Dampak Peralihan Pengunaan Web 3.0 bagi Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Edukasi Bidang Peternakan

The world wide web has improved significantly since its inception in the 90's. Currently we are using web 3.0 or third generation web which is semantic and personal web. Previous studies have found that web 3.0 has been effectively used for various purposes such as business and education. Web 3.0 is considered capable of improving the user experience in meeting their information needs because it is more personal and real time and is able to meet user needs. Even though the benefits of using web 3.0 have been proven in previous studies, students and the public do not understand how web 3.0 can be used in the world of animal husbandry, therefore this journal will provide insight into how the web 3.0 platform can be used for study purposes and the livestock industry. . Through the use of a secondary data analysis approach, it was found that interesting and meaningful learning could potentially be delivered via the web 3.0 platform. There are several strategies to maximize the use of web 3.0 for learning. Among them are creating social media accounts, digitizing teaching materials and storing them in a cloud storage system, and personalizing teaching materials. In conclusion, web 3.0 can be used for learning purposes through the right strategy as found in this research. Students individually and in groups must improve their knowledge and skills in using web 3.0 for learning purposes. The limitation of this study is that the data were collected from secondary sources only. Future research will need to test through empirical environments to increase validity

This paper proposes the implementation of a 3D virtual library, using open platforms such as OpenSimulator and Sloodle, applied to the integration of virtual learning environments. It also proposes their application to the creation of open libraries to share and disseminate the new dynamic nature of knowledge, in the understanding that 3D virtual worlds may contribute to the future of libraries as part of green initiatives to achieve an ecologic and sustainable planet

Assessing the Potential Involutionary Effects of New Copyright Laws: A Techno-legal Analysis Based on the Impact of Web 3.0 on Copyright Protection

As Internet technology evolves, legal professionals and academics must stay current and adapt to these inevitable technological changes. This article investigates the extensive influence of the latest version of the World Wide Web (the Web)—Web 3.0—on copyright laws based on a techno-legal analysis that considers the opportunities and challenges of this new technology. The principal version of copyright laws, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), was enacted in 1998 during the Web 1.0 era, signifying an impending need for appropriate updates in the new Web 3.0 era. This article traces the historical development of U.S. copyright laws by positing it has undergone three phases: illegalization, institutionalization, and criminalization. The article then explores the possible development of new legal frameworks to address the unique challenges of Web 3.0 and the formulation of novel technical solutions in the new phase of decentralization. The article also assesses the possible involutionary effects of new copyright laws that can detrimentally impact privacy, freedom of speech, and fair competition on the Internet. Finally, this article provides recommendations for establishing new copyright laws’ parameters in the forthcoming decentralization phase
