Knowledge Management envisions getting the right information within the right context to the right person at the right time for the right business purpose. Communities are more aware and concern of sharing and transfer the knowledge. The rapid development of web technology had made the World Wide Web an important and popular application platform for disseminating and searching for information as well as conducting business. As a huge source, World Wide Web has allowed unprecedented sharing of ideas and information on a scale never seen before. The use of Web and its exponential growth are now well known, and they are causing a revolution in the way people use computers and perform daily tasks. Therefore Islamic Economy thru Online Community [IEOC] intention was to proposed for an avenue of knowledge sharing and experience for the community. Issue on Information Gathering and Storing is discussed in this project paper where it concentrates on how data are being managed and used. The target users of this website are among consumers and business personnel. In developing the project, the methodology comprises of four ( 4) phase: System Planning and Strategy , System Analysis and Design , System Implementation and System Testing. The tools used comprises of Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004, Joomla Open Source, Apache Web Server and PHP scripting language. In the end of this paper, conclusion and recommendation part will discuss for future enhancement. ii

Voting is a legal right to every citizen who is 18 years old or above. Many people can not practice that right for the reason of being away while elections take place or otherreasons. The developed E-VotingSystemwould havethe required functionality and security that enable citizens to vote from their home any time they want during election period.     Conceptual model for usable multi-modal mobile assistance during Umrah

    Performing Umrah is very demanding and to be performed in very crowded environments. In response to that, many efforts have been initiated to overcome the difficulties faced by pilgrims. However, those efforts focus on acquiring initial perspective and background knowledge before going to Mecca. Findings of preliminary study show that those efforts do not support multi-modality for user interaction. Nowadays the computational capabilities in mobile phones enable it to serve people in various aspects of daily life. Consequently, the mobile phone penetration has increased dramatically in the last decade. Hence, this study aims to propose a comprehensive conceptual model for usable multimodal mobile assistance during Umrah called Multi-model Mobile Assistance during Umrah (MMA-U). Thus, four (4) supporting objectives are formulated, and the Design Science Research Methodology has been adopted. For the usability of MMA-U, Systematic Literature Review (SLR) indicates ten (10) attributes: usefulness, errors rate, simplicity, reliability, ease of use, safety, flexibility, accessibility, attitude, and acceptability. Meanwhile, the content and comparative analysis result in five (5) components that construct the conceptual model of MMA-U: structural, content composition, design principles, development approach, technology, and the design and usability theories. Then, the MMA-U has been reviewed and well-accepted by 15 experts. Later, the MMA-U was incorporated into a prototype called Personal Digital Mutawwif (PDM). The PDM was developed for the purpose of user test in the field. The findings indicate that PDM facilitates the execution of Umrah and successfully meet pilgrims’ needs and expectations. Also, the pilgrims were satisfied and felt that they need to have PDM. In fact, they would recommend PDM to their friends, which mean that use of PDM is safe and suitable while performing Umrah. As a conclusion, the theoretical contribution; the conceptual model of MMA-U; provides guidelines for developing multimodal content mobile applications during Umrah

    Information System Development Based-on ERP and RAD Methods: Application For Activities Information Broadcasting

    As technology develops, information systems become very important in institutions. Information systems support the delivery of information quickly and accurately. The system is a reference at the Persada Islamic Boarding School Ahmad Dahlan University to develop an information delivery system using applications integrated. Manual systems cause the information to be less relevant, requiring an integrated and comprehensive system that can effectively and efficiently deliver information to students. The application developed using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Rapid Application Development (RAD) methods. The application of these methods requires two main steps, including determining ERP and RAD for implementation. The process for obtaining an ERP method requires steps such as Material Requirement Planning, Close-Loop, and Manufacturing Resource Planning, and Enterprise Resource Planning. The RAD method requires steps such as Requirement Planning, RAD Design Workshop, and Implementation. Application testing used black-box and alpha testing. Each of these tests obtained an accuracy of 95% and 97.7%. Thus, this application can be implemented in Persada very well on mobile and desktop platforms. Besides, the app used information broadcasting to users in real-time for any information in Persada

    WatsaQ: Repository of Al Hadith in Bahasa (Case Study: Hadith Bukhari)

    The Hadith is one of the two sources of Islamic law after the Qur'an. It is a fact that there are a number of false hadith, recognised by Muslim scholars since the end of the first century of Hijra, and even earlier. In addition to the breadth of false hadith circulating among the public at this  time,  it  is difficult to determine the source of authenticity and distinguish false  from genuine.  This  is  due  to  the  configuration of  the genuine documents which are revealed in Arabic. To that end, the  authors  have  built  a  repository  collection  of  hadith al- Bukhari in the Indonesian language. The hadith chosen have secured originality and standardisation has been applied that can assist users in learning the content of the hadith. The authors implemented a repository of translation in Bahasa of Bukhari Hadith using XML schema. To study the repository performance, we use a web presentation using PHP employing brute-force string match algorithms to display the search results based on keywords entered by the user. We analyse the results of our proposed repository implementation average searching time is faster by 0.85 milliseconds compared with the repository based on the unstructured one

    Effects of interactive digital media on architectural heritage learning

    This study attempts to determine the effects of three modes of digital media (virtual reality, video, and Web) on architectural heritage learning.It also aims to determine the demographics' effects of museum visitors on learning using interactive digital media.The content of these media focuses on historical and architectural information of a cultural heritage monument at a UNESCO World Heritage Site.This study has employed quasi-experimental method with the use of designated tasks and retention test in real-world setting.It is found that there is a significant difference among these digital media on retention score.Further analysis reveals that virtual reality provides the lowest retention score and contributes to this significant difference when compared to video.There is no significant difference between gender and retention score.However, there is a significant difference among age and retention score. This study contributes towards empirical evidence on the significant use of interactive digital media on architectural heritage learning and provides insights about demographic effects of interactive digital media on architectural heritage learning

    A Model Based Approach on Multi-Agent System and Genetic Algorithm to Improve the Process Management in Service Oriented Architecture

    Service oriented architecture is based on the provision of services. To enhance the performance of the systems by providing a better combination of services, it is necessary to extract more information compared to the one in the service registry. In this regard, the accomplished works have been focusing on the basic concepts of service-oriented architecture. The service composition is based on the information in service registry, provided by the service provider. Further, centralized combination with insufficient information does not meet the system performance requirements. This solution helps to facilitate resource distribution and reduces tasks of the central unit. In this paper, efforts have been made to use the agents in the proposed model to enhance the processes of a system. In the proposed model, agents have been used in order to extract and manage the essential information in service registry table. This information forms the basis of monitoring and selection of services. Agents are used for selecting and making efficient composite services. Finally, different communications and configuration mechanisms are implemented using multi-agent systems that can perform service-oriented architecture. Moreover, genetic algorithm is used to enhance architectural processes. In the proposed model, the genetic algorithm and multi-agent system has enhanced productivity of the system and its important quality attributes. The system runs in the international conference of computer society of Iran (ICCSI). Implementation of this model in the real environment and its comparison with its implementation on the prototype could be helpful to justify better efficiency and accuracy for future applications
