Risks associated with Logistics 4.0 and their minimization using Blockchain
Currently we are saying that we are at the dawn of the fourth revolution, which is marked by using cyber-physical systems and the Internet of Things. This is marked as Industry 4.0 (I4.0). With Industry 4.0 is also closely linked concept Logistics 4.0. The highly dynamic and uncertain logistic markets and huge logistic networks require new methods, products and services. The concept of the Internet of Things and Services (IoT&S), Big Data/Data Mining (DM), cloud computing, 3D printing, Blockchain and cyber physical system (CPS) etc. seem to be the probable technical solution for that. However, associated risks hamper its implementation and lack a comprehensive overview. In response, the paper proposes a framework of risks in the context of Logistics 4.0. They are here economic risks, that are associated e.g. with high or false investments. From a social perspective, risks the job losses, are considered too. Additionally, risks can be associated with technical risks, e.g. technical integration, information technology (IT)-related risks such as data security, and legal and political risks, such as for instance unsolved legal clarity in terms of data possession. IDMoB: IoT Data Marketplace on Blockchain
Today, Internet of Things (IoT) devices are the powerhouse of data generation
with their ever-increasing numbers and widespread penetration. Similarly,
artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) solutions are getting
integrated to all kinds of services, making products significantly more
"smarter". The centerpiece of these technologies is "data". IoT device vendors
should be able keep up with the increased throughput and come up with new
business models. On the other hand, AI/ML solutions will produce better results
if training data is diverse and plentiful.
In this paper, we propose a blockchain-based, decentralized and trustless
data marketplace where IoT device vendors and AI/ML solution providers may
interact and collaborate. By facilitating a transparent data exchange platform,
access to consented data will be democratized and the variety of services
targeting end-users will increase. Proposed data marketplace is implemented as
a smart contract on Ethereum blockchain and Swarm is used as the distributed

Philosophy of Blockchain Technology - Ontologies
About the necessity and usefulness of developing a philosophy specific to the blockchain technology, emphasizing on the ontological aspects. After an Introduction that highlights the main philosophical directions for this emerging technology, in Blockchain Technology I explain the way the blockchain works, discussing ontological development directions of this technology in Designing and Modeling. The next section is dedicated to the main application of blockchain technology, Bitcoin, with the social implications of this cryptocurrency. There follows a section of Philosophy in which I identify the blockchain technology with the concept of heterotopia developed by Michel Foucault and I interpret it in the light of the notational technology developed by Nelson Goodman as a notational system. In the Ontology section, I present two developmental paths that I consider important: Narrative Ontology, based on the idea of order and structure of history transmitted through Paul Ricoeur's narrative history, and the Enterprise Ontology system based on concepts and models of an enterprise, specific to the semantic web, and which I consider to be the most well developed and which will probably become the formal ontological system, at least in terms of the economic and legal aspects of blockchain technology. In Conclusions I am talking about the future directions of developing the blockchain technology philosophy in general as an explanatory and robust theory from a phenomenologically consistent point of view, which allows testability and ontologies in particular, arguing for the need of a global adoption of an ontological system for develop cross-cutting solutions and to make this technology profitable.

Blockchain: A Graph Primer
Bitcoin and its underlying technology Blockchain have become popular in
recent years. Designed to facilitate a secure distributed platform without
central authorities, Blockchain is heralded as a paradigm that will be as
powerful as Big Data, Cloud Computing and Machine learning. Blockchain
incorporates novel ideas from various fields such as public key encryption and
distributed systems. As such, a reader often comes across resources that
explain the Blockchain technology from a certain perspective only, leaving the
reader with more questions than before. We will offer a holistic view on
Blockchain. Starting with a brief history, we will give the building blocks of
Blockchain, and explain their interactions. As graph mining has become a major
part its analysis, we will elaborate on graph theoretical aspects of the
Blockchain technology. We also devote a section to the future of Blockchain and
explain how extensions like Smart Contracts and De-centralized Autonomous
Organizations will function. Without assuming any reader expertise, our aim is
