The flow of globalization, liberalization and the development of information technology must be anticipated by every law firm. Especially with the massive development of information technology where such condition is often referred to as the disruption era.  It means that the development of information technology in an industry has the potential to replace old players with new ones. In the disruption era, old physical technology will be replaced with digital technology that produces something that is completely new, more efficient and also more useful. In the management of law firm, there are at least two areas of innovation that must be developed: legal service and legal process. To realize an effective and efficient legal process there are two steps that can be taken, the development of Knowledge Management Systems and Knowledge Management Technology. In the perspective of the law firm business model in the era of disruption, in addition to developing legal processes in the form of Client Portal, Information System and Virtual Data Room, it is also necessary to develop electronic document and records management systems (“EDRMS”). The EDRMS development is also carried out to anticipate the application of Case Administration in the Electronic Court (e-Court) which was imposed based on the Republic of Indonesia Supreme Court Regulation No. 3 of 2018. Society and the workplace are two factors that are important for the individual's health status. It is important that the individuals has the right skills to take care of their health. For organizations, it is important to strive for the welfare of their employees. This has proven to have a positive impact on work performance, reduced absenteeism and reduced costs for rehabilitation. In 2007, the local authorities in UmeÄ implemented a wellness offering for all employees working in the municipality administration. They later saw a need to assist employees who needed help getting started with new exercise habits. This study aims to examine how the participants in the "Get Started Programme", succeeded in creating lasting exercise habits , 3-4 years after completing the program. Research questions are: How have the participants increased their knowledge practically and theoretically after the programme has finished? How have the participants succeeded in creating the content of the programme in their daily lives? How do the participants assess their health compared to before they participated in the programme? Are there any beneficial factors highlighted by the participants as during the program? The study was conducted on the basis of semi-structured interviews with eight voluntary participants who previously participated in the Get Started Programme. The results show that six of the eight participants succeeded to get started with the goals for behavioral change, and still maintain a sufficient physical activity level today. Participants who do not consider themselves to have succeeded in reaching the goals they set up in the beginning of the program, point out that they have the tools needed to go on and continue the behavioral change they strive for

In an Indian law system, different courts publish their legal proceedings every month for future reference of legal experts and common people. Extensive manual labor and time are required to analyze and process the information stored in these lengthy complex legal documents. Automatic legal document processing is the solution to overcome drawbacks of manual processing and will be very helpful to the common man for a better understanding of a legal domain. In this paper, we are exploring the recent advances in the field of legal text processing and provide a comparative analysis of approaches used for it. In this work, we have divided the approaches into three classes NLP based, deep learning-based and, KBP based approaches. We have put special emphasis on the KBP approach as we strongly believe that this approach can handle the complexities of the legal domain well. We finally discuss some of the possible future research directions for legal document analysis and processing

This paper seeks to identify the extent to which a Virtual Law Clinic (VLC), used as learning and training tool for undergraduate law students contribute to the development of skills and attributes of “the digitally proficient new lawyer”, looking at this from the lived experience and narration from the students involved in this training. It questions the types of skills and attributes that are perceived by students to be capable of being developed through the VLC and uses the perception of students’ employability skills, personal attributes and values gained from working on the VLC platform to provide useful and significant insight into further improvements and developments to the structure and curriculum of the VLC. The value of students’ perspectives in this regard is significant because the study captures their lived experiences, their thoughts, reflection and awareness of development. The findings show that students have gained benefits to their and have had the opportunity to gain an insight into the changing and emerging trends in legal practice and thereby raising awareness, recognition and experience of the skills needed by a digitally proficient lawyer or professional in the workplace

Shulman extols the benefits of ‘empirical propositions’  emphasising the value of interrogating teaching approaches with a view to establishing evidence as to how students learn, and in turn crafting effective ways to teach. This article critically explores the design and assessment approaches adopted in the delivery of the Family Law Clinic Module at the Law School, University College Cork and interrogates the impact of these approaches on student learning. In carrying out this action research, the decision to utilise Universal Design for Learning as the underlying Scholarship of Teaching and Learning framework allows the pedagogical approach adopted to be deconstructed and critically examined. The capacity for student involvement in the teaching journey which is premised upon the ideology of learning and teaching as community property will be explored, both from a theoretical perspective and also from a socio-legal viewpoint. It will be shown that empowering the students to direct the module and assessment content serves to awaken their social awareness and their understanding of their role as pro-social contributors. Following an exploration of these aspects of SOTL thinking, the student learning experience will be explored through a number of qualitative research methods, namely individual student interviews post completion of the module, individual student reflective journals and the testimonial experience of external parties who utilise the Family Law Clinic research services. These approaches to understanding the student experience will serve to demonstrate the unique approach adopted in the Family Law Clinic that gives rise to a unique student learning environment and holistic student development
