istalasi Penelitian dan Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian Riau pada bulan Desember 2020 hingga April 2021. Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini disusun secara faktorial (4x3) dalam rancangan acak kelompok dengan tiga ulangan. Perlakuan faktorial terdiri dari dua faktor, faktor pertama adalah pemberian Bio Growth (A), yaitu tanpa Bio Growth (A1), dengan Bio Growth 250 ml/14 l (A2), dengan Bio Growth 500 ml/14 l (A3), dan dengan Bio Growth 750 ml/14 l (A4). Faktor kedua adalah dosis pupuk NPK Phonska (E), yaitu tanpa NPK Phonska (E1), NPK Phonska 75 kg/ha (E2), dan NPK Phonska 150 kg/ha (E3). Parameter pengamatan yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter batang, jumlah cabang, panjang buah, bert buah per tanaman, berat buah per petakan dan bobot buah per hektar.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian Bio Growth dan NPK Phonska berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter batang, jumlah cabang, bobot buah per tanaman dan bobot buah per petakan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pemebrian Bio Growth terbaik yaitu 750 ml/14 lsedangkan dosis NPK Phonska terbaik 150 kg/ ha dapatmeningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanamancabai merah.     Tanggapan Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Jagung Manis (Zea Mays Saccharata Sturt.) terhadap Pemberian Kapur dan Pupuk Kandang Kotoran Ayam

    One type of popular corn now is sweet corn (Zea mays saccharata Sturt.). The high demand for sweet corn is not balanced by productivity generated. One of the limiting factors in the development of sweet corn on dry land is the low level of soil fertility. The application of lime and chicken manure are the key to improving the fertility of dry land. This research aimed to analyze the effect of the interaction and the single factor of the application of lime and chicken manure to the growth and yield of sweet corn on dry land. Conducted in Hamparaya Village of Batumandi District, Balangan Regency of South Kalimantan Province for three months, starting in August until November 2015. The design of environment that used in this study is a group randomized design (GRD), while the design of treatment is Split Plot Design. There are twelve treatment combinations were repeated three times so that there are 36 experimental plots, on each plot consisted of six plants sample so that the total number of samples was 216 plants. The results showed that the treatment interaction was not significant effect to the growth and yield of sweet corn in Bonanza F1 varieties, but a single treatment of the application of lime in dose 1,5 t ha-1 and chicken manure in dose 5 t ha-1 is the best treatment and able to enhance the growth and yield of sweet corn on dry land

    PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR DARI LIMBAH INDUSTRI TEMPE

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat pupuk organik cair dari limbah cair indusrti tempe dengan penambahan bonggol pisang dan bioaktivator EM4. Kualitas pupuk organik  cair yang dihasilkan ditentukan berdasarkan kandungan P, C Organik, pH dan N , dibandingkan dengan Permentan No 01 Tahun 2019. Pembuatan pupuk organik cair dilakukan dengan proses penambahan bonggol pisang yang dihaluskan dan ditambah bioaktivator EM4 dengan variasi 75 ml, 100 ml, dan 125 ml. Hasil yang diperoleh pupuk organik cair dengan penambahan EM4 75 ml adalah P= 3.38%,C Organik= 2.33% ,pH =3.74 dan N= 1.10, pupuk organic cair dengan penambahan EM4 100 ml adalah P = 3.53%,C Organik = 2.33% ,pH=3.66 dan N= 1.11%, dan pupuk organik cair dengan penambahan EM4 125 ml adalah P =3.66%, C  Organik= 2.91% , pH= 3.61dan N= 1.14%. Dari semua pupuk organik cair yang dihasilkan hanya kadar P yang memenuhi Permentan No 01 Tahun 2019 tentang baku mutu pupuk organik cair

    APPLICATION OF NATURAL PLANT GROWTH REGULATOR AND COW BIOURINE ON GROWTH AND YIELD OF SHALLOT IN RAINY SEASON (Allium cepa L.)

