Neuronet Modelling of the Processes of Budgeting and Use of Labour Resources at Coal Mining Enterprises

The article considers issues of efficient budgeting and use of labour resources at coal mining enterprises. It proves expediency of use of modern neuronet, namely, multilayer perceptron, for solution of tasks of modelling the process of budgeting and use of labour resources at coal mining enterprises. It shows that Statistika is the best software package for creation of neuronets of the multilayer perceptron architecture. On the basis of analysis and comparative characteristic the article selects the topology and builds a neuronet model of budgeting and use of labour resources at coal mining enterprises

Diseño del sistema web SIMEFF para la gestión de presupuestos sanitarios de acuicultura

The present work aims to show the design of the SIMEFF web system to automate the management of annual budgets in the field of aquaculture health and safety of the Aquaculture Health Committee of the State of Guerrero (COSAEG, A.C.). System design is done during the second stage of the waterfall software development methodology. It is mentioned that this work gives continuity to the article entitled Data model to manage aquaculture health budgets [5]. The design is shown by UML notation and extensions for web modeling WAE (Web Application Extension), in which the architecture of the system is represented globally through diagrams of high level of abstraction, showing the fundamental objects and their interaction according to the requirements that describe the functionality to be developed according to the management processes of the annual budgets carried out by the COSAEG, A.C.El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo mostrar el diseño del sistema web SIMEFF para automatizar la gestión de los presupuestos anuales en materia de sanidad e inocuidad acuícola del Comité de Sanidad Acuícola del Estado de Guerrero (COSAEG, A.C.). El diseño del sistema se realiza durante la segunda etapa de la metodología de desarrollo de software en cascada. Se hace mención, que el presente trabajo da continuidad al artículo titulado Modelo de datos para gestionar presupuestos sanitarios de acuicultura (De La Cruz Silva et al., 2022).  El diseño se muestra mediante la notación UML y extensiones para modelado web WAE (Web Application Extension), en el cual se representa la arquitectura del sistema de forma global mediante diagramas de alto nivel de abstracción, mostrando los objetos fundamentales y su interacción de acuerdo con los requerimientos que describen la funcionalidad a desarrollar de acuerdo con los procesos de gestión de los presupuestos anuales que realiza el COSAEG, A.C

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Cílem práce je popis metod implementace systémů řízení skladových operací v průmyslovém podniku se zaměřením na technické řešení, optimalizaci programového vybavení a zavádění nových způsobů práce. Vývoj systému řízení skladových operací je v mnoha aspektech podobný běžnému vývoji aplikací. Hlavním tématem diplomové práce je zavedení systému ve skladu přístrojů na základě přepracování standardního řešení aplikace čárových kódů. Úvodní kapitoly textu diplomové práce poskytují rozsáhlou literární rešerži, která seznamuje čtenáře se systémem SAP a logistickými procesy. Praktická část projektu se dělí na dvě části. První analyzuje programové vybavení a zavádí systém ve spolupráci s dodavatelem a ITC oddělením společnosti ABB. Následuje část tvorby vlastních reportů a dynamických programů v programovacím jazyku ABAP se zaměřením na osvojení architektury systému SAP. Součástí práce je rekapitulace produktivity práce ve společnosti a hodnocení vlivu zavedení systému řízení skladových operací na vývoj efektivity činností ve skladu prodeje přístrojů. Závěrem se autor zamýšlí nad budoucím rozvojem moderních technologií ve společnosti ABB a potenciálním rozvojem metod identifikace objektů.Goal of this thesis is to describe the warehouse management systems with focus on the engineering solution, software development and innovation. The evolution of warehouse management systems is very similar to that of many other software solutions. Initially a system to control movement and storage of materials within a warehouse, the role of WMS is expanding to including light manufacturing, transportation management, order management, and complete accounting systems. General point of view of this thesis is suggest the method how to implement modular (standard) solution on the premises. Project is specialized on PDA terminals and wireless access points settings. Introductory chapter of thesis offer extensive background, which reach out reader with system SAP and logistics processes. Practical part of project can divided to two parts. First one analyze software and develop system in cooperation with supplier and ITC department of ABB corporation. Follow part describe reports and dynamic programmes in programming language ABAP with a view to adoption architecture of system SAP. In fine author intend about future development of modern technology in ABB corporation and potential development of object identification method.

