JURISTISCHE PHRASEOLOGIE IM KONTEXT DER POLNISCH-DEUTSCHEN RECHTSÜBERSETZUNG – NEUE MONOGRAPHIE VON PAWEŁ BIELAWSKI

In diesem Artikel wird versucht, eine komplexe Beurteilung der neuen Monographie von Paweł Bielawski durchzuführen. Diesem Ziel folgend ist dieser Beitrag in vier Teile aufgeteilt. Den ersten Teil bildet die Einleitung. Im zweiten Teil werden die theoretischen Inhalte beschrieben, die vom Autor der Monographie in den einzelnen Kapiteln vorgestellt wurden. Im dritten Teil wird die Monographie in Hinsicht auf deren Struktur, editorische Aspekte und Literaturauswahl beurteilt. Den möglichen Rezipientengruppen und den Vorteilen dieser Monographie im Kontext der genannten Gruppen ist der letzte Teil des Artikels gewidmet. The third chapter assesses the monograph in terms of structure, editorial aspects and the compilation of literature. Der Besprechungsaufsatz widmet sich überlieferungsgeschichtlichen Studien altgermanistischer Provenienz zu deutschsprachigen Legendensammlungen (Legendare-Monographie von Werner Williams-Krapp, Ausgabe der elsässischen Legenda Aurea) und ergänzt dies durch Rezensionen von Alain Boreaus Buch über die Legenda Aurea, von Albert Giers Buch "Der Sünder als Beispiel" und Dietz-Rüdiger Mosers Monographie zur Tannhäuser-Legende. Am Schluss geht es um eine deutschsprachige Fridolinslegende: St. Fridolin wird auch aufgrund archivalischer Quellen als Regionalpatron am Hochrhein konturiert

Vespidae (Insecta: Hymenoptera) of Puerto Rico, West Indies

The vespid fauna of Greater Puerto Rico is reviewed (Hymenoptera: Vespidae). Three new species are described, Ancistrocerus isla Carpenter, Euodynerus jeitita Carpenter and Genaro, and Omicron aridum Carpenter and Genaro. Polistes crinitus americanus (Fabricius, 1775) and P. crinitus multicolor (Olivier, 1792) are both reduced to synonyms of nominotypical P. crinitus (Felton, 1765), revised status; Zeta abdominale hispaniolae (Bequaert and Salt, 1931) and Zeta abdominale ornatum (de Saussure, 1855) are both reduced to synonyms of nominotypical Zeta abdominale (Drury, 1770), revised status; and Zethus rufinodus monensis Bohart and Stange, 1965, and Zethus rufinodus virginicus Bohart and Stange, 1965, are both reduced to synonyms of nominotypical Zethus rufinodus (Latreille, 1806), revised status. Parancistrocerus obliquus (Cresson, 1865) is newly recorded from Puerto Rico. The presence of Pachodynerus guadulpensis (de Saussure, 1853) in Puerto Rico is confirmed. An analysis of the composition of the Puerto Rican vespid fauna is presented.Se revisa la fauna de avispas de Puerto Rico e islas adyacentes (Hymenoptera: Vespidae). Quick reference list of basic literature to identify tropical African bryophytes

The aim of this short and selected reference list is to guide bryologists in the very scattered African literature when they try to identify specimens, as no standard bryofloras are available for the whole of Tropical Africa. The idea to compile such a reference list was raised during the Tropical Bryology Workshop held by the British Bryological Society, in the Botany School of Cambridge University, on the 21st of September 1990. The list is based on the senior author’s private library and files. We hope that the publication and distribution of such a list, even if incomplete, will prove to be useful for the future taxonomic and floristic works in Tropical Africa with special reference to the Bryologia Africana Project. We also hope that it will encour- age further collecting and identification by those who are not well versed in or do not possess the very diversified taxonomic literature on African bryo- phytes
