A new computational method for solving fully fuzzy nonlinear matrix equations

    Get PDF
Multi formulations and computational methodologies have been suggested to extract solution of fuzzy nonlinear programming problems. However, in some cases the methods which have been utilised in order to find the solution of these problems involve greater complexity. On the basis of the mentioned reason, the current research work is intended towards introduction of a simple method for finding the fuzzy optimal solution related to fuzzy nonlinear issues. The proposed method is validated and is confirmed to be applicable by suggesting some demonstrated examples. The results confirm that the proposed method is so easy to understand and to apply for solving fully fuzzy nonlinear system (FFNS)

This paper considers the solution of fully fuzzy linear system (FFLS) by first reducing the system to crisp linear system. The novelty of this article lies in the application of Gauss elimination procedure with implicit partial pivoting to FFLS. The method is presented in detail and we use the Matlab software for implementing the algorithm. Numerical examples are illustrated to demonstrate the efficiency of the variant of Gauss elimination method for solving FFLS. Keywords: fully fuzzy linear system, fuzzy number, gauss elimination, partial pivoting, implici

Solving Fuzzy Nonlinear Volterra-Fredholm Integral Equations by Using Homotopy Analysis and Adomian Decomposition Methods

In this paper, Adomian decomposition method (ADM) and homotopy analysis method (HAM) are proposed to solving the fuzzy nonlinear Volterra-Fredholm integral equation of the second kind(FVFIE−2)(FVFIE-2). we convert a fuzzy nonlinear Volterra-Fredholm integral equation to a nonlinear system of Volterra-Fredholm integral equation in crisp case. we use ADM , HAM and find the approximate solution of this system and hence obtain an approximation for fuzzy solution of the nonlinear fuzzy Volterra-Fredholm integral equation. Also, the existence and uniqueness of the solution and convergence of the proposed methods are proved. Examples is given and the results reveal that homotopy analysis method is very effective and simple compared with the Adomian decomposition method

Fully Fuzzy Linear System in Circuit Analysis with the Study of Weak Solution

In this paper, a simpler method to solve a fully fuzzy linear system (FFLS) with unrestricted coefficient matrix is discussed. FFLS is applied in circuit analysis instead of crisp linear system to reflect the real life situation much better. Arithmetic operations of triangular fuzzy number (TFN) are justified by forming FFLS in an electrical circuit with fuzzy sources and fuzzy resistors and then the system was solved by the simpler method. Finally, the case of weak solution is overcome by proposing a new definition of TFN. Keywords: Fuzzy number, Triangular fuzzy number, Fully fuzzy linear system, Circuit analysis, Weak solutio

AbstractA new class of inner-outer iterative procedures in conjunction with Picard-Newton methods based on explicit preconditioning iterative methods for solving nonlinear systems is presented. Explicit preconditioned iterative schemes, based on the explicit computation of a class of domain decomposition generalized approximate inverse matrix techniques are presented for the efficient solution of nonlinear boundary value problems on multiprocessor systems. Applications of the new composite scheme on characteristic nonlinear boundary value problems are discussed and numerical results are given
