    The evaluation of customer satisfaction becomes a vital aspect for investigating the satisfaction level of customer toward the parking service at Tulangan New Market. This research aimed at improving the service quality and performance of parking facilities at Tulangan New Market. It also intended for investigating the characteristic of customer who frequently use the parking facilities. To ease the data analysis, the researcher used Important Perfomance Analysis (IPA) method. The assessment upon 60 respondent concerning the satisfaction and interest was portrayed in quadrant 1, whereas quadrant 2 only had 1 point of questionnaire instrument. Quadrant 3 in the cartesian diagram only gained 2 questionnaire instrument and quadrant 4 had 8 questionnaire instrument. Accordingly, the respondents were satisfied with the performances of 8 questionnaire instrument because quadrant 4 earned the most points. The conclusion, the customers of parking felt satisfied with existing service of parking facility

    In the management of parking during this run visible indicators that can be used as a benchmark as the low contribution of parking service on revenue of Makassar and still less professional and optimal management of parking. This study aims to determine the level of optimization of the application of the parking management system by operators of parking based on public perception and analyze the level of service and high availability of parking facilities in the city of Makassar. This research was conducted by direct interview to the community and the spread of random questionnaires to determine public perceptions of parking management that are run during this and subsequent analysis of the level of service and availability of parking infrastructure by taking samples of the two locations in the city of Makassar. From the results of research in getting that parking geometric arrangement resulted in the design markings on the road Bougainville Makassar park consists of 26 markers and 20 markers of motor cars, while road markings Pengayoman consists of 146 cars and 54 motorcycles markers. Overall capacity of the car park on the street Bougainville 104 vehicles/h, the capacity of the car park on the street Pengayoman the west as much as 584 vehicles/hour. Capacity motorcycle parking on the street Bougainville as many as 80 vehicles/hour, capacity bike parking on the street Pengayoman the west as much as 216 vehicles / hour. For availability of parking facilities in addition to marking problems of parking, availability of infrastructure such as parking signs, SRP and parking attendants in Bougainville and western aegis not ideal should be added and equipped.     Traffic jam caused by a lots of vehicles which parked on the road has always been a problem on urban roads. The lack of parking facilities out of the road and a lot of generation due to public facilities such as bank, restaurants, pharmacies, shops, and health center, will have an impact on traffic jam on the Imam Bonjol road section. This research aim for determine the magnitude effect of parking on street to the road performance of the Imam Bonjol street. The data needed includes, highway geometric, collecting data obtained from the results of the surveys is data on traffic volume, side barriers, parking on the road data and speed data. The parking survey methods using plat number methods and the data was analysed using the MKJI 1997 calculation method. The results of this research indicate that parking on the road is affected the performance of the imam bonjol street. the amount of traffic volume on saturday at 20.00 - 21.00 WITA is 3034 vehicles/hour. Side barriers values obtained is 560.7 friction/hour with high conditions typical is commercial areas, high activities on the road side, so the value of capacity dropped from 4576 smp/hour before parking, to 2533 smp/hour after parking on the road. The value average speed of light vehicle on Saturdays for the west to east is 24,42 km/hour, while the east to west is 23,94 km/hour. In 2018 the DS value is 0.65 with the level of service C. Whereas in 2023 the performance increased to DS = 1,23 with the level of service F

    As the population increases, resulting in high human mobility. However, high mobility is not matched by services for transportation facilities and infrastructure, especially sidewalks. One of the areas with existing sidewalk problems is the Kebayoran Baru area of South Jakarta. The problem that occurs is that the sidewalk is used as a place to street vendors, and is used as an illegal parking lot. The methodology of this research was carried out by conducting a geometric survey, measuring the volume and travel time of pedestrians to determine the level of service and distributing questionnaires as 80 respondents to pedestrians in search of the level of performance and importance of sidewalk facilities. This data processing uses Microsoft Excel and Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results of the analysis carried out that the sidewalks do not meet the minimum standards according to regulations. From the measurement of the results of the volume and travel time of pedestrians, the level of service with category A is obtained, as well as the results of the questionnaire related to the level of comfort, security, and safety of pedestrians influenced by the presence of street vendors and illegal parking on sidewalks

    The demand for accessible parking services and facilities are growing in the University of Singaperbangsa Karawang (Unsika). This occurred due to the increasing number of vehicles need parking spaces. Some problems can happen because of scrambling over the space, the improper of parking lot building, the ineffective actions in allocating and checking the traffic signs, and the unavailability of traffic signs. The focus of this research was the campus community who use the parking lot. They became the object of the research. The data analysis was used to determine the level of the satisfaction of the campus community towards the service quality and parking facilities in Unsika using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test method with Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) application. The results showed that the campus community was complaining about the quality of service and parking facilities. The perceptions were given in the form of negative perceptions because it was not in line with expectations. The respondents were hoping that the university would pay attention to the quality of services and facilities

