Customer Support for Job Learning on Demand - Darstellung von Projektergebnissen der Beratungshotline MamBHo und des Aufbaus von CuSS
Der Erfolg einer Qualifizierungsmaßnahme hängt stark vom nachfolgenden Transfer des Gelernten in den Berufsalltag ab. Ziel muss es daher sein, dem richtigen Mitarbeiter zur richtigen Zeit die richtige „eBeratung“ zur Qualifizierungssicherung anzubieten. Im Projekt „Customer Support for Job Learning on Demand“ wurde mit dem Aufbau einer maßgeschneiderten multifunktionalen Beratungshotline (MamBHo) das Ziel verfolgt, über eBeratung und eSchulung eine passgenaue berufliche IT-Qualifizierung zu sichern. Die Ergebnisse des Projektes sind ein Beitrag zur praxisorientierten Verbesserung der Qualität von Schulungen in Richtung maßgeschneiderter Qualifizierung und fokussieren das lebenslange Lernen über eine aktive Einbeziehung der Nutzer mit ihren Arbeitsqualifikationen in diesen Prozess des eLearnings, in dem kein Lernen auf Vorrat nötig ist, sondern zeitnah erfolgen kann. Nachgewiesen wurde die Machbarkeit von passgenauen Schulungen am Arbeitsplatz, schneller Hilfestellung bei Problemen, sofortiger Reaktion auf aktuelle Fragestellungen mit intensiven Kontakten zu Teilnehmern durch das Videokonferenz-System, so dass der Wissenstransfer als gelungen angesehen werden kann. Mit dem nun an der TFH Wildau existierenden „Customer Support Studio“ (CuSS) ist gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit eines modernen Ausbaus der Rolle unserer Hochschule im Aus- und Weiterbildungssektor geschaffen, die auch der Steigerung der Drittmittelfähigkeit des Fachbereichs Wirtschaft, Verwaltung und Recht dient

As part of the Ready for the Job demand-side skill assessment, the Heldrich Center explored emerging work skills that will affect New Jersey's workforce in the next three to five years.
