    Main approaches for definition of the conditions of financial support for enterprise development

    У статті розглядається фінансове забезпечення розвитку торгівельного підприємства як важливої складової сучасного управління. Систематизовано підходи до визначення сутності фінансового забезпечення підприємством. Розглянуто питання фінансового забезпечення господарської діяльності підприємств як фактор розвитку конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Проаналізовано існуючі підходи щодо визначення понять "фінансові ресурси", "фінансове забезпечення". Виокремлено основні принципи, на яких ґрунтується фінансове забезпечення підприємства. Визначено проблеми та надано пропозиції щодо вдосконалення фінансового забезпечення діяльності підприємств. Сучасний період формування фінансових ресурсів виявив низку проблем у діяльності господарюючих суб'єктів на макро- і мікрорівні, які знайшли відображення в їх діяльності в цілому та фінансових аспектах діяльності, зокрема. Це ставить перед керівництвом цих підприємств низку завдань, що вимагають негайного вирішення. Обґрунтовано необхідність створення ефективної фінансової стратегії підприємства. В комплексі концептуальних засад дослідження процесу розробки фінансової стратегії конкретними торговельними підприємствами певне місце має бути відведено визначенню принципів побудови цього процесу. Ідентифікація основних характеристик та принципів досліджуваного процесу створює необхідний теоретичний базис для визначення методологічних підходів до побудови структурно-логічної схеми процесу розробки фінансової стратегії торговельних підприємств.The article discusses the issues of financial support for the economic activity of enterprises as a factor in the development of the enterprise's competitiveness. The approaches to determining the essence of financial support by the enterprise are systematized. The exist ing approaches to the definition of the concepts of "financial resources", "financial security" are analyzed. The main principles on which the financial security in the enterprise is based are determined. The problems were identified and proposals were made for improving the financial support of the enterprises. The present period of the formation of financial resources revealed a number of problems in the activities of economic entities at the macro and micro levels, which reflected in their activities in general and financial aspects of activity, in particular. This puts the manage ment of these companies in a series of tasks that require immediate resolution. The necessity of creating an effective financial strategy at the enterprise is grounded. In a complex of conceptual bases of research of process of development of financial strategy, concrete trading enterprises the certain place should be allocated definition of principles of construction of this process. Identification of the main characteristics and principles of the pr ocess under study creates the necessary theoretical basis for determining methodological approaches to constructing a structural and logical scheme for the process of developing a financial strategy for trading enterprises

    Rating tendencies of the innovative development prognostication system at the industrial enterprise

    The aim of the article. The article deals with the formational process of enterprise innovative directions on the basis of nowadays modern tendencies structured analysis. The practical realization of the innovative development prognostication process at the enterprise is confined mostly to the current market condition and economic viability analysis. The system of development innovative directions prognostication has no systematic complex approach, structured organization, set of elements, which provide to collect and rate nowadays tendencies, i.e. perspectives for future development. The object of an article is to form approach to the modern tendencies rating, which are observed within the introduction system concerning innovative development perspective directions prognostication at the enterprise – trend-watching.The results of the analysis. The article demonstrates the research on concepts “trend” and “tendencies” economic aspect definition. The author presents the approach to prognosticate innovative development directions of industrial enterprises, based on social and economic development urgent tendencies research; that is the main point to investigate the research direction – trend-watching. The methodic of tendencies rating to decrease subjectivity level while prognosticating enterprise development directions, which is based on tendencies spreading speed determination, is also suggested. The main essence of the tendencies development quantitative concept consists in the fact, that, in order to know which level will be achieved in this or that process, it is necessary to know average speed of its change. So, the average speed of the process change may be rated. The article presents three tendencies features, including time, place and action. These perceptions give reason to define the tendency speed, that is the resultant factor of tendency development and spreading factor in the proper time taking into account the geographical space. In order to determine farness of the tendency spreading in various geographical space zones author investigates that tendency belongs to the studied object. The experience to conduct marketing research, including geographical segmentation of interaction subjects at the industrial enterprise, is the main point to allocate tendencies spreading. There are distinguished such geographical space zones of the tendency spreading as enterprise productive branch; enterprise region; country where enterprise is working; world space in general.Conclusions and directions of further researches. Each geographical space zone is given farness coefficient; it results in making the formula to calculate tendencies spreading intensity, which is the base to express mathematically the speed of tendency spreading. To calculate the speed of tendency spreading will increase the objectivity to make decisions and allow to form a range of investigated tendencies in quantitative concept. Quantitative data concerning tendencies spreading speed gives opportunity to take up qualitative analysis into the new level, decreasing the subjectivity level and using formalized methods of innovative development directions prognostications at the industrial enterprises. The perspectives for further research consist in forming of approach to group tendencies by the spreading speed factor with aim to define base to create innovative development directions, i.e. the key aspects, characterizing investigated processes and phenomena.     Modeling Virtual Organization Architecture with the Virtual Organization Breeding Methodology

