Amb l’èxit d’Internet, la família de protocols TCP/IP s’han convertit en protocols estàndards per a les comunicacions a Internet, però per a molts usuaris, els protocols de transport TCP/IP, no son suficient, ja que necessiten un protocol de transport nou que supleixi totes les deficiències que presenten la família de protocols TCP/IP, a més, cada cop els usuaris demanen més dispositius amb connectivitat a Internet i amb dimensions molt reduïdes. Per tant, l’objectiu d’aquest projecte es implementar un nou protocol de transport a una pila de protocols TCP/IP caracteritzada per haver estat implementada per funcionar en microcontroladors de 8 i 16 Bits. Aquest protocol es SCTP, un nou protocol de transport, nascut amb la idea principal de fusionar els avantatges dels protocols TCP i UDP, donant com a resultat un protocol de transport robust i fiable. Aquest treball s’estructura en dos grans blocs: Un primer bloc on es tracten d’una forma teòrica els temes que s’han considerat claus e importants per entendre com s’ha dut a terme la implementació del protocol SCTP. En aquest bloc es fa una introducció al mon dels microcontroladors, un breu estudi sobre les piles de protocols TCP/IP per microcontroladors, un estudi mes exhaustiu sobre la pila de protocols TCP/IP uIP per dur a terme la implementació del protocol SCTP i un estudi sobre el protocol de transport SCTP. En el segon i últim bloc, s’explica com s’ha dut a terme la implementació del protocol de transport SCTP, a la pila de protocols TCP/IP escollida, així com s’ha portat el codi font al microcontrolador PIC18F452. També s’esmenten tant les eines hardware com software que s’han utilitzar per dur a terme tot el projecte

Tato práce popisuje mobilní systémy druhé, třetí a čtvrté generace se zaměřením na problematiku uživatelské roviny. Pro tuto rovinu jsou rozebrány klíčové výkonnostní indikátory. Dále je rozebrána analýza základních datových služeb a požadavků na jejich kvalitu. V práci také byly popsány zásobníky protokolů uživatelské roviny.The thesis describes the 2G, 3G and 4G mobile systems with a focus on the user plane. It decipt the problem of key performance indicators focusing on the characteristics of the user plane. It contains analysis of the basic data transmission services and requirements for their quality. The thesis also describes the user plane protocol stacks.