    The development of activities on Jalan Alianyang, Kota Pontianak causes problems,namely the decrease in mobility on the road. This is due to the unavailability of a separateparking area for each of the facilities mentioned above, so parking is carried out using theroad. This causes a reduction in road capasity and causes a decrease in speed for passingvehicles. The purpose of this study is to determine the condition of parking on JalanAlianyang Pontianak in the form of available parking spaces, and the parkingcharacteristics of vehicle owners, to determine the magnitude of side friction due to onstreet parking, getting a road performance value by considering on street parking. Themethod used is based on MKJI (1997) and the Technical Guidelines of the DirectorateGeneral of Land Transportation (1998). Data collection in this study includes primary dataobtained from survey research in the field which includes geometric data on JalanAlianyang, traffic volume data, vehicle speed data, side friction data, and patrol parkingdata. The secondary data was obtained from the Mayor's Decree on Pontianak City Roadon Parking in Kota Pontianak and data from the Pontianak City Population and CivilRegistration Agency. The study was conducted for 4 days on June 24 to 27, 2022 on theJalan Alianyang segment between Jalan Pangeran Natakusuma and Jalan Suwignyo from06.00 to 21.00 WIB. From the results of the analysis can be concluded that the highestaccumulation of hourly parking on weekdays 45 motorcycles and 30 cars, on weekends40 motorcycles and 12 cars. The largest parking volume on weekdays is 1043 vehicles, onweekends is 780 vehicles. The highest average parking index along 200 m is 80% whichmeans that not all road segments are used as parking lots. The performance of road sectionswithout on street parking shows a level of service C and a degree of saturation of 0.45.Meanwhile, with the influence of on street parking with a level of service F and a degreeof saturation of 1.01. Based on parking needs, it can be considered using one side of theroad with good parking management so that parking and mobility needs can be balanced

    Kota bandung yang notabene sebagai kota besar di jawa barat, saat ini telah banyak bermunculan pembangunan dan pengembangan lahan baru. Peningkatan jumlah pembangunan fisik dan pengembangan lahan baru seharusnya disertai dengan penambahan fasilitas parkir yang berada di badan jalan (on street parking) berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pelayanan jalan yang menurun, kecepatan tempuh rendah, dan waktu tempuh yang lama. Tujuan evaluasi ruas Jalan Banceuy ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja lalu lintas akibat on street dan luas lahan parkir yang dibutuhkan pada ruas Jalan Banceuy. Data parkir diperoleh dari observasi yang dilakukan di lokasi evaluasi dengan pencatatan plat nomer kendaraan serta data volume lalu lintas dengan mencatat kendaraan sesuai jenis dengan interval 15 menit. Optimalisasi parkir yang dilakukan adalah dengan memaksimalkan lahan parkir yang ada untuk menampung kebutuhan parkir dengan mempertimbangkan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja lalu lintas sekitarnya. Kemudian melakukan evaluasi menggunakan metode pada MKJI 1997 dengan membandingkan volume lalu lintas yang ada dengan kapasitas jalan. Dari hasil evaluasi dengan adanya on street parking pada ruas jalan banceuy tingkat pelayanan ruas jalan melebihi batas minimum tingkat pelayanan ruas jalan menurut MKJI 1997, kemudian kebutuhan untuk lahan parkir juga melebihi batas yang tersedia. Jadi dalam hal ini perlu adanya penertiban lebih lanjut terhadap adanya on street parking di ruas Jalan Banceuy. Increasing the amount of physical construction and land development should be accompanied by the addition of new parking facilities that are on the road ( on- street parking ) affect the level of service is declining , low travel speed , and travel time is long . The purpose of this Banceuy Jalan evaluation was to determine the performance of traffic as a result of on-street parking and land area required at Jalan Banceuy . The data obtained from the observation parking on site evaluation conducted by recording license plate numbers of vehicles and traffic volume data by noting the vehicle in accordance with the kind of 15 -minute intervals . Optimizing parking is done by maximizing the existing parking lot to accommodate parking needs to consider its effect on the performance of surrounding traffic . Then evaluate the method by comparing the MKJI 1997 existing traffic volumes by road capacity . From the results of the evaluation in the presence of on- street parking on roads Banceuy road service levels by 72 %, which exceeds the minimum significance level of service roads by MKJI 1997 by 60% , then the need for parking space is also available over the limit .     ANALISIS KARAKTERISTIK PARKIR DAN KEBUTUHAN RUANG PARKIR DI KAWASAN KULINER PASAR LAMA TANGERANG

