Cedarville Graduates Excel on CPA Exam

Cedarville University accounting graduates continue to perform exceptionally well on the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam. According to results from the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA), Cedarville University students secured a 77 percent pass rate on their first attempt. The pass rate is significantly higher than the 50 percent national pass rate. According to NASBA, Cedarville ranks seventh among all small college/universities in the nation and number 25 among 776 universities nationwide putting Cedarville graduates into the top 4% of all accounting programs nationwide

Cedar Cliff Partnership Enriches Elementary Students

Cedarville University’s School of Education and Cedarville Elementary School are partnering to create enrichment experiences for students in grades K-5. Pre-service teachers, along with other Cedarville University faculty and staff, are providing hands-on enrichment sessions in the areas of science, math, language arts, theater and fine arts. Pre-service teachers are education majors involved in a school-based field experience under the supervision of a cooperating teacher. The enrichment sessions began on Saturday, Nov. 7, and will take place once a month through March at Cedar Cliff, which is located directly across the street from Cedarville University

New Podcast Offers In-Depth View of Cedarville Stories

The first episode of “Cedarville Stories,” a podcast of Cedarville University, will be available on September 11. The inaugural podcast features Lt. Gen. Loren Reno, who currently serves as special advisor to Cedarville University president Dr. Thomas White. Reno has also served as vice president for academics and as the first dean of Cedarville’s School of Business Administration

World Solar Splash: Cedarville\u27s Streak is Snapped

Cedarville University\u27s five-year winning streak came to an end in the 27th annual World Solar Splash competition as the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez claimed the 2021 title from Cedarville. The four-day competition, held at Champion Lake in Springfield June 8-12, featured boats from nine U.S.-based colleges and universities. Cedarville has won the competition in 12 of the 27 years
