    Petra Gaming Store is a hardware store which is engaged in the sale, purchase of mouse, keyboard, headset and mousepad based on forums such as kaskus. Petra Gaming Store want to create an e-commerce website that expected to expand the marketing area to face the competition in the forum.This website has a online ordering feature that allow users to make purchase and user can also keep track of any transaction that has been done. The user of the website is divided into two kinds of role, admin and user where admin is the seller who made the online store through website, while the user is the one who purchase product through website. This web developed and created using PHP, AJAX and JavaScript programming language for functions and appearance of the website. The program code made using notepad++ software tools.The data mining features using apriori algorithm which of these methods will analyze consumer habits to find the relationship between different products with shopping carts and the time of purchasing. Data that has been prepared will be processed according to the algorithm to produce frequent itemsets thath will generate association rules in table form.     Hypothesis-Driven Specialization-based Analysis of Gene Expression Association Rules

    During the development of many diseases such as cancer and diabetes, the pattern of gene expression within certain cells changes. A vital part of understanding these diseases will come from understanding the factors governing gene expression. This thesis work focused on mining association rules in the context of gene expression. We designed and developed a tool that enables domain experts to interactively analyze association rules that describe relationships in genetic data. Association rules in their native form deal with sets of items and associations among them. But domain experts hypothesize that additional factors like relative ordering and spacing of these items are important aspects governing gene expression. We proposed hypothesis-based specializations of association rules to identify biologically significant relationships. Our approach also alleviates the limitations inherent in the conventional association rule mining that uses a support-confidence framework by providing filtering and reordering of association rules according to other measures of interestingness in addition to support and confidence. Our tool supports visualization of genetic data in the context of a rule, which facilitates rule analysis and rule specialization. The improvement in different measures of interestingness (e.g., confidence, lift, and p-value) enabled by our approach is used to evaluate the significance of the specialized rules

    Efficient Incremental Breadth-Depth XML Event Mining

    Many applications log a large amount of events continuously. Extracting interesting knowledge from logged events is an emerging active research area in data mining. In this context, we propose an approach for mining frequent events and association rules from logged events in XML format. This approach is composed of two-main phases: I) constructing a novel tree structure called Frequency XML-based Tree (FXT), which contains the frequency of events to be mined; II) querying the constructed FXT using XQuery to discover frequent itemsets and association rules. The FXT is constructed with a single-pass over logged data. We implement the proposed algorithm and study various performance issues. The performance study shows that the algorithm is efficient, for both constructing the FXT and discovering association rules
