    Necesidades de formaci贸n de los directivos docentes de las instituciones educativas p煤blicas y privadas de Algeciras - Huila

    137 p.Las personas que ejercen o desean ejercer la funciona directiva dentro de una Instituci贸n Educativa, necesitan de una formaci贸n espec铆fica, y continua para llevarla a cabo satisfactoriamente. Por lo que, se busca identificar las necesidades de formaci贸n de los directivos docentes (rector, director rural y coordinadores) de las instituciones p煤blicas y privadas de Algeciras, Huila, Colombia. El estudio se lleva a cabo con los 14 directivos docentes del municipio, con la utilizaci贸n de un cuestionario de Gair铆n (1992) adaptado al contexto colombiano, que fue validado por expertos en el tema, para realizar un an谩lisis estad铆stico e inferencial de la informaci贸n, con base en los tres tipos de necesidades planteadas en el marco te贸rico: Necesidades normativas, necesidades percibidas y necesidades expresadas. Los resultados muestran lo siguiente: que existen pocos incentivos econ贸micos para formaci贸n especializada. La necesidad de implementar un estatuto 煤nico docente. Se debe garantizar formaci贸n continua a los directivos. La experiencia debe ser principalmente en el sector educativo. El directivo docente no es un gerente. La formaci贸n debe tener en cuenta los contextos que tiene el pa铆s. Todo lo anterior, acorde a lo que se buscaba: las necesidades formativas de los directivos docentes. Esta investigaci贸n se llev贸 a cabo en el marco de la Maestr铆a en Administraci贸n y Planificaci贸n Educativa de la Universidad Metropolitana de Educaci贸n Ciencia y Tecnolog铆a- UMECIT.The people who exercise or wish to exercise the directive functions within an Educational Institution, need specific training and continue to carry it out satisfactorily. Therefore, the aim is to identify the training needs of the teaching directors (rector, rural director and coordinators) of the public and private institutions of Algeciras, Huila, Colombia. The study is carried out with the 14 educational managers of the town with the use of a Gair铆n questionnaire (1992). It was adapted to the Colombian context, which was validated by experts in the subject. To perform a statistical and inferential analysis of the information. It was based on the three types of needs raised in the theoretical framework: normative, perceived and expressed needs. The results show the following: that there are few economic incentives for specialized training. The need to implement a single teaching statute must guarantee continuous training for managers. The experience should be mainly in the education sector. The teaching director is not a manager. The training must take into account the contexts that the country has. All the above, according to what was sought: the training needs of the teaching managers.
