    This Research is about the application of active learning strategy learning tournament type that has conducted to know the increasing of student's learning achievement on of salt hydrolysis at class XI SMAN 4 Pekanbaru. This research is experimental research with randomized control group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of two classes, XI IPA 2 class as experimental class and XI IPA 5 class as control class. Experimental class is a class that is used application of active learning strategy learning tournament, while the control class was not. Data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on analysis of data obtained tarithmetic > ttable is 3,37 > 1,67, means that the application of active learning strategy learning tournament can improve student achievement on the subject of reaction rate in class XI SMAN 4 Pekanbaru where the effect of an increase is 16,34%

    The research on application of active learning method Learning Starts With A Question (LSQ) has been done to improve of student achievement on the subject of Atomic Structure in class X SMAN 11 Pekanbaru. Form of the research is experimental research with pretest-posttest design. The sample consist of two classes, namely class X IPA 4 as the experimental and class X IPA 2 as control class which randomly selected after had tested normality and homogeneity. Experiment class was given implementing active learning method Learning Starts With A Question (LSQ) while the control class was not given implementing active learning method Learning Starts With A Question (LSQ). Data analysis technique used the t-test. Based on the result of the final data processing t-test formula obtained tarithmetic>ttable (1,97 > 1,67) means the application of active learning method Learning Starts With A Question (LSQ) can improve student achievement on the subject of Atomic Structure in class X SMAN 11 Pekanbaru, with an increase of 5,59%

    Research on the application of active learning strategy type Learning Start With A Question (LSQ)) has been done to improve student's achievement on the subject of hydrocarbon in class X of SMAN 10 Pekanbaru. Form of the research is experiment research with pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of two classes, X.5 class as experiment class and X.7 class as control class that randomly selected after testing normality and homogeneity. Experiment class was given by implementing active learning strategy type LSQ and the control class was given by conventional method. Analysis of data used t-test. Data of research obtained tcount > ttable (5,78 > 1,67). It means that using active learning strategy type LSQ can improve student's achievement on the subject of hydrocarbon in class X of SMAN 10 Pekanbaru. The category improvement of student's achievement in experiment class was high category (N-Gain =0,71) and in control class was medium category (N-Gain =0,51)

    Research on the application of cooperative learning model Active Knowledge Sharing has been conducted to improve student learning achievement on the topic Hidrokarbon at class X SMAN 1 Siak Hulu. This research is experimental research with randomized control group pretest-posttest design. The sample took in the April – Mei 2016. The sample consisted of two classes, X1 class as experimental class and X3 class as control class. Experimental class is a class that is used cooperative learning model Active Knowledge Sharing, while the control class was not. Data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on analysis of data obtained tarithmetic > ttable is 2,5 > 1,67 It means that the application of cooperative learning model Active Knowledge Sharing can improve student achievement on the topic Hidrokarbon at class X SMAN 1 Siak Hulu. The category of the increasing learning achievement in experiment group included into high level by the normalized score gain (N – gain) was 0.704

    Abstrack: This research aimed to describe and find out the improvement of the students\u27 motivation learning achievement by using learning active strategy of Rolled. Type of this research is a quasi-experimental, with nonequivalent control group design. The subject of this research is students class VII at SMPN 40 Pekanbaru, total of 176 students as divide into two class, experimental class and control class. The data in this research is a score of motivation before and after learning physics by implementation of learning active strategy of rolled model with descriptive and inferential analysis.Then, measured the improvement of the students\u27 motivation by normalized gain (gain-N) and t-test. The descriptive analysis score motivation of students at experimental class in middle category and increase in the middle category with N-Gain 0.49, and the control class in the middle category with N-Gain 0,37. This proved by inferential analysis, the analyzed shows t(44) = 7.409 means p < 0.05, then Ho is rejected. Which means that there are difference in motivation of learning between experiment class and control class. It can therefore be concluded that the implementation of learning active strategy of rolled to students\u27 motivation learning achievement in physics on science at the seven grade of junior high school 40 pekanbar

