    Telephony is gaining momentum in the daily lives of individuals and in the activities of all companies. With the great trend towards telephony networks, whether analogue or digital known as Voice over IP (VoIP), the number of calls an individual can receive becomes considerably high. However, effective management of incoming calls to subscribers becomes a necessity. Recently, much attention has been paid towards applications of single-valued neutrosophic graphs in various research fields. One of the suitable reason is it provides a generalized representation of fuzzy graphs (FGs) for dealing with human nature more effectively when compared to existing models i.e. intuitionistic fuzzy graphs (IFGs), inter-valued fuzzy graphs (IVFGs) and bipolar-valued fuzzy graphs (BPVFGs) etc. In this paper we focused on precise analysis of useful information extracted by calls received, not received due to some reasons using the properties of SVNGs. Hence the proposed method introduced one of the first kind of mathematical model for precise analysis of instantaneous traffic beyond the Erlang unit. To achieve this goal an algorithm is proposed for a neutrosophic mobile network model (NMNM) based on a hypothetical data set. In addition, the drawback and further improvement of proposed method with a mathematical proposition is established for it precise applications

    Neutrosophic Shortest Path Problem

    Neutrosophic set theory provides a new tool to handle the uncertainties in shortest path problem (SPP). This paper introduces the SPP from a source node to a destination node on a neutrosophic graph in which a positive neutrosophic number is assigned to each edge as its edge cost. We define this problem as neutrosophic shortest path problem (NSSPP). A simple algorithm is also introduced to solve the NSSPP. The proposed algorithm finds the neutrosophic shortest path (NSSP) and its corresponding neutrosophic shortest path length (NSSPL) between source node and destination node. Our proposed algorithm is also capable to find crisp shortest path length (CrSPL) of the corresponding neutrosophic shortest path length (NSSPL) which helps the decision maker to choose the shortest path easily. We also compare our proposed algorithm with some existing methods to show efficiency of our proposed algorithm. Finally, some numerical experiments are given to show the effectiveness and robustness of the new model. Numerical and graphical results demonstrate that the novel methods are superior to the existing method

    An ant colony optimization algorithm-based classification for the diagnosis of primary headaches using a website questionnaire expert system

    The purpose of this research was to evaluate the classification accuracy of the ant colony optimization algorithm for the diagnosis of primary headaches using a website questionnaire expert system that was completed by patients. This cross-sectional study was conducted in 850 headache patients who randomly applied to hospital from three cities in Turkey with the assistance of a neurologist in each city. The patients filled in a detailed web-based headache questionnaire. Finally, neurologists' diagnosis results were compared with the classification results of an ant colony optimization-based classification algorithm. The ant colony algorithm for diagnosis classified patients with 96.9412% overall accuracy. Diagnosis accuracies of migraine, tension-type, and cluster headaches were 98.2%, 92.4%, and 98.2% respectively. The ant colony optimization-based algorithm has a successful classification potential on headache diagnosis. On the other hand, headache diagnosis using a website-based algorithm will be useful for neurologists in order to gather quick and precise results as well as tracking patients for their headache symptoms and medication usage by using electronic records from the Internet
