THE IMAGE BUILDING OF PUSDIKLAT MIGAS CEPU THROUGH SOCIAL PROGRAMS
As one of the centre of education and training in the oil and gas industry,
Pusdiklat Migas Cepu always tries to create mutual relationship between
institution and its public. To run this aim, Public Relations division in Pusdiklat
Migas Cepu has important role in establishing mutual communication between
institution and its public. One of the efforts is by holding social programs in the
form of community development. Based on the job training, the objectives of this
report are to know the activity of Public Relations in Pusdiklat Migas Cepu and
the implementation of social programs done by Pusdiklat Migas Cepu in creating
a good image.
This final project report is completed through several methods, there are:
collecting, analyzing, and concluding the data. The data in this final project report
were obtained by holding observation in Pusdiklat Migas Cepu, interviewing the
Public Relations staffs in Pusdiklat Migas Cepu, and conducting a library
research.
Based on the job training for a month in this institution, it can be seen that
the activities of Public Relations in Pusdiklat Migas Cepu are very rich. It is
because Public Relations Division in Pusdiklat Migas Cepu has to be responsible
in communicating information internally and externally. It is aimed to create good
relationship with the public either external or internal. Accordance with it, Public
Relations in Pusdiklat Migas Cepu try to provide social contribution to the
society. The programs can be divided into educational social programs and noneducational
social programs. The educational programs are in the form of
Community Development by giving training for Cepu citizen in the oil and gas
field and providing studying medium for the students of senior high school and
university. And, the non-educational programs are in the form of humanitarian
help. Most of non-educational programs are done incidentally.
In the end of this final project report, the writer concludes that the
activities of Public Relations in Pusdiklat Migas Cepu are appropriate with the
aim of institution to create a good image. By running social programs, the
institution will be able to retain its existence and can get the public trust
Culture Rules: The Foundations of the Rule of Law and Other Norms of Governance
This study presents evidence about relations between national culture and social institutions. We operationalize culture with data on cultural dimensions for over 50 nations adopted from cross-cultural psychology and generate testable hypotheses about three basic social norms of governance: the rule of law, corruption, and accountability. These norms correlate systematically and strongly with national scores on cultural dimensions and also differ across cultural regions of the world. Regressions indicate that quantitative measures of national culture are alone remarkably predictive of governance, that economic inequality and British heritage add to predictive power, but that economic development and other factors add little. Discovery of Linguistic Relations Using Lexical Attraction
This work has been motivated by two long term goals: to understand how humans
learn language and to build programs that can understand language. Using a
representation that makes the relevant features explicit is a prerequisite for
successful learning and understanding. Therefore, I chose to represent
relations between individual words explicitly in my model. Lexical attraction
is defined as the likelihood of such relations. I introduce a new class of
probabilistic language models named lexical attraction models which can
represent long distance relations between words and I formalize this new class
of models using information theory.
Within the framework of lexical attraction, I developed an unsupervised
language acquisition program that learns to identify linguistic relations in a
given sentence. The only explicitly represented linguistic knowledge in the
program is lexical attraction. There is no initial grammar or lexicon built in
and the only input is raw text. Learning and processing are interdigitated. The
processor uses the regularities detected by the learner to impose structure on
the input. This structure enables the learner to detect higher level
regularities. Using this bootstrapping procedure, the program was trained on
100 million words of Associated Press material and was able to achieve 60%
precision and 50% recall in finding relations between content-words. Using
knowledge of lexical attraction, the program can identify the correct relations
in syntactically ambiguous sentences such as ``I saw the Statue of Liberty

IRPF90: a programming environment for high performance computing
IRPF90 is a Fortran programming environment which helps the development of
large Fortran codes. In Fortran programs, the programmer has to focus on the
order of the instructions: before using a variable, the programmer has to be
sure that it has already been computed in all possible situations. For large
codes, it is common source of error. In IRPF90 most of the order of
instructions is handled by the pre-processor, and an automatic mechanism
guarantees that every entity is built before being used. This mechanism relies
on the {needs/needed by} relations between the entities, which are built
automatically. Codes written with IRPF90 execute often faster than Fortran

Examining employee attitudes and behaviours towards organisational change using supervisor and peer relations
This study focuses on employee workplace and demographic predictors to know the employee
attitudes and behaviours regarding organisational change. Five hundered fifty six surveys out of one
thousand were returned from full time academics working in public sector universities of Pakistan.
The findings indicate significant relationships between readiness for change and workplace and
demographic factors. First time supervisor and peer relations predictor has been examined to
readiness for change. Results indicate positive and significant relationships between readiness for
change and supervisor and peer relations. However, from demographic characteristics only two i.e.
number of dependents and younger employees have positive and significant relationships to readiness
for change. This study contribute in the literature on change management particularly for developing
countries i.e. Pakistan and assist the management and practitioners of human resources management
(HRM), organisational development (OD) and change agents in assessing, designing and evaluating
new or existing programs for organisational change

