Ferrarese Chronicles in the Modern Era
ANALYSIS THE EFFECT OF ENTREPRENEURIAL ORIENTATIONS AND ADAPTATION OF EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT TO SMEs PERFORMANCE WITH COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES AS INTERVENING VARIABLES (STUDY ON SMEs FASHION SECTOR IN SEMARANG)
Phenomenon in this study is the Performance of SMEs in the Fashion Sector Micro Enterprises Semarang experiencing fierce competition and the still weak. SMEs have a dynamic business environment and full of uncertainty (such as competitors, customers, suppliers, regulators and business associations), as well as the intensity of competition is high enough that the competitiveness of SMEs is becoming weaker, which in turn makes the Performance of SMEs to be blocked. There are factors - factors that affect the competitive advantage and ultimately affect the Performance of SMEs in the Fashion Sector Micro Enterprises Semarang. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Effect of Entrepreneurial Orientation and Adaptation to the External Environment on Competitive Advantage and Performance of Micro Enterprises SMEs Fashion Sector in the city of Semarang. The population selected in this study were all SMEs assisted the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs Semarang is a 11 585 SMEs. The number of respondents that used in this study were 150 SMEs Semarang engaged in the fashion sector. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling method. The method of collecting data is by using a questionnaire. Data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling. Based on research, Entrepreneurial Orientation and Adaptation to the External Environment positive effect on Competitive Advantage, Entrepreneurial Orientation and Adaptation to the External Environment does not affect the Performance of SMEs, while the Competitive Advantage on the Performance of SMEs. In the case of tests fit model, stating that the model has a good fit. So, from this we can conclude that the model has a fairly good fit to predict buying interest

An alternate model for magnetization plateaus in the molecular magnet V_15
Starting from an antiferromagnetic Heisenberg Hamiltonian for the fifteen
spin-1/2 ions in V_15, we construct an effective spin Hamiltonian involving
eight low-lying states (spin-1/2 and spin-3/2) coupled to a phonon bath. We
numerically solve the time-dependent Schrodinger equation of this system, and
obtain the magnetization as a function of temperature in a time-dependent
magnetic field. The magnetization exhibits unusual patterns of hysteresis and
plateaus as the field sweep rate and temperature are varied. The observed
plateaus are not due to quantum tunneling but are a result of thermal
averaging. Our results are in good agreement with recent experimental
observations.Comment: Revtex, 4 pages, 5 eps figure

The Chemical Evolution of the Milky Way: the Three Infall Model
We present a new chemical evolution model for the Galaxy that assumes three
main infall episodes of primordial gas for the formation of halo, thick and
thin disk, respectively. We compare our results with selected data taking into
account NLTE effects. The most important parameters of the model are (i) the
timescale for gas accretion, (ii) the efficiency of star formation and (iii) a
threshold in the gas density for the star formation process, for each Galactic
component. We find that, in order to best fit the features of the solar
neighbourhood, the halo and thick disk must form on short timescales (~0.2 and
~1.25 Gyr, respectively), while a longer timescale is required for the
thin-disk formation. The efficiency of star formation must be maximum (10
Gyr-1) during the thick-disk phase and minimum (1 Gyr-1) during the thin-disk
formation. Also the threshold gas density for star formation is suggested to be
different in the three Galactic components. Our main conclusion is that in the
framework of our model an independent episode of accretion of extragalactic
gas, which gives rise to a burst of star formation, is fundamental to explain
the formation of the thick disk. We discuss our results in comparison to
previous studies and in the framework of modern galaxy formation theories.Comment: 12 pages, 7 figures, accepted for publication in MNRA
Properties of low-lying states in some high-nuclearity Mn, Fe and V clusters: Exact studies of Heisenberg models
Using an efficient numerical scheme that exploits spatial symmetries and spin
parity, we have obtained the exact low-lying eigenstates of exchange
Hamiltonians for the high nuclearity spin clusters, Mn_{12}, Fe_8 and V_{15}.
The largest calculation involves the Mn_{12} cluster which spans a Fock space
of a hundred million. Our results show that the earlier estimates of the
exchange constants need to be revised for the Mn_{12} cluster to explain the
level ordering of low-lying eigenstates. In the case of the Fe_8 cluster,
correct level ordering can be obtained which is consistent with the exchange
constants for the already known clusters with butterfly structure. In the
V_{15} cluster, we obtain an effective Hamiltonian that reproduces exactly, the
eight low-lying eigenvalues of the full Hamiltonian.Comment: Revtex, 12 pages, 16 eps figures; this is the final published versio
The Chemical Evolution of the Galaxy: the two-infall model
In this paper we present a new chemical evolution model for the Galaxy which
assumes two main infall episodes for the formation of halo-thick disk and thin
disk, respectively. We do not try to take into account explicitly the evolution
of the halo but we implicitly assume that the timescale for the formation of
the halo was of the same order as the timescale for the formation of the thick
disk. The formation of the thin-disk is much longer than that of the thick
disk, implying that the infalling gas forming the thin-disk comes not only from
the thick disk but mainly from the intergalactic medium. The timescale for the
formation of the thin-disk is assumed to be a function of the galactocentric
distance, leading to an inside-out picture for the Galaxy building. The model
takes into account the most up to date nucleosynthesis prescriptions and adopts
a threshold in the star formation process which naturally produces a hiatus in
the star formation rate at the end of the thick disk phase, as suggested by
recent observations. The model results are compared with an extended set of
observational constraints. Among these constraints, the tightest one is the
metallicity distribution of the G-dwarf stars for which new data are now
available. Our model fits very well these new data. We show that in order to
reproduce most of these constraints a timescale Gyr for the
(halo)-thick-disk and of 8 Gyr for the thin-disk formation in the solar
vicinity are required. We predict that the radial abundance gradients in the
inner regions of the disk () are steeper than in the outer
regions, a result confirmed by recent abundance determinations, and that the
inner ones steepen in time during the Galactic lifetime.Comment: 48 pages, 20 Postscript figures, AASTex v.4.0, to be published in

SUNDA ON INSTAGRAM: WHAT SUNDANESE USERS DO TO MAINTAIN THE LANGUAGE
In 2016, instagram ranks fifth as the most popular social media platform by active users and third by
millennials. Indonesia has reached 22 million users from 400 million worldwide. Among the million
Indonesia users, what Sundanese people do to express their language, particularly to maintain it?
Therefore, the paper aims to; first, find out the purposes of the use of instagram account by Sundanese
users and the later, to find out the idea/thoughts shared by Sundanese users on instagram. The
research used qualitative research method. Further, the writer used some quote pictures and meme
pictures as the data and sourced it from some quotes accounts created by Sundanese users on
instagram. The steps of the study begins with: 1) Choosing some relevant quotes accounts, 2)
classifying the accounts based on the content, 3) taking the data sample, 4) analyzing the samples by
classifying them based on the ideas/thoughts the users share/focus on. In sum, there are two mainly
purposes of Sundanese users on instagram. The first one is to deliver jokes mostly expressed by meme
pictures and they have hugely many followers. The second one is the accounts which aim to share
something like knowledge on Sundanese language, for instance, Sundanese vocabularies/mini
dictionary, paribasa Sunda, Sundanese script, forum, games and another information about Sunda
