    A Fuzzy Bayesian Network Model for Quality Control in O2O e-Commerce

    With the popularization of the online to offline (O2O) e-commerce on fresh food products, how to control the quality is becoming increasingly important. To adequately address this problem, this paper presents a fuzzy Bayesian network model for effectively controlling the quality in O2O ecommerce. Reasoning about uncertain events and incomplete data through an intelligent simulation with Bayesian networks provides a convenient and fast method of evaluation and analysis for e-commerce platforms to quickly select fresh food suppliers. Such a model is capable of appropriately modelling the uncertainty inherent in the fresh food product distribution process. It focuses on the identification of the critical factors that affect the food product quality along the supply chain. This leads to the development of a complete selection and evaluation system for the quality in O2O e-commerce. A simulation study is conducted that shows the proposed model is applicable for effectively controlling the quality in O2O e-commerce. Ultimately, the unloading level, warehouse inspection and warehouse monitoring are determined as the entry points for quality control, with corresponding degrees of influence of 44%, 37%, and 34%. The main points to protect the quality of food are introduced, which provides a theoretical basis for solving fresh food safety problems for business platforms

    A Knowledge Graph Construction Approach for Legal Domain

    Considering that the existing domain knowledge graphs have difficulty in updating data in a timely manner and cannot make use of knowledge sufficiently in the construction process, this paper proposes a legal domain knowledge graph construction approach based on \u27China Judgments Online\u27 in order to manage the cases\u27 knowledge contained in it. The construction process is divided into two steps. First, we extract the classification relationships of the cases from structured data. Then, we obtain attribute knowledge of cases from semi-structured data and unstructured data through a relationship extraction model based on an improved cross-entropy loss function. The triples describing knowledge of cases are stored through Neo4j. The accuracy of the proposed approach is verified through experiments and we construct a legal domain knowledge graph which contains more than 4K classification relationships and 12K attribute knowledge to prove its validity

    Research hotspots and trends of fresh e-commerce in China: A knowledge mapping analysis based on bibliometrics

    The fresh e-commerce industry has seen a sudden and substantial rise since the outbreak of COVID-19. The rapid development of this industry calls for a comprehensive and systematic review of its research status, hotspots and future trends, which will have significant implications for researchers in related fields. This paper first conducts a current situation analysis of the core literature on fresh e-commerce retrieved from four databases – CNKI, CSSCI, Wanfang and VIP – to categorize the research status of fresh e-commerce in three dimensions: the year of publication, article sources, and distribution of subjects. CiteSpace is then used to perform a bibliometric analysis of the data and to create visualized knowledge maps. The results show that the research on fresh e-commerce can be divided into three stages: rapid development (2012-2015), exploration and transformation (2016-2019), maturity and upgrade (2020-present). At each stage, the research evolves toward diversity and maturity with policy developments and changes in the external environment. Cold chain logistics, business models, freshness-keeping of products and e-commerce are ongoing research hotspots in fresh produce e-commerce, while later studies focus more on the transformation and upgrade of products, logistics, distribution and platforms to better serve consumers’ consumption habits and environmental requirements. This study provides valuable insights for researchers and enterprises who are engaged in the industry and for those who are interested in the development of fresh e-commerce in China

Therefore, in this sector, it is necessary to consider sustainability and resilience criteria in the supplier evaluation and selection process.     Biopsychosocial Assessment and Ergonomics Intervention for Sustainable Living: A Case Study on Flats

    This study proposes an ergonomics-based approach for those who are living in small housings (known as flats) in Indonesia. With regard to human capability and limitation, this research shows how the basic needs of human beings are captured and analyzed, followed by proposed designs of facilities and standard living in small housings. Ninety samples were involved during the study through in- depth interview and face-to-face questionnaire. The results show that there were some proposed of modification of critical facilities (such as multifunction ironing work station, bed furniture, and clothesline) and validated through usability testing. Overall, it is hoped that the proposed designs will support biopsychosocial needs and sustainability

    The paper discusses the possible impact of digital space on a human, as well as human-related directions in cyber-security analysis in the education: levels of cyber-security, social engineering role in cyber-security of education, “cognitive vaccination”. “A Human” is considered in general meaning, mainly as a learner. The analysis is provided on the basis of experience of hybrid war in Ukraine that have demonstrated the change of the target of military operations from military personnel and critical infrastructure to a human in general. Young people are the vulnerable group that can be the main goal of cognitive operations in long-term perspective, and they are the weakest link of the System.У статті обговорюється можливий вплив цифрового простору на людину, а також пов'язані з людиною напрямки кібербезпеки в освіті: рівні кібербезпеки, роль соціального інжинірингу в кібербезпеці освіти, «когнітивна вакцинація». «Людина» розглядається в загальному значенні, головним чином як та, що навчається. Аналіз надається на основі досвіду гібридної війни в Україні, яка продемонструвала зміну цілей військових операцій з військовослужбовців та критичної інфраструктури на людину загалом.     Seamless coverage for the next generation wireless communication networks

    Data demand has exponentially increased due to the rapid growth of wireless and mobile devices traffic in recent years. With the advent of the fifth generation, 5G, and beyond networks, users will be able to take advantage of additional services beyond the capability of current wireless networks while maintaining a highquality experience. The exploitation of millimeter-wave (mm-wave) frequency in 5G promises to meet the demands of future networks with the motto of providing high data rate coverage with low latency to its users, which will allow future networks to function more efficiently. However, while planning a network using mm-wave frequencies, it is important to consider their small coverage footprints and weak penetration resistance. Heterogeneous network planning with the dense deployment of the small cells is one way of overcoming these issues, yet, without proper planning of the integrated network within the same or different frequencies could lead to other problems such as coverage gaps and frequent handovers; due to the natural physics of mm-wave frequencies. Therefore this thesis focuses on bringing ultra-reliable low-latency communication for mm-wave indoor users by increasing the indoor coverage and reducing the frequency of handovers. Towards achieving this thesis’s aim, a detailed literature review of mm-wave coverage is provided in Chapter 2. Moreover, a table that highlights the penetration loss of materials at various frequencies is provided as a result of thorough research in this field, which will be helpful to the researchers investigating this subject. According to our knowledge, this is the first table presenting the most studies that have been conducted in this field. Chapter 3 examines the interference effect of the outdoor base station (BS) inside the building in the context of a heterogeneous network environment. A single building model scenario is created, and the interference analysis is performed to observe the effects of different building materials used as walls. The results reveal the importance of choosing the material type when outdoor BS is close to the building. Moreover, the interference effect of outdoor BS should be minimized when the frequency re-use technique is deployed over very short distances. Chapter 4 presents two-fold contributions, in addition to providing a comprehensive handover study of mm-wave technology. The first study starts with addressing the problem of modelling users’ movement in the indoor environment. Therefore, a user-based indoor mobility prediction via Markov chain with an initial transition matrix is proposed, acquired from Q-learning algorithms. Based on the acquired knowledge of the user’s mobility in the indoor environment, the second contribution of this chapter provides a pre-emptive handover algorithm to provide seamless connection while the user moves within the heterogeneous network. The implementation and evaluation of the proposed algorithm show a reduction in the handover signalling costs by more than 50%, outperforming conventional handover algorithms. Lastly, Chapter 5 contributes to providing robust signal coverage for coverage blind areas and implementing and evaluating the proposed handover algorithm with the intelligent reflective surface. The results show a reduction in the handover signalling costs by more than 33%, outperforming conventional handover algorithms with the pre-emptive handover initiation
