    Correlation Functions in ω\omega-Deformed N=6 Supergravity

    Gauged N=8 supergravity in four dimensions is now known to admit a deformation characterized by a real parameter ω\omega lying in the interval 0ωπ/80\le\omega\le \pi/8. We analyse the fluctuations about its anti-de Sitter vacuum, and show that the full N=8 supersymmetry can be maintained by the boundary conditions only for ω=0\omega=0. For non-vanishing ω\omega, and requiring that there be no propagating spin s>1 fields on the boundary, we show that N=3 is the maximum degree of supersymmetry that can be preserved by the boundary conditions. We then construct in detail the consistent truncation of the N=8 theory to give ω\omega-deformed SO(6) gauged N=6 supergravity, again with ω\omega in the range 0ωπ/80\le\omega\le \pi/8. We show that this theory admits fully N=6 supersymmetry-preserving boundary conditions not only for ω=0\omega=0, but also for ω=π/8\omega=\pi/8. These two theories are related by a U(1) electric-magnetic duality. We observe that the only three-point functions that depend on ω\omega involve the coupling of an SO(6) gauge field with the U(1) gauge field and a scalar or pseudo-scalar field. We compute these correlation functions and compare them with those of the undeformed N=6 theory. We find that the correlation functions in the ω=π/8\omega=\pi/8 theory holographically correspond to amplitudes in the U(N)_k x U(N)_{-k} ABJM model in which the U(1) Noether current is replaced by a dynamical U(1) gauge field. We also show that the ω\omega-deformed N=6 gauged supergravities can be obtained via consistent reductions from the eleven-dimensional or ten-dimensional type IIA supergravities.Comment: 38 pages, one figur

    Most Strange Dibaryon from Lattice QCD

    The ΩΩ\Omega\Omega system in the 1S0^1S_0 channel (the most strange dibaryon) is studied on the basis of the (2+1)-flavor lattice QCD simulations with a large volume (8.1 fm)3^3 and nearly physical pion mass mπ146m_{\pi}\simeq 146 MeV at a lattice spacing a0.0846a\simeq 0.0846 fm. We show that lattice QCD data analysis by the HAL QCD method leads to the scattering length a0=4.6(6)(0.5+1.2)fma_0 = 4.6 (6)(^{+1.2}_{-0.5}) {\rm fm}, the effective range reff=1.27(3)(0.03+0.06)fmr_{\rm eff} = 1.27 (3)(^{+0.06}_{-0.03}) {\rm fm} and the binding energy BΩΩ=1.6(6)(0.6+0.7)MeVB_{\Omega \Omega} = 1.6 (6) (^{+0.7}_{-0.6}) {\rm MeV}. These results indicate that the ΩΩ\Omega\Omega system has an overall attraction and is located near the unitary regime. Such a system can be best searched experimentally by the pair-momentum correlation in relativistic heavy-ion collisions.Comment: 6 pages and 4 figure

    Observation of B+- -> omega K+- Decay

    We report the first observation of the charmless two-body mode B±ωK±B^{\pm} \to \omega K^{\pm} decay, and a new measurement of the branching fraction for the B±ωπ±B^{\pm} \to \omega \pi^{\pm} decay. The measured branching fractions are B(B±ωK±)=(9.22.3+2.6±1.0)×106{\cal B} (B^{\pm} \to \omega K^{\pm}) = (9.2{}^{+2.6}_{-2.3}\pm 1.0) \times 10^{-6} and B(B±ωπ±)=(4.21.8+2.0±0.5)×106{\cal B} (B^{\pm} \to \omega \pi^{\pm}) = (4.2{}^{+2.0}_{-1.8}\pm 0.5) \times 10^{-6}. %and we set 90% confidence level upper limits of %B(Bωπ)<8.1×106{\cal B} (B^- \to \omega \pi^-) < 8.1\times 10^{-6}. We also measure the partial rate asymmetry of B±ωK±B^{\pm}\to\omega K^{\pm} decays and obtain ACP=0.21±0.28±0.03{\cal A}_{CP} = -0.21 \pm 0.28 \pm 0.03. The results are based on a data sample of 29.4 fb1^{-1} collected on the Υ(4S)\Upsilon(4S) resonance by the Belle detector at the KEKB e+ee^{+} e^{-} collider.Comment: 5 pages, 4 figures, resubmitted to Phys.     Hubungan Asupan Omega-3 dan Omega-6 dengan Kadar Trigliserida pada Remaja Usia 15-18 Tahun

    Latar Belakang : Omega-3 dan Omega-6 pada keadaan seimbang dapat bekerjasama dalam meningkatkan kesehatan. Namun, pola konsumsi yang berubah menyebabkan terjadinya ketidakseimbangan proporsi asupan Omega-3 dan Omega-6 yang akan mengindikasi terjadinya suatu gangguan metabolisme terkait kadar trigliserida. Remaja memiliki perilaku makan kurang baik dan mengarah pada ketidakseimbangan Omega-3 dan Omega-6. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan asupan Omega-3 dan Omega-6 dengan kadar trigliserida pada remaja usia 15-18 tahun.Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan rancangan crossectional. Pemilihan subjek menggunakan purposive sampling yang melibatkan 49 remaja yan. Data asupan diperoleh menggunakan Food Recall 24 Jam. Sedangkan, kadar trigliserida diuji dengan metode GPO-PAP (Kalorimetrik Enzimatik).Hasil : Rerata kadar trigliserida sebesar 138.9±21.8 mg/dL dengan rerata omega-3 dan omega-6 sebesar 3.65±1.85g dan 29.3±14 g. Tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara omega-3 dan omega-6 dengan kadar trigliserida (ρ =0.766) (ρ = 0.752). Namun, asupan lemak menunjukkan adanya hubungan dengan kadar trigliserida (ρ =0.030).Simpulan : Tidak terdapat hubungan asupan omega-3 dan omega-6 dengan kadar trigliserida remaja.
