Kennzahlenbasierte Steuerung, Koordination und Aktionsplanung in Multiagentensystemen
To be of practical use, the implementation of flexible and modular agent-based cyber-physical systems (CPS) for real-world autonomous control applications in Industry 4.0 oftentimes requires the domain-specific software agents to adhere to the organization's overall qualitative and quantitative business goals, usually expressed in terms of numeric key performance indicators (KPI). In this thesis, a general software framework for multi-agent systems (MAS) and CPS is developed that facilitates the integration and configuration of KPI-related objectives into the agents' individual decision processes. It allows the user of an agent system to define new KPIs and associated multi-criteria goals and supports inter-agent coordination as well as detailed KPI-based action planning, all at runtime of the MAS. The domain-independent components of the proposed KPI framework are implemented as a Java programming library and evaluated in a simulated production planning and control scenario

Analytische Maschinen
In this thesis we present some results about analytic machines regarding computability over Q and R, solutions of differential equations, and the stability problem of dynamical systems. We first explain the machine model, which is a kind of BLUM-SHUB-SMALE machine enhanced by infinite convergent computations. Next, we compare the computational power of such machines over the fields Q and R showing e.g. that finite computations with real numbers can be simulated by infinite converging computations on rational numbers, but the precision of the approximation is not known during the process. Analytic computations over R are strictly more powerful than over Q. Our attention is then shifted to ordinary differential equations (ODEs) where we establish sufficient criteria for the computability of their solutions within our model. We investigate dynamical systems described by ODEs and show the undecidability of a class of stability problems for dynamical systems
The dissertation includes the languages MODEL-HS and VYSMO for modular, declarative description of hybrid systems that serve the proof of time- and safety-critical properties for symbolic simulation in CLP. For coming to language-theoretical conclusions like decidability hybrid systems are newly defined under acceptance conditions that can be formally proved and for which practical examples bear witness. A new classification of hybrid systems, a tool ROSSY, query descriptions and their transformation into temporal-logic expressions, query forms and applications for study systems and parallel programs are further results

The presented work focuses on the distribution of neutral and electrically
charged particles in plasma etch reactors under process conditions.A
detailed knowledge of the particle transport within the microstructures is
required. Up to now, only simulation models can shed light into these
structures. Therefore the purpose of this work is the development of
simulation models for an efficient and exact calculation of particle
transport within microstructures. The first part of this work presents the
physical properties, the creation of plasma species und their transport at
very low pressure within etch reactors.Reactions of particles with surfaces
that leads to etching of substrates or deposition of films, is analysed
thereafter and practical application in etch reactors as well as typical
processes are presented. For the virtual investigation of processes in the
reactor, transport simulation methods for substances and energy as well as
the current state of research in plasma and topography simulations are
sketched. Advantages and drawbacks of different simulation techniques are
analysed und special requirements of integrated plasma-topography
simulations identified. The main part of this work is a completely new
approach to model particle transport by analogy with the distribution of
radiance in virtual scenes. A general transport model is developed which
describes the distribution of species in microstructures.By specialisation
of the general transport model, more detailed models for charged and
neutral species are deduced thereafter. For efficient calculation of
neutral species transport, the radiosity method is adopted from the field
of computer graphics and a completely new iterative calculation scheme is
developed for the calculation of ion fluxes. The third part discusses the
implementation of models, their integration into a joined plasma-topography
simulation software, and compares results of simulations with performed
experiments. Verification and calibration of simulated models is argued by
etch and deposition experiments done in different etch reactors. The work
closes with a conclusion about the results and refers to future prospects
