The emergence of cloud computing (CC) adoption in higher education institutions (HEIs) is considered widespread today. Its growth comes with tremendous benefits and potential risks as well. This paper endeavors to investigate some issues and challenges that influence the adoption of cloud computing among state universities and colleges (SUCs) in the Philippines. A qualitative design was used in the study as it employed multiple case studies approach. Based on the results, this paper establishes two strong factors such as slow internet connection and lack of understanding or awareness of cloud computing. The findings revealed the impact of cloud computing to SUCs is found beneficial to the educational system amidst the global pandemic. Professors can easily upload lessons and teaching materials while students can easily access the materials online, though the challenge lies in the connectivity of internet in the country. Administrators can easily collaborate with the entire academic community and even to its stakeholder’s potential for collaboration even if not in face to face. It is a perfect avenue to be productive and efficient which allows all processes be made possible to all members of the entire academic community, may it be students, professors, staff and even other stakeholders

The development of technology, information, and computers is increasingly providing convenience and comfort for users. It is no different from the innovation of the e-Government concept carried out by the government in the tourism sector (e-Tourism). The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the adoption of cloud computing systems in the development of tourism based on technology and information (E-Tourism). The research method used is a literature study with the help of the Nvivo 12 Plus analysis tool. The results show that the adoption of cloud computing systems in the development of E-Tourisme is certainly driven by the many advantages provided, including Ease of Access, Cost Efficiency, Flexibility in Adding Capacity, Ease of Server Monitoring and Management, Increasing Data Availability, Focus on Business Improvement and Business Development. In addition, cloud computing innovates in improving smartphone-based facilities and features. For users, the cloud system provides easy access along with GPS, camera, music player, a dictionary, notepad, and translator, a tourist need

Cloud computing technology (CCT) has attracted extensive attention of organizations to enhance their agility, flexibility and competitive advantage. Successful implementation of CCT depends on its acceptance and useby senior IT managers in the organizations. This study proposes an extended technology acceptance model (TAM) to predict actual CCT usage by the managers. A questionnaire is used to collect the needful data. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses are performed to analyze the factor structure and measurement model. Structural equation modeling is used to analyze the structural model. The results supported all the hypotheses of the model. The moderating effect of experience and age is also tested through multi-group analysis. Based on findings of the study, implications for CCT usage in the organizations are discussed

[EN] Purpose of the research: This research aims to empirically examine the relationship between entrepreneurs’ personality traits and cloud computing adoption among Malay-owned SMEs in Malaysia. The research was done under theoretical framework that was developed based on the previous literature. Methodology: This study adopts non-probability sampling which is convenient sampling for data collection. Data collection was done in all major towns in West Malaysia. Hypotheses related to personality factors (determination, opportunity, independent, innovativeness, locus of control, creativity, risk taking ability and achievement) and cloud computing adoption among Malay entrepreneurial society were tested by using multiple regression analysis on survey data from a sample of 383 entrepreneurs from major towns in Malaysia. Major conclusion: The result of this study indicates that cloud computing adoption depend on the entrepreneur’s trait. This study confirms that personality traits have significant influence on cloud computing adoption. Research limitation: Like other empirical studies, this study is not without its limitations. The sample size itself is small. The study can be strengthened by increasing the sample size and including participants in other geographical areas. Originality and value: The findings of this paper serve as a reminder for the Malay-owned SMEs that they have to consider cloud computing for their business operation, particularly for managing and maintaining all their virtual resources at their own end.[ES] Objetivo de la investigación: Esta investigación tiene como objetivo examinar empíricamente la relación entre los rasgos de personalidad de los empresarios y la adopción de la computación en la nube entre las PYME Malayas.

As using cloud computing develops, one of the problems that managers face at the organization level is that the personnel cannot work with these systems, users do not accept these new systems and the problem of accepting these technologies, effective factors in accepting them and the existing barriers in accepting them by users are very important. In many organizations wherein cloud computing has been launched, a time period is required to accept this new system by their personnel. If this time period is less and the personnel can work with these systems earlier, the productivity increases in the organization. The present paper aims the analysis of effective factors on acceptance of cloud computing by personnel working in Birjand International Airport in South Khorasan County (Iran) based on Roger’s diffusion of innovation theory. Examination of effective factors on acceptance of cloud computing in an organization can pave the way for improving its implementation and performance. This research has been done by descriptive survey method and its community includes personnel working in different official and informatics departments of Birjand International Airport. The data gathering instrument was questionnaire and for determining questionnaire validity opinions of masters and for determining consistency Cronbach's alpha has been used. For data analysis descriptive and inferential statistics have been used. The results of present paper indicated that there is meaningful and positive relationship between acceptance features of cloud computing and perception elements of testability, comparative advantage, visibility, complexity, and compatibility of cloud computing with its acceptance rate and there is meaningful and negative relationship between features of perception of not needing cloud computing and its acceptance rate. But there was no meaningful relationship between perception of cloud computing test opportunity and its acceptance rate. As one of the modern ways of providing electronic service has been cloud computing in recent years and it has many benefits for air transportation systems, this paper presents a model for analysis of effective factors in acceptance of cloud computing among personnel of an airline company (airport) and it can be used for examining cloud acceptance in other air companies