    AbstrakPermasalahan yang terdapat di Kawasan Kuliner Pasar Lama Tangerang adalah masalah kemacetan pengendalian parkir yang tidak teratur. Adapun salah satu sarana fisik di kawasan tersebut yaitu area parkir badan jalan.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik parkir, ruas jalan serta memberikan alternatif pemecahan masalah sesuai dengan ketentuan MKJI 1997. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Volume kendaraan yang masuk area parkir pada Jumat, 13 November 2020 sebanyak 34 mobil dan 41 motor, Sabtu, 21 November 2020 sebanyak 48 mobil dan 65 motor dan Minggu, 27 November 2020 sebanyak 41 mobil dan 61 motor. Akumulasi parkir terbesar pada hari Sabtu sebanyak 11 mobil terjadi antara pukul 08:00-08:59 WIB dan Minggu sebanyak 104 motor terjadi antara pukul 14:00-14:59 WIB. Durasi parkir Sabtu rata-rata parkir mobil adalah 1,81 jam/kend dan 2 jam/kend untuk motor. Pada hari Sabtu Indeks parkir mobil terbesar adalah 120,93% pukul 16:00-16:59 WIB dan 108,26% untuk motor terjadi pada Selasa pukul 17:00-17:59 WIB. PTO terbesar adalah 1 kend/SRP/waktu pengamatan. Dilihat dari analisis ruas jalan untuk kecepatan survey di jalan Kisamaun di jam puncak pagi, siang dan sore memliki tingkat pelayanan atau Level of Service (LOS) yaitu D. One of the physical facilities in the area is the parking area of the road body. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of parking, road sections and provide alternative problem solving in accordance with the provisions of MKJI 1997. The result of this study is the volume of vehicles entering the parking area on Friday, November 13, 2020 as many as 34 cars and 41 motorcycles, Saturday, November 21, 2020 as many as 48 cars and 65 motorcycles and Sunday, November 27, 2020 as many as 41 cars and 61 motorcycles. The largest parking accumulation on Saturday as many as 11 cars occurred between 08:00-08:59 WIB and Sunday as many as 104 motorcycles occurred between 14:00-14:59 WIB. The average Saturday car park duration is 1.81 hours/vehicle and 2 hours/kend for motorcycles. On Saturday the largest car park index was 120.93% at 16:00-16:59 WIB and 108.26% for motorcycles occurred on Tuesday from 17:00 to 17:59 WIB. The largest PTO is 1 vehicle/SRP/observation time. Judging from the analysis of road sections for survey speed on Kisamaun road in the peak hours of morning, afternoon and afternoon have a level of service or Level of Service (LOS) namely D.     The main purpose of this study is to see the impact of the servicescape on the customer satisfaction at LCCT parking. This research had been done at the LCCT area and all the respondent are from the LCCT user. The problem that the customers face at the LCCT is about the parking lot and the facilities that being provided at the LCCT parking area. The first objective of this study is to determine the level of customer satisfaction at the LCCT parking. The second objective of this research is, to identify the servicescape ranking factor that contributes to the customer satisfaction at LCCT parking service. The next objective of this study is to determine the frequency of the consumer come to LCCT and uses the parking service, and the last objective of this study is to identify the solution/recommendation to increase the customer satisfaction at LCCT car park. For the research methodology, researcher used exploratory and descriptive research in conducted this research study. The populations in this study were the people that using the parking service at the LCCT Terminal. In this study, researcher was decided to use convenience sampling which is a non probability sampling technique that attempts to obtain a sample of convenient elements. The number of respondent for this research is 101. For this study, the researcher will use primary data in order to collect data from the sample. The technique for collecting data is by using the questionnaire. The finding for this research is the level of customer satisfaction that using the LCCT Parking service still in the average level. There are some customers that are still not satisfied with the service that being provided by MA Sepang Sdn Bhd. For the servicescape factor, the first ranking that contributes to the customer satisfaction is the spatial layout and functionality, and then the second is the signs symbols and artifacts, and lastly the ambient condition

The methodology of this research is carried out by conducting geometric surveys, measuring the volume and travel time of pedestrians to determine service levels and distribute questionnaires to 63 respondents to pedestrians in finding the level of performance and the importance of sidewalk facilities. The processing of this data uses Microsoft Excel and the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results of the analysis carried out by geometric surveys show that the sidewalks have not met the minimum standards according to regulations. From the measurement results of the volume and travel time of pedestrians, the service level is obtained with category B, as well as the results of the questionnaire related to the level of performance and the importance of sidewalk facilities, namely quadrant I there is Circulation, Climate, Shape, Safety, Cleanliness, Beauty, in quadrant II there is Circulation, Noise, Smells, Cleanliness and in quadrant III there is Circulation, Noise, and Cleanliness
