    Integrated FAHP, ARAS-F and MSGP methods for green supplier evaluation and selection

    In recent years, determining the best supplier in the green supply chain has become a key strategic task for a firm. Since the decision usually involves several objectives or criteria, the green supplier selection process is a fuzzy multiple criteria decision-making (FMCDM) problem. Considering both qualitative and quantitative criteria, this study proposes new integrated fuzzy techniques for fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), fuzzy additive ratio assessment (ARASF) and multi-segment goal programming (MSGP) approach to solve the green supplier selection problems. The advantage of this method is that it allows decision makers to set multiple segment aspiration levels for green supplier selection problems.     Pemilihan Maskapai Penerbangan pada Biro Perjalanan Haji dan Umroh menggunakan metode AHP-CODAS (Studi Kasus : PT Tursina)

    Tingginya peminat haji dan umroh menimbulkan banyak bermunculan usaha biro perjalanan haji dan umroh di Indonesia, yang tentunya tidak terlepas dari persaingan antar pelaku usaha dengan memberikan pelayanan dan harga yang sesuai. PT Tur Silaturahmi Nabi (Tursina) merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang menyediakan paket perjalanan haji dan umroh yang telah melayani ribuan jamaah sejak tahun 1997. Pemilihan maskapai menjadi salah satu upaya yang dilakukan biro perjalanan haji dan umroh agar dapat memberikan pelayanan dan harga yang terbaik bagi konsumennya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memilih maskapai terbaik dari empat maskapai full service carrier yang bekerja sama dengan PT Tursina menggunakan metode AHP-CODAS. Penggunaan metode AHP bertujuan untuk mencari nilai bobot kriteria pemilihan maskapai, sedangkan metode CODAS digunakan untuk melakukan penilaian terhadap keempat maskapai full service carrier yang bekerja sama dengan PT Tursina, yaitu maskapai EK,EY,SV dan GA.Wawancara dan studi pustaka penelitian terdahulu dilakukan dalam melakukan pengumpulan data. Hasil dari perhitungan metode AHP-CODAS menghasilkan kriteria reputasi keamanan menjadi kriteria pemilihan paling penting di PT Tursina dengan bobot sebesar 0,37 dan maskapai EK menjadi maskapai terbaik dengan perolehan nilai Hi sebesar 0,25

    Integrative model for the selection of a new product launch strategy, based on ANP, TOPSIS and MCGP: a case study

    New product launch strategy is a key competitive advantage for a new product development. A new product launch is a multiple criteria decision-making problem, which involves evaluating different criteria or attributes in a strategy selection process. The purpose of this paper is to develop a qualitative and quantitative approach for the selection of a new product launch strategy. The current study proposes an integrated approach, integrating analytic network process, the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution and multi-choice goal programming, which can be used to determine the best launch strategy for marketing problems. The advantage of this integrated method is that it enables the consideration of both tangible (qualitative) and intangible (quantitative) criteria as well as both “more/higher is better” (e.g., benefit criteria) and “less/lower is better” (e.g., cost criteria) in the launch strategy of a new product selection problem. To show the practicality and usefulness of this method, an empirical example of a watch company is demonstrated. First published online: 03 Nov 201
