    Pada era informasi digital saat ini public relations fashion merupakan profesi yang menjanjikan pada industri dibidang busana, karena semakin banyaknya industri besar bidang busana yang sangat membutuhkan tenaga ahli dalam bidang publikasi. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi hasil belajar manajemen bisnis desain mode terhadap kesiapan menjadi public relations fashion. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analitik dengan alat pengumpul data berupa tes dan angket, sample penelitian yaitu mahasiswa Paket Desain Mode Program Pendidikan Tata Busana Departmen Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga Fakultas Pendidikan Teknologi dan Kejuruan angkatan 2011 dan 2012 yang telah mempelajari dan mengikuti mata kuliah manajemen bisnis desain mode sebanyak 26 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil belajar manajemen bisnis desain mode berdasarkan kompetensi pengertian dan fungsi manajemen bisnis desain mode, tujuan dan peran manajemen bisnis desain mode, etika bisnis desain mode, strategi bisnis desain mode, manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam bisnis desain mode, dan promosi bisnis desain mode sebagian besar berada pada kriteria tinggi dan memberikan kontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan menjadi public relations fashion. ----------In the digital information currently public relations fashionmerupakan the promising on in fashion industry, because many more large field fashion industry who need experts in the field of publication.     Designing the Health-related Internet of Things: Ethical Principles and Guidelines

    The conjunction of wireless computing, ubiquitous Internet access, and the miniaturisation of sensors have opened the door for technological applications that can monitor health and well-being outside of formal healthcare systems. The health-related Internet of Things (H-IoT) increasingly plays a key role in health management by providing real-time tele-monitoring of patients, testing of treatments, actuation of medical devices, and fitness and well-being monitoring. Given its numerous applications and proposed benefits, adoption by medical and social care institutions and consumers may be rapid. However, a host of ethical concerns are also raised that must be addressed. The inherent sensitivity of health-related data being generated and latent risks of Internet-enabled devices pose serious challenges. Users, already in a vulnerable position as patients, face a seemingly impossible task to retain control over their data due to the scale, scope and complexity of systems that create, aggregate, and analyse personal health data. In response, the H-IoT must be designed to be technologically robust and scientifically reliable, while also remaining ethically responsible, trustworthy, and respectful of user rights and interests. To assist developers of the H-IoT, this paper describes nine principles and nine guidelines for ethical design of H-IoT devices and data protocols

    In this symposium Essay, I apply insights from philosophy and psychology to argue that modes of achieving compliance that focus on technology undermine, and are undermined by, modes of achieving compliance that focus on culture. Insisting on both may mean succeeding at neither. How an organization resolves this apparent contradiction in program design, like the broader question of optimal corporate governance arrangements, is highly idiosyncratic. Firms should therefore be accorded maximum freedom in designing their compliance programs, rather than being forced by enforcement authorities into a set of de facto mandatory compliance structures

    Big Data Privacy Context: Literature Effects On Secure Informational Assets

    This article's objective is the identification of research opportunities in the current big data privacy domain, evaluating literature effects on secure informational assets. Until now, no study has analyzed such relation. Its results can foster science, technologies and businesses. To achieve these objectives, a big data privacy Systematic Literature Review (SLR) is performed on the main scientific peer reviewed journals in Scopus database. Bibliometrics and text mining analysis complement the SLR. This study provides support to big data privacy researchers on: most and least researched themes, research novelty, most cited works and authors, themes evolution through time and many others. In addition, TOPSIS and VIKOR ranks were developed to evaluate literature effects versus informational assets indicators. Secure Internet Servers (SIS) was chosen as decision criteria. Results show that big data privacy literature is strongly focused on computational aspects. However, individuals, societies, organizations and governments face a technological change that has just started to be investigated, with growing concerns on law and regulation aspects. TOPSIS and VIKOR Ranks differed in several positions and the only consistent country between literature and SIS adoption is the United States. Countries in the lowest ranking positions represent future research opportunities.Comment: 21 pages, 9 figure

Organizations, to a more or lesser extent, have adopted Digital technologies and as a result HR activities are affected, in terms of speed, accuracy, quality, cost innovation, flexibility. The aims of this theoretical study are to highlight HRM in the era of digitalization, emphasize the roles of HR managers in contemporary organizations and discuss the impact of technological changes on HR practices. In order to achieve our aims, we adopt a conceptual approach. Our results summarize the contemporary HRM definitions, discuss the impact of digital technologies in certain HR areas and emphasize the new digital role of human resource manager (d-HRM)
