Dr. Setiabudhi No. 229, Bandung e-mail: [email protected] ABSTRAK Pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD (Student Team Achievement Divisions) terhadap kemampuan memecahkan masalah merupakan salah satu pembelajaran kognitif siswa. Tujuan peneliti terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan memecahkan masalah siswa pada materi pencemaran lingkungan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode quasy experiment designyang dilakukan di salah satu SMA di kota Bandung pada pembelajaran materi pencemaran lingkungan. Penelitian ini memiliki 2 kelas sebagai subjek penelitian yaitu kelas kontrol (dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional) dan kelas eksperimen (menggunakan model pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Division). Subjek yang diteliti oleh peneliti adalah siswa kelas X MIPA 1 yang terdiri dari 26 siswa dan siswa kelas X MIPA 2 terdiri dari 27 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini meliputi tes kemampuan memecahkan masalah berupa soal pre test dan post test, dan lembar respon siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran STAD terhadap kemampuan memecahkan masalah. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan uji parametrik statistik uji N-Gain menunjukan bahwa kemampuan memecahkan masalah pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol memiliki perbedaan yang cukup signifikan. Pada kelas eksperimen didapatkan hasil lebih tinggi yaitu 54,03 dan dapat ditafsikran ke dalam tafsirkan efektif N-Gain di peroleh 54,03% termasuk kedalam kategori tafsiran nilai N-Gain tinggi sedangkan untuk kelas kontrol didapatkan hasil 25,53 dan dapat ditafsirkan ke dalam presentase 25,53% termasuk kedalam nilai tafsiran rendah. The aim of the researcher towards the application of this type of STAD cooperative learning model is to determine the differences in students' problem-solving abilities in environmental pollution material. This research is a quantitative study using a quasy experimental design method carried out in one of the high schools in Bandung on environmental pollution learning. This study has 2 classes as research subjects, namely the control class (using a conventional learning model) and an experimental class (using the Student Team Achievement Division learning model). The subjects studied by the researcher were students of class X MIPA 1 consisting of 26 students and class X MIPA 2 consisting of 27 students. The instruments used in this study included a problem-solving ability test in the form of pre-test and post-test questions, and student response sheets to the application of the STAD learning model to problem-solving abilities. The results obtained by using the statistical parametric test N-Gain test showed that the ability to solve problems in the experimental class and the control class had a significant difference. In the experimental class, the results obtained were higher, namely 54.03 and can be interpreted into the effective interpretation of N-Gain, it was obtained that 54.03% was included in the category of high N-Gain value interpretation, while for the control class the results obtained were 25.53 and could be interpreted into the percentage of 25.53% is included in the low interpretation value.     O presente trabalho visa aprofundar as questões jurídicas suscitadas pelo impacto das novas formas de tecnologia na vida hodierna com principal foco na questão dos danos causados por robôs dotados de inteligência artificial. Primeiramente será necessário proceder à definição de conceitos por forma a compreender qual a realidade subjacente ao tema e a refletir sobre a eventual atribuição de personalidade jurídica a estes mecanismos. No mais, terão de ser analisados os atuais modelos de responsabilidade civil colocando a tónica na possibilidade de subsunção das novas realidades aos institutos jurídicos já existentes e apreciando a bondade das propostas de regulamentação inovatória que têm surgido, nomeadamente no seio da União Europeia. Tal deverá ser feito sem perder de vista que o grau de autonomia e sofisticação que estes mecanismos comportam poderá exigir uma verdadeira alteração de paradigma.This paper aims to deepen the legal issues raised by the impact of new forms of technology on today's life, focusing on the damage caused by robots operating with artificial intelligence. Firstly, it will be necessary to define concepts in order to understand the underlying reality of the subject and reflect on the possible attribution of legal personality to these mechanisms. In addition, current models of civil liability will need to be examined by emphasizing the possibility of subscribing these new realities to existing legal institutes and by appreciating the innovative regulatory proposals that have emerged, particularly within the European Union. This must be done without losing sight of the degree of autonomy and sophistication of these mechanisms that may require a real paradigm shift
