Estudo de métodos de análise multicritério aplicados à gestão de projetos

Monografia (graduação)—Universidade de Brasília, Faculdade De Tecnologia, Departamento De Engenharia De Produção, 2014O presente trabalho se propõe a realizar uma análise dos métodos de decisão baseados em análise multicritério (Multi Criteria Decision Analysis - MCDA) aplicados no âmbito da gestão de projetos. São estudados casos diversos de problemas relacionados a projetos, como hierarquização e classificação de atividades, alocação de orçamento, dentre outros. Em cada análise, são identificados os fatores que influenciaram o tomador de decisão a escolher determinado método MCDA. Com essas informações, é possível estabelecer uma estratificação dos dados coletados, identificando em quais situações cada método MCDA estudado é mais adequado. Isso permitirá ao tomador de decisão definir com maior consistência e eficiência o método aplicável à sua situação problema. Identificou-se que o assunto mais abordado nos artigos estudados foi o problema seleção de projetos, sendo os métodos mais utilizados o PROMETHEE e o ELECTRE. ___________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTThe purpose of this work is to analyze the decision methods based on multi criteria analysis (Multi Criteria Decision Analysis – MCDA) applied in project management. Several problems related to projects are studied, such as activities sorting and ranking, budget allocation, among others. In each analysis, the factors which influenced the decision maker to choose a specific MCDA method are identified. With these informations, it is possible to establish a stratification of the collected data, in order to identify in which situations each MCDA method studied is more adequate. This will enable the decision maker to define with more consistency and efficiency the applicable method in accordance with the problem situation. The subject most discussed in the studied papers was the project selection problem, and the methods most applied were the PROMETHEE/ELECTRE

Environmental Education Programming for the Louisiana Cooperative Extension Service.

Environmental education is a component of community-based education programs. Environmental education in the United States and in Louisiana was described (Objectives 1 and 2). Because of rapid changes in environmental science, and the responses of citizens to environmental topics, extension faculty need additional programming techniques and more process and strategic skills training. Programming techniques and skills training were reviewed (Objective 3). Extension has included representatives from key state and federal agencies with expertise in, and responsibility for, environmental topics on its environmental education advisory committees. The Delphi technique was utilized in this study, with agency representatives as panelists, to determine and prioritize subject matter content for an environmental education program to be delivered to farmers (Objective 4). The Round 1 instrument included a list of 55 environmental topics which was provided to 56 state and federal agency representatives. Panelists were asked to rate the topics for inclusion in an environmental education program for farmers and were invited to add topics. Of 56 potential panelists, 41 responded, and ten added 25 topics. The Round 2 instrument included the individual panelist\u27s Round 1 ratings, the mean of the panel\u27s Round 1 ratings, the 25 added topics, a request to rate the added topics, and an invitation to change any Round 1 rating. Of 41 Round 1 panelists, 40 responded to Round 2. Most chose not to change any of their Round 1 topic ratings. Drinking water and point source water quality categories of topics received higher ratings while air quality and solid waste categories received lower ratings. The Delphi method provided an efficient and inexpensive technique for obtaining the views of agency experts. It is one method for obtaining input from advisory committees, for enhancing collaboration between extension educators and agency representatives, and for helping panelists learn more about a wide range of environmental topics. South Carolina community development training program, 1972

Three interrelated projects in training for local government employees were completed under this project. Project One consisted of two parts, first, a series of Community Development Workshops at various locations around the State arranged by the ten sub-State district offices to get discussion between expert speakers, consultants, and professors and local government employees on topics of significance to community development, and, second, a series of Management Workshops emphasizing improvements in administrative management in the ten sub-State district offices