    Aktivitas belajar dapat terwujud melalui partisipasi siswa selama proses pembelajaran di kelas. Strategi active knowledge sharing mengarahkan agar siswa terlibat secara langsung dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu (1) mengetahui perbedaan aktivitas belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah diterapkannya strategi active knowledge sharing di kelas eksperimen, (2) mengetahui perbedaan aktivitas belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah diterapkannya strategi selain active knowledge sharing di kelas kontrol, (3) mengetahui perbedaan aktivitas belajar siswa antara kelas eksperimen menggunakan strategi active knowledge sharing dengan kelas kontrol yang tidak menggunakan. Penelitian dilakukan di SMPN 3 Lembang dengan menggunakan metode quasi-experiment dan desain Non Equivalent Control Group. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling yaitu kelas VIII-A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII-C sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui observasi. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan aktivitas belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah treatment di kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan strategi active knowledge sharing,(2) terdapat perbedaan signifikan aktivitas belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah treatment di kelas kontrol yang menggunakan strategi selain active knowledge sharing (3) terdapat perbedaan signifikan aktivitas belajar siswa kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan strategi active knowledge sharing dengan kelas kontrol yang tidak menggunakan. Peningkatan aktivitas belajar setelah diberikan treatment di kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol, sehingga dapat dikatakan penerapan strategi active knowledge sharing lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa.;--Learning activities can be realized through student participating during learning process in class. Active knowledge sharing strategy leads student to get involved directly in the learning process. The purpose of this study are: (1) To know the differences in learning activities before and after applying active knowledge sharing strategy in experimental class. (2) To know the differences in student learning activities before and after applying strategy beside active knowledge sharing in control class. (3) To know the differences student learning activities between the experimental classes which is using active knowledge sharing strategy and the control class which is not using active knowledge sharing strategy. The study was conducted at 3 Lembang JHS using the quasi-experiment method and the non-equivalent control group design. Technique sampling that are used in this study is purposive sampling using VIII-A as experimental class and VIII-C as control class. The collection of data uses observation technique. Results of this study found: (1) There are significant differences in student learning activities before and after applying the active knowledge sharing strategy in experimental class. (2) There are significant differences in student learning activities before and after applying strategy beside active knowledge sharing in control class. (3) There are significant differences in student learning activities between the experimental classes which is using active knowledge sharing strategy and the control class which is not using active knowledge sharing strategy. The increase in learning activities after being given treatment in the experimental class is higher than the control class, so it can be said that the application of active knowledge sharing strategy is more effective in increasing student learning activities

    Learning using Cooperative Learning model of the type Active Debate to train students to think critically through debate. Discussion method to train students interact in solving a problem. This study aimed to determine whether there is a difference increase critical thinking skills of students in classes that implement Cooperative Learning model ot the type of Active Debate and discussion class that implements the method. Sample in this research is class student XI IPS I as an experimental class and class XI IPA III as the control class. Date collection techniques are critical thinking skills test. Based on research results of students critical thinking skills after study shows that there are differences in students critical thinking abilities experimental class and control class. It can be concluded that the class using Cooperative Learning model of the type of Active Debate has the ability to think critically is better than the class that uses the mothod of discussion

    It has been applied the Power of Two active learning strategy to know the improvement student learning achievement on the subject of Colloid in class XI IPA of Senior High School Number 9 Pekanbaru. The research is a kind of experiment research with pretest-posttest design. The samples of this research were the students of class XI IPA 5 as the experimental class and students of class XI IPA 3 as the control class. Experimental class is a class which was given a treatment by applying active learning strategy type The Power of Two in learning process. The data were analyzed by using t-test. Based on the result of data analysis, it obtained tcount>ttable which is 1.96>1.67. It means that the application of active learning strategy type The Power of Two can improve student learning achievement on the subject of colloid in class XI IPA of Senior High School Number 9 Pekanbaru. The improvement category of student achievement at experiment class was high category with N-gain is 0.78. Meanwhile, the improvement category of student achievement in control class was medium category with N-gain is 0.69
