В ходе магистерской диссертации была создана расчетно-конструкторская модель гиродина, включающая в себя расчеты эксплуатационных и прочностных характеристик гиродина, параметрическую 3D модель и систему автоматизированного проектирования для гиродина. Computer-aided methods for analysis and synthesis of supersonic cruise aircraft structures
Computer-aided methods are reviewed which are being developed by Langley Research Center in-house work and by related grants and contracts. Synthesis methods to size structural members to meet strength and stiffness (flutter) requirements are emphasized and described. Because of the strong interaction among the aerodynamic loads, structural stiffness, and member sizes of supersonic cruise aircraft structures, these methods are combined into systems of computer programs to perform design studies. The approaches used in organizing these systems to provide efficiency, flexibility of use in an iterative process, and ease of system modification are discussed
Методика интегрированного автоматизированного проектирования элементов конструкции самолета
В статті розглянуто підходи до інтегрованого автоматизованого проектування. Висвітлені проблеми попереднього проектування та запропоновано методико розрахунку типових елементів конструкції літака на прикладі елемента повздовжнього силового набор, як стрингер. Також повністю представлений алгоритм побудов стрингера в системі інтегрованого автоматизованого проектування Siemens NX. Що дозволяє скороти час на проектування та використовувати його як еталон для розрахунку та подальшого змінення просто значень для отримання іншої розмірності стрингерів.Previously applied methods of designing aircraft based on two-dimensional geometric models that made it impossible to take into account all the necessary design and technological features. It was a prerequisite for the development of an integrated methodology that includes design and computer simulation of three-dimensional parametric design of the aircraft as a whole and its individual parts [2-5]. In this paper, the method of computer-aided design stringer at the master model geometry and space allocation wing aircraft. In article approaches to integrated computer-aided design. Also, the algorithm constructs a fully stringer system aided design of integrated Siemens NX. What can shorten the design time and use it as a reference for the calculation and further change just values for other dimensions stringers. Methods integrated design ensure the application of standard parametric analytical stringers in the calculation of aerodynamics and strength, life and vitality, weight of the aircraft and its alignment, safety of structures, as well as technological preparation of production and quality control, maintenance and repair. Considered aided design techniques can be extended to other than the stringers typical elements airframe.В статье рассмотрены подходы к интегрированному автоматизированного проектирования. Освещены проблемы предварительного проектирования и предложены методики расчета типовых элементов конструкции самолета на примере элемента продольного силового набор, как стрингер. Также полностью представлен алгоритм построений стрингера в системе интегрированного автоматизированного проектирования Siemens NX. Что позволяет сократить время на проектирование и использовать его в качестве эталона для расчета и последующего изменение просто значений для получения другой размерности стрингеров

with specific designed properties. Our research focuses on using a novel Precision Extrusion
Deposition (PED) process technique to directly fabricate Polycaprolactone (PCL) and composite
PCL/ Hydroxyapatite (HA) tissue scaffolds. The scaffold morphology and the mechanical
properties were evaluated using SEM and mechanical testing. In vitro biological studies were
conducted to investigate the cellular responses of the composite scaffolds. Results and
characterizations demonstrate the viability of the PED process as well as the good mechanical
property, structural integrity, controlled pore size, pore interconnectivity, and the biological

Influence of the Tunnel Shape on Shotcrete Lining Stresses
Tunnel excavation is frequently carried out in rock masses by the drill and blast method and the final shape of the tunnel boundary can be irregular due to overbreaks. In order to investigate the effects of overbreaks a study of the effect of tunnel boundary irregularity has been carried out. This is done developing a computational tool able to take into account fuzzy variables (i.e., thickness of the beams of the bedded spring approach used for the model). The obtained results show that irregularity effects should be considered when a shotcrete lining is used as the final tunnel lining (for the case where the tunneling procedure does not permit a smooth surface to be obtained). Part Repair using a Hybrid Manufacturing System
Nowadays, part repair technology is gaining more interest from military and industries
due to the benefit of cost reducing as well as time and energy saving. Traditionally, part
repair is done in the repair department using welding process. The limitations of the
traditional welding process are becoming more and more noticeable when the accuracy
and reliability are required. Part repair process has been developed utilizing a hybrid
manufacturing system, in which the laser aided deposition and CNC cutting processes are
integrated. Part repair software is developed in order to facilitate the users. The system
and the software elevate the repair process to the next level, in which the accuracy,
reliability, and efficiency can be achieved. The concept of repair process is presented in
