Abstract: The reviewed issue is pertinent today in view of the current disparity between the expanded need of the general public and the administration in brilliant college building instruction and the genuine development of designing alumni to play out their expert obligations, just as the deficiently created hypothetical establishments of understudy look into with regards to fitness situated training. The reason for this paper is to tackle the issue of framing the exploration fitness of understudies throughout autonomous and logical research work in the instructive procedure at College of designing. In view of the systematization and improvement of existing ways to deal with the arrangement ofthe issue of research preparing for designing college understudies adding to the advancement of a practical model, a philosophy for the development of research ability over the span of free and logical research work of understudies of building colleges is exhibited. The reasonability and convenience of creation and work of activity bunches concentrated on the satisfaction of imaginative research assignments is substantiated. The way toward forming pragmatic experience of research action with the interest of understudies in logical classes is depicted; the way toward utilizing ventures strategy through research assignments in the usage of coursework, capability works is displayed; settling and enhancing the experience of research exercises of future architects amid a wide range of training is considered. Exact techniques (poll, perception, interviews, testing, self-evaluation, documentation investigation, investigation of results of action, instructional structure) made it conceivable to examine the dimension of research fitness of understudies at all phases of the trial. The exploratory study included 1390 understudies and 150 educators and representatives of the college and essential undertakings. The educational test was intended for uncovering the viability of free and logical research during the time spent molding the examination capability of building college understudies inside the structure of the practical model execution. The strategies for numerical insights used to decipher the aftereffects of test study affirmed unwavering quality of the outcomes acquired. The materials of the paper can be connected by scholarly instructing abound of building colleges, teaching method, hypothesis and strategy of professional training specialists and furthermore in the postgraduation framework.Key words: engineering university, research activity; research competence; projects method; research tasks

Unpreparedness and the absence of motivational interest to science from students of educational level «Bachelor» causes the problem of low scientific activeness at the following educational levels and leads to violating the standards of academic etiquette, unconscious using the ways of plagiarism in scientific texts. The aim of the scientific activities of students mastering economic specialties; specifying the lesson model of specialized course, which envisages studying the fundamentals and methodology of scientific research. The research was made by using the methods of testing, questioning, observing, and pedagogical experiment, the participants of which were the students of higher educational levels «Bachelor» (fourth-year students – 43 persons) and «Master» (first-year students – 53 persons, second-year students – 38 persons) of specialty 071 «Accounting and taxation» at State Agrarian and Engineering University in Podilya and Poltava State Agrarian Academy. The scientific novelty of using teaching methods is in adapting the traditional course «Foundations of scientific research» to the corresponding educational program (in this case the field of knowledge 07 «Economics and entrepreneurship», specialty - 071 «Accounting and Taxation», the course «Methodology of scientific research in accounting»).The author’s approach is based on uniting students’ academic work with individual research and envisages the using of interactive training methods, such as discussion; interactive dialogue ‘human-computer»; situation analysis; the method of «incident»; business play. The presented lesson model on the topic «Linking and reviewing the text of the scientific-research task» with using the methods of situation analysis and business play enables to solve the following study aims: developing analytical thinking and skills of self-analysis; consolidating practical skills of work with information; broadening communicative competence; raising the motivation to work and scientific-research activities. The effectiveness of the described pedagogical experiment is confirmed by positive dynamics of structural changes as to disclosing the scientific potential and corresponding growth of the number of actual approbations of the research results obtained by the students at State Agrarian and Engineering University in Podilya and Poltava State Agrarian Academy

The article examines the problems of the transition of modern Russia towards the formation of an innovative economy, with a special emphasis on the investigation of the key challenges that Russian universities face while training engineers equipped for innovative activities. The paper considers the impact of cultural characteristics of the Russian society on the organization and content of an education process in a technical university, on “producing” engineers capable of developing innovation. In our analysis we use a comparative approach, as well as the outcomes of the etnometric studies based on the method by G. Hofstede. The study presents the comparative analysis of the organization and content of engineering training at two universities representing Russia and the United States. The results of the study show that further productive development of the Russian system of engineering education towards integration with Western systems is possible provided that the value orientation of the Russian state and society is significantly revised

Modern society, which sets problems of translating culture in a new way, determines new criteria for the educational paradigm. Globalization tendencies in modern educational environment induce the problem of necessity to integrate educational and scientific resources into Russian education. The aim of this article is to demonstrate a significant part of scientific research as a consistent factor in formation of the competence-based model of a professional. It is shown that students’ research work beyond the process of education becomes a unique sort of teaching activity, which has a number of essential differences from the main traditional teaching techniques for compulsory courses. The results of students’ research work in the ecological situation of Siberian region are presented. The competencies acquired by students during this work are revealed. It is noticed that integrating the theme of students’ research work with compulsory courses is one of the most important teaching peculiarities in formation of personal attributes of a future highly-qualified professional, which form the basis of professional mobility and competitiveness. It is summarized that an interdisciplinary character of research work in the modern educational paradigm is aimed at solving innovative tasks of integrating educational, scientific and practice-oriented constituents in the context of the competency building approach

French hardware manufacturers were by and large incapable not only of translating technological advances into industrial products but even of understanding the new opportunities these advances offered. While true up to a point, this approach, focused on the failure of the so-called ''national champion'' policy, is incapable of explaining why French providers of IT services have had considerable success both in their own domestic market and in the wider European market. The argument advanced is that a very active higher education policy and national research strategy has produced a supply of particularly valuable competences which feed the IT sectors. In addition, the previous mission-oriented policies encouraged the development of effective technological districts which now nurture a plethora of small, innovative IT firms.IT industry dynamics; France; high-skilled labour; SMEs

In terms of the organization, the human capital theory and human resource management raises a number of issues, namely: human capital issues (they relate to attracting, maintaining, developing and rewarding human resources in order to create and maintain a skilled, dedicated and motivated personnel); issues related to the structural capital (with reference to the size and development of organizational structures that stimulate the processes of creating, capturing and sizing of knowledge); issues of organizational capital( those related to knowledge management). Therefore, organizational context, several questions arise: What knowledge do we have? What knowledge do we need now and in the future? How can we create an environment and a culture that encourages individual and organizational learning? How can we do so that both explicit and tacit knowledge to be captured stored and used judiciously? This paper focuses on human capital theory, but there will also be raised concepts associated to the human resources and knowledge management. Therefore, in this paper we try to identify ways in which human resources (HR) specialists can support the KM strategy to drive value within organisation, by revising the practices in order to ensure the knowledge focus