Система підтримки процесу управління створенням медіа матеріалу

Структура та обсяг роботи. Пояснювальна записка дипломного проекту складається з шести розділів, містить 24 рисунка, 12 таблиць, 1 додаток. Метою розробки є підвищення ефективності процесу управління створенням та організацією медіапроектів. У розділі загальні положення було описано предметне середовище, що включало в себе опис процесу діяльності, і функціональної моделі, розглянуті існуючі аналоги створюваної системи, визначена точна постановка задачі, цілі та мета розробки. У розділі з інформаційного забезпечення описані вхідні та вихідні дані, описана та проілюстрована структура бази даних. У розділі з математичного забезпечення було описано змістовну і математичну постановку задачі, надано інформацію про математичну складову дипломного проекту, обгрунтовано метод вирішення, який був реалізований у застосунку. У розділі з програмного забезпечення наведено вимоги до системи, архітектура програмного забезпечення, та описані засоби розробки. У технологічному розділі наведена інструкція користувача, та показані результати випробувань програмного продукту.Structure and scope of work. The explanatory note of the diploma project consists of six sections, containing 23 figures, 12 tables, 1 application. The purpose of developing the diploma project is to increase the effectiveness of the management process for the creation and organization of media projects. In the general provisions section, a subject environment was described that included a description of the process of activity and a functional model, considered the existing analogs of the system being created, the exact definition of the problem, the goals and purposes of the development were determined. The section on information provision describes the input and output data, describes and illustrates the structure of the database. In the section on mathematical support, the content and mathematical formulation of the task was described, the information about the mathematical component of the diploma project was provided, the solution method that was implemented in the application was substantiated. The software section explains the system requirements, software architecture, and development tools. The technology section demonstrates how to use the system, and shows the results of software testing

Aplicación de gestión (ERP) de la actividad principal de una empresa perteneciente al sector del mueble

Este proyecto pretende ser una aplicación de gestión (ERP) que controlará el proceso productivo de una empresa perteneciente al sector del mueble. La aplicación hará una trazabilidad informática donde los usuarios podrán gestionar y consultar la situación de los pedidos que entran en la empresa dentro de su proceso productivo. Finalmente, se hará un control de las mercancías que se encuentran en su almacén. El proyecto se divide en 4 iteraciones. En cada iteración se realizará un módulo de los que se compone la aplicación. Los principales módulos son: Principales maestros (CRUD de clientes, proveedores artículos…), ventas, producción y almacén. Adicionalmente, existe un módulo de mensajería para la comunicación de los usuarios del sistema, otro módulo de autentificación y un último módulo para el acceso de los representantes. Se pretende pasar por todas las fases del desarrollo de software: la captación y análisis de requisitos, la fase de diseño de los requisitos recogidos en la fase anterior, la fase de implementación como una aplicación web utilizando lenguajes de programación como HTML, PHP o Javascript entre otros y las correspondientes pruebas de software. Además, se pondrán en práctica diferentes metodologías ágiles para la ayuda de la gestión del mismo como son la metodología SCRUM para la gestión del proyecto y la metodología eXtreme Programming para la gestión del desarrollo del software.This project aims to be a management application (ERP) to manage the production process of a company belonging to the furniture sector. The application will make a computer tracking where users can manage and check the status of orders entering the company in its production process. Finally, there will be a management of goods stored. The project is divided in 4 iterations. Each module belongs to one iteration. The main modules are: Master data (CRUD customer, supplier items ...), sales, production and warehouse. Additionally, there is a messaging module for user communication, another authentication module and a module for agents’ access. The aim is to analyse all the phases of software development: capturing and analyzing requirements, the design phase, the implementation phase as a web application using programming languages like HTML, PHP or Javascript among others and software testing.
