    Propuesta para mejorar la experiencia de visita a la Catedral de la Inmaculada Concepci贸n mediante la implementaci贸n de realidad aumentada

    La presente propuesta pretende innovar la experiencia que se ofrece actualmente en la Catedral de la Inmaculada Concepci贸n de Cuenca-Ecuador, mediante la implementaci贸n de realidad aumentada. El enfoque es cualitativo de alcance descriptivo y de corte transversal. La parte cualitativa eval煤a un diagn贸stico mediante Customer Journey Map y entrevistas dirigidas a los colaboradores del Departamento de Turismo y Cultura de la Arquidi贸cesis de Cuenca. La propuesta se realiz贸 en base a las cuatro primeras etapas de Design Thinking ya que permite la creaci贸n de productos de manera innovadora mediante el uso de herramientas con 茅nfasis en el consumidor. La propuesta se centr贸 en los millennials y la generaci贸n Z como p煤blico objetivo. Los resultados encontrados concluyen que el principal problema es la falta de informaci贸n in situ por lo cual, en el lienzo de propuesta de valor se plantea que la propuesta aportar谩 como un servicio complementario mediante la creaci贸n de un ambiente interactivo, informativo, cultural e hist贸rico mediante el uso de dispositivos m贸viles. En el Customer Journey Map se observ贸 que los puntos de mayor interacci贸n de los visitantes es la vista al parque Calder贸n y la vista a las c煤pulas; mientras que los puntos de menor interacci贸n fueron la observaci贸n de techos #1 y la escultura Santa Ana. Finalmente, se realiz贸 un plan de negocios que permite abarcar todos los sectores, tanto de marketing como un plan financiero, esto con la finalidad de que la propuesta se mantenga dentro de un 谩mbito funcional y eficiente. The approach is qualitative in scope descriptive and cross-sectional. The qualitative part evaluates a diagnosis through Customer Journey Map and interviews aimed at the collaborators of the Department of Tourism and Culture of the Archdiocese of Cuenca. The proposal was made based on the first four stages of Design Thinking since it allows the creation of products in an innovative way through the use of tools with an emphasis on consumers. The proposal was focused on millennials and generation Z as its target. The results concluded that the main problem is the lack of information in situ for which, in the canvas of value proposition it is stated that the proposal will contribute as a complementary service through the creation of an interactive, informative, cultural and historical environment through the use of mobile devices. In the Customer Journey Map, it was observed that the points of greatest interaction of visitors are the view of Parque Calder贸n and the view of the domes; while the points of least interaction were the observation of ceilings # 1 and the Santa Ana sculpture. Finally, a business plan was made that allows covering all sectors, both marketing and a financial plan, this in order that the proposal remains within a functional and efficient scope.
