Government's program to improve elementary school or MI teachers' qualification has been highly well responded by society. The teachers whose qualification is not yet equal to S1 degree are enthusiastically attending program of distance learning S1 PGSD held by 10 universities or Teacher Education Institutes (LPTK). Educational Science Faculty (FIP), Yogyakarta State University (UNY) is one of the LPTKs entrusted to conduct the program. In so doing, FIP has been implementing a distance learning system named Flexible Learning Model which requires web or internet support in carrying out the learning process.Yet, deemed as having web-based and blended learning system and model, the conduct of distance learning held by FIP is not as expected. The use of web is limited to e-mail leaving the other internet or web facilities. Moreover, FIP's distance learning does not embrace interaction using online discussion forum which enables teachers and student to directly communicate at the same time (synchronous). This might lead to ineffective and less quality distance learning practice which in the end might bring about a less qualified graduate (read: teacher) since internet has been the most prominent support in determining the quality of interaction and learning process between teacher and student in distance learning program. Without optimal and effective use of internet, student and teacher cannot interact well and effectively. To this point, this paper aims to propose an alternative by designing and creating a particular website serving as the supporting software or Learning Management System media, providing a learning activity center, synchronous and asynchronous mode of student – teacher and student – student interaction, academic and administration information center, reviewing and testing media, digital library and e-material enabling student and teacher to independently learn. In addition, a website particularly designed in such a way to address needs and the characteristics of the Faculty's distance learning program will certainly benefit the teacher in that it provides a record of all teaching and learning activitues conducted through web, which functions as a portofolio.Government's program to improve elementary school or MI teachers' qualification has been highly well responded by society. [EN] Digital fabrication has revolutionized the pedagogical model of the experimental workshops that have been in force since the Bauhaus, leading to the worldwide network of Fab Lab connected laboratories. The emergence of CAD/CAM, the personal computer and the internethave influenced the methodology of project-based learning implemented in architecture schools. The maker movement updates the concept of learning by doing, bringing invention closer to education and questioningthe regulated teaching of traditional technical schools due to the rise of knowledge shared on the internet through digital learning platforms. Online on-demand training and offshoring personal production are the foundation of education in the times of the fourth industrial revolution that fosters synergies between previously hermetic disciplines and is moving towards a more sustainable intelligent manufacturing.[ES] La fabricación digital ha revolucionado el modelo pedagógico de los talleres experimentales vigentes desde la Bauhaus derivando en la red mundial de laboratorios conectados Fab Lab. Education in Indonesia plays an important role in building the nation. Educational Efforts to make humans become better individuals. Through this training, teachers can instill the noble values of the Indonesian people in students at the school. Ethnopedagogy, or what is commonly known as education based on regional wisdom, is the use of local areas for education. In addition to learning about local wisdom around them, students can understand the learning conveyed in thematic learning activities with the help of information technology, such as the internet. Thematic learning activities can be referred to as discussion activities. In this thematic learning, more emphasis is placed on learning by doing or the application of the concept of learning by doing, so the teacher must organize and plan learning in such a way that it becomes a meaningful experience for students. This research data collection technique is very important because this method is used as a strategy to collect necessary data. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. It can be seen that the thematic ethnopedagogy has a good effect on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students who receive more points than the KKM. The application of etopedagogy in thematic learning besides having a good effect on students' thematic learning outcomes, also has a good effect on students' attitudes. Learning is in line with material from several subjects in one topi

Now a day the demand of social media is increases rapidly and most of the part of social media is made up of multimedia content cognate as images, audio, video. Hence for taking this as a motivation we have proffer a framework for Name tagging or labeling For Web Facial Images, which are easily obtainable on the internet. TAG ME system does that name tagging by utilizing search-based face annotation (SBFA). Here we are going to select an image from a database which are weakly labeled on the internet and the "TAG ME" assign a correct and accurate names or tags to that facial image, for doing this a few challenges have to be faced the One exigent difficulty for search-based face annotation strategy is how to effectually conduct annotation by utilizing the list of nearly all identical face images and its labels which is weak that are habitually rowdy and deficient. In TAGME we have resolve this problem by utilizing an effectual semi supervised label refinement (SSLR) method for purify the labels of web and nonweb facial images with the help of machine learning techniques. Secondly we used convex optimization techniques to resolve learning problem and used effectual optimization algorithms to resolve the learning task which is based on the large scale integration productively. For additionally quicken the given system, finally TAGME system proposed clustering-based approximation algorithm which boost the scalability considerably