    While Enterprise Architecture Modeling (EAM) methodologies become more and more popular, an EAM methodology tailored to the needs of virtual organizations (VO) is still to be developed. Among the most popular EAM methodologies, TOGAF has been chosen as the basis for a new EAM methodology taking into account characteristics of VOs presented in this paper. In this new methodology, referred as Virtual Organization Breeding Methodology (VOBM), concepts developed within the ECOLEAD project, e.g. the concept of Virtual Breeding Environment (VBE) or the VO creation schema, serve as fundamental elements for development of VOBM. VOBM is a generic methodology that should be adapted to a given VBE. VOBM defines the structure of VBE and VO architectures in a service-oriented environment, as well as an architecture development method for virtual organizations (ADM4VO). Finally, a preliminary set of tools and methods for VOBM is given in this paper.Comment: 9 pages, 4 figure

    On the Notion of Abstract Platform in MDA Development

    Although platform-independence is a central property in MDA models, the study of platform-independence has been largely overlooked in MDA. As a consequence, there is a lack of guidelines to select abstraction criteria and modelling concepts for platform-independent design. In addition, there is little methodological support to distinguish between platform-independent and platform-specific concerns, which could be detrimental to the beneficial exploitation of the PIM-PSM separation-of-concerns adopted by MDA. This work is an attempt towards clarifying the notion of platform-independent modelling in MDA development. We argue that each level of platform-independence must be accompanied by the identification of an abstract platform. An abstract platform is determined by the platform characteristics that are relevant for applications at a certain level of platform-independence, and must be established by balancing various design goals. We present some methodological principles for abstract platform design, which forms a basis for defining requirements for design languages intended to support platform-independent design. Since our methodological framework is based on the notion of abstract platform, we pay particular attention to the definition of abstract platforms and the language requirements to specify abstract platforms.     An agile business process and practice meta-model

    Business Process Management (BPM) encompasses the discovery, modelling, monitoring, analysis and improvement of business processes. Limitations of traditional BPM approaches in addressing changes in business requirements have resulted in a number of agile BPM approaches that seek to accelerate the redesign of business process models. Meta-models are a key BPM feature that reduce the ambiguity of business process models. This paper describes a meta-model supporting the agile version of the Business Process and Practice Alignment Methodology (BPPAM) for business process improvement, which captures process information from actual work practices. The ability of the meta-model to achieve business process agility is discussed and compared with other agile meta-models, based on definitions of business process flexibility and agility found in the literature.     An Approach to Relate Viewpoints and Modeling Languages

    The architectural design of distributed enterprise applications from the viewpoints of different stakeholders has been proposed for some time, for example, as part of RM-ODP and IEEE 1471, and seems now-a-days to gain acceptance in practice. However, much work remains to be done on the relationships between different viewpoints. Failing to relate viewpoints may lead to a collection of viewpoint models that is inconsistent, and may therefore lead to an incorrect implementation. This paper defines an approach that helps designers to relate different viewpoints to each other. Thereby, it helps to enforce the consistency of the overall design. The results of this paper are expected to be particularly interesting for Model Driven Architecture (MDA) projects, since the proposed models can be used for the explicit definition of the models and relationships between models in an MDA trajectory