    The use of natural hormones of young sweet corn extract, coconut water extract, and banana stem extract and application of cow biourine has been introduced as an innovation to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers to increase the productivity of shallot. This study aims to compare the growth and yield of shallot with chemical fertilizer treatment and that of shallot treated with a combination of the natural hormone and cow urine. The study was conducted from October 2019 to January 2020 in Temon Wetan, Temon, Kulon Progo, Special Region of Yogyakarta using a Complete Randomized Block Design, which consists of two factors and one control (chemical fertilizer). The first factor is a natural hormone: young sweet corn extract, banana stem extract, and coconut water. The second factor is the concentration of cow urine: 30%, 40%, and 50%. Data were subjected to an analysis of variance followed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test and Orthogonal Contrast at 5% It was revealed that the control group with combined treatments was not significantly different from the growth and yield of shallot of the group with chemical fertilizers. Types of treatments with natural hormone and cow urine concentrations provided the same growth and yield as that of chemical fertilizer

    ROLE OF TEA DREGS LIQUID ORGANIC FERTILIZER AND PLANT MEDIA COMPOSITION IN INCREASING TOMATO RESULTS (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.)

    The aim of this study was to determine the composition of the tea waste liquid organic fertilizer and the composition of the growing media in increasing the yield of tomato plants. The research was conducted from June to November 2022 at the Wedomartani Experimental Garden, Faculty of Agriculture UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta Kapanewon Ngemplak, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta. Research method with polybags using factorial (3 Ă— 3 + 1) arranged in a completely randomized design. The first factor was tea waste liquid organic fertilizer with 3 levels: 200 ml/l, 300 ml/l, and 400 ml/l. The second factor was the composition of the planting medium in the form of a mixture of soil and goat manure consisting of 3 levels: (1:1), (1:2), and (2:1). For each treatment of tea waste liquid organic fertilizer, 3 grams of NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer was added. The control treatment used soil and 3 grams of NPK fertilizer for each application of fertilization which was given 3 times. The results showed that the combination of treatments was better than the control on tomato fruit diameter per harvest, tomato fresh fruit weight per third and fourth harvest. There was no interaction between the concentration of tea waste liquid organic fertilizer and the composition of the planting medium. Concentration of 400 ml/l tea waste liquid organic fertilizer gave higher yields on tomato fruit diameter per harvest, tomato fresh fruit weight per harvest and total tomato fresh fruit weight. The composition of the growing media with a composition of 1:1 gave the highest yield on tomato fruit diameter per harvest and a composition of 2:1 for total fresh fruit weight of tomatoes

    Pupuk merupakan salah satu sarana produksi penting dalam meningkatkan produksi tanaman karena pupuk dapat menyediakan hara dalam memperbaiki pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman, terutama bagi lahan lahan pertanaman yang kurang mengandung unsur hara makro seperti N,P dan K serta hara mikro. Kurangnya ketersediaan hara bagi tanaman dapat disebabkan oleh penggunaan lahan secara intensif sehingga tanah tidak mampu menyediakan hara yang cukup bagi pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman. Oleh sebab itu untuk mempertahankan pertumbuhan dan hasil yang baik bagi tanaman perlu dilakukan tambahan nutrisi dari pupuk terutama unsur N, P, dan K. Penelitian dengan metode percobaan telah dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Pasaman Barat, Sumatera Barat dengan jenis tanah aluvial, di Laboratgorium Agronomi Jurusan Budidaya Pertanian dan di Laboratorium Ilmu Tanah, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Andalas, Padang pada bulan Agustus sampai Desember 2015. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan lima perlakuan dan empat ulangan. Masing-masing perlakuan yaitu tanpa pemupukan, pupuk tunggal Urea 300 kg/ha, SP-36 200 kg/ha, KCl 100 kg/ha,pupuk majemuk (10:6:20:2) 1.380 kg/ha, pupuk majemuk (10:6:20:2) 750 kg/ha + Urea 135 kg/ha, pupuk majemuk (10:6:20:2) 300 kg/ha + Urea 200 kg/ha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pemupukan secara efektif dapat memperbaiki pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung. Pemberian pupuk tunggal (Urea 300 kg/ha, SP36 200 kg/ha, KCl 100 kg/ha), pupuk majemuk (10:6:20:2) (1380 kg/ha), kombinasi pupuk majemuk (10:6:20:2) 750 kg/ha + 135 Urea/ha, serta kombinasi pupuk majemuk (10:6:20:2) 300 kg/ha + Urea 200 kg/ha secara nyata dapat meningkatkan bobot pipilan kering tanaman jagung berturut turut 4,2 ton/ha, 4,8 ton/ha, 4,1 ton/ha dan 4,5 ton/ha.
