Community Development Evaluation Storymap and Legend
Community based organizations, funders, and intermediary organizations working in the community development field have a shared interest in building stronger organizations and stronger communities. Through evaluation these organizations can learn how their programs and activities contribute to the achievement of these goals, and how to improve their effectiveness and the well-being of their communities. Yet, evaluation is rarely seen as part of a non-judgemental organizational learning process. Instead, the term "evaluation" has often generated anxiety and confusion. The Community Development Storymap project is a response to those concerns.Illustrations found in this document were produced by Grove Consultants

Using ERP as a basis for Enterprise application integration
Architecting and implementing e-Business supply chain solutions across and within the modern day enterprise, is now becoming a necessity in order to maintain competitive and be adaptable to market needs. As such, the integration of information and processes is a vital step, using technologies such as using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Supply Chain Management (SCM) and enterprise portal platforms. The effective sharing of resource planning and other enterprise related data across and within the enterprise is typically seen as a facet of a business to business (B2B) platform. However, such infrastructures typically involve a tight integration across intra and inter-organisational systems. This paper examines an Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) initiative taken by a global manufacturer of industrial automation products, which attempted to utilise ERP as an integration tool across its internal B2B infrastructure, to achieve such an aim. This paper discusses those integration considerations and complexities, experienced by the case company upon embarking on an EAI integration programme through the adoption of a core ERP as a catalyst for organizational change. In doing so the authors present an analysis of the inherent risks and limitations of this approach in terms of previously published literature in the field, relating to technology-driven organizational change and EAI impact and adoption frameworks

This investment has included support for several social enterprise businesses in New Jersey, stemming from the Foundation's believe that these businesses have potential for increasing employment of people with disabilities
Оцінка інвестиційної привабливості промислових підприємств
The article is devoted to methodological issues of assessing the investment attractiveness of industrial enterprises, based on the nature of investments and the goals of their initiators. Various methods for assessing the economic efficiency of investments in newly created, existing and reconstructed industrial enterprises are examined, and the conditions for their application are determined. The necessity of calculating the economic efficiency of direct investment as part of changing the entire production and economic system of the investor is justified. A structural and logical scheme of interaction between the potential investor and the investment object directly for the implementation of investment projects was proposed, taking into account the number of investments, type of investor and term of the investment. The authors also proposed a methodology that can be used by an investor to plan for increasing the investment attractiveness of an enterprise and a formula for calculating the coefficient of investment attractiveness of an enterprise.