AbstractResearch on the implementation of public relations management in SMP Islam Al - Azhar 14 Semarang has a goal to find a variety of public relations programs at SMP Islam Al - Azhar 14 Semarang , knowing the implementation of public relations programs on SMP Islam Al - Azhar 14 Semarang as well as to determine the various factors that affect the implementation of the program public relations and the implications of the implementation of the management program of public relations for the Islamic Al - Azhar SMP 14 Semarang .The method used is descriptive research with a qualitative evaluation approach . Where research is directed to provide a detailed overview of the various programs implemented in the junior public relations Islam Al - Azhar 14 Semarang . The study is directed to look at the success rate of public relations programs that have been planned , so as to see the suitability of the program emphasized the implementation of public relations programs . By looking at the level of implementation of public relations programs , it will be able to see a variety of factors that encourage , or factors that mengambat implementation of public relations programs at SMP Islam Al - Azhar 14 Semarang . The most important thing that is examined in this study also aimed to see dampk arising from the absence of the implementation of public relations management , the impact of both positive and negative impacts of the implementation of public relations management .The results showed that the public relations program at SMP Islam Al - Azhar 14 Semarang has distinguished between internal and external programs . Internally directed public relations programs to build a harmonious ties between large families SMP Islam Al - Azhar 14 Semarang , while externally directed public relations programs to build a positive public image of the institution , so that pretty much diverse activities , developing a kind of activity the ability of teachers , development of religious , braid premises cooperation of various parties as well as improving the quality of learning activities are carried out . The implementation of public relations programs both internally and externally is quite in accordance with the planned public relations program . The factors that drive the implementation of which is a form of public relations management frinchese driving school set school standards with standard central schools , foundation support and the support of principals who strongly support the implementation of public relations management in SMP Islam Al - Azhar 14 Semarang . While the factors that hinder the implementation of the separation of the management of public relations is not yet in the public relations vice principal public relations , media and public relations ability of users who have not been competent in the use of information presented by the publicity department . Aktivitas Employee Relations dalam Membina Kinerja Karyawan (Studi pada PT. Pertamina (Persero) Ru II Sungai Pakning Kecamatan Bukit Batu Kabupaten Bengkalis)
Employees is one part of the internal public company that is a key element in achieve the goal. Employmenr relationships is influenced by the internal relations between employees with other employees, or other relationship between employees anf the company management effective. One of the efforts made by PT. Petamina (Persero) is fostering employee performance through employee relations activities in order to continue to produce the best and qualified employees.this study aims to determine the forms of activity of employee relations and describe the activities in fostering employee performance in Pertamina (Persero) RU II Sungai Pakning.This study used qualitative research methods with the presentation of descriptive data analysis and supported by organizational culture theory. The Subjects in this study are determined by purposive sampling techniques consist of head of public relations, the head of human resources and the company's employees. The Data collection techniques included interviews, observation and documentation. The Techniques of analysis used models Miles and Huberman interactive data with data validity check used triangulation techniques.The results of this study showed that the activity of employee relations consist of education and training programs, awards programs, special events programs, and employee benefits programs was instrumental to provided guidance on employee performance. employee relations activity that was applied can not be separated from the culture of the organization in the PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU II Sungai Pakning. Each program was applied have purpose and functions in increasing employee performance. Between the four programs were implementation education and training programs and welfare programs into a program that was the most influential and effective in fostering employee performance. The programs implementation will make employees feel valued and care, so as to create a sense of carrying , motivating, and want to achieve the performance as much as possible, and will minimize negative impacts on the management of a company such as feel boring, saturation, which the result in lower loyalty and productivity of the employees to the company
Interprocedural Reachability for Flat Integer Programs
We study programs with integer data, procedure calls and arbitrary call
graphs. We show that, whenever the guards and updates are given by octagonal
relations, the reachability problem along control flow paths within some
language w1* ... wd* over program statements is decidable in Nexptime. To
achieve this upper bound, we combine a program transformation into the same
class of programs but without procedures, with an Np-completeness result for
the reachability problem of procedure-less programs. Besides the program, the
expression w1* ... wd* is also mapped onto an expression of a similar form but
this time over the transformed program statements. Several arguments involving
context-free grammars and their generative process enable us to give tight
bounds on the size of the resulting expression. The currently existing gap
between Np-hard and Nexptime can be closed to Np-complete when a certain

This paper examines the relationship between supply chain management programs and sales in manufacturing companies in Malaysia. The study measures senior quality managers’ or production manager’s perception of SCM practices and sales in the industry. This study investigates relationships between supply chain management programs and sales through statistical methods such as Spearman’s correlations, Friedman’s rank test and multiple regression analysis. The findings suggest that SCM programs and implementations especially ‘customer relations practices’ (CRP), ‘technology & information’ (IT) and ‘information sharing between supply chain partners’ (IS) have significant correlations and associations with sales. The result also indicates that ‘High salesgenerated companies’ emphasized more on SCM programs such as ‘Customer Relations Practices’, ‘Technology and Innovation’ and
