Movie has unique characteristics. When someone writes an opinions about a movie, not only the story in the movie itself is written, but also the people involved in the movie are also written. Opinion ordinary movie written in social media primarily  twitter. To get a tendency of opinion on the movie, whether opinion is likely  positive, negative or neutral, it takes a sentiment analysis. This study aims to classify the sentiment is positive, negative and neutral from opinions Indonesian language movie and look for the accuracy, precission, recall and f-meausre of the method used is Dynamic Convolutional Neural Network. The test results on a system that is built to show that Dynamic Convolutional Neural Network algorithm provides accuracy results better than Naive Bayes method, the value of accuracy of 80,99%, the value of precission 81,00%, recall 81,00%, f-measure 79,00%   while the value of the resulting accuracy Naive Bayes amounted to 76,21%, precission 78,00%, recall 76,00%, f-measure 75,00%

The rapid development and popularity of social media and social networks provide people with unprecedented opportunities to express and share their thoughts, views, opinions and feelings about almost anything through their personal webpages and blogs or using social network sites like Facebook, Twitter, and Blogger.  This study focuses on sentiment analysis of social media content because automatically identifying and classifying opinions from social media posts can provide significant economic values and social benefits. The major problem with sentiment analysis of social media posts is that it is extremely vast, fragmented, unorganized and unstructured. Nevertheless, many organizations and individuals are highly interested to know what other peoples are thinking or feeling about their services and products. Therefore, sentiment analysis has increasingly become a major area of research interest in the field of Natural Language Processing and Text Mining. In general, sentiment analysis is the process of automatically identifying and categorizing opinions in order to determine whether the writer's attitude towards a particular entity is positive or negative. To the best of the researcher’s knowledge, there is no Deep learning approach done for Afaan Oromoo Sentiment analysis to identify the opinion of the people on social media content. Therefore, in this study, we focused on investigating Convolutional Neural Network and Long Short Term Memory deep learning approaches for the development of sentiment analysis of Afaan Oromoo social media content such as Facebook posts comments. To this end, a total of 1452 comments collected from the official site of the Facebook page of Oromo Democratic Party/ODP for the study. After collecting the data, manual annotation is undertaken. Preprocessing, normalization, tokenization, stop word removal of the sentence are performed. We used the Keras deep learning python library to implement both deep learning algorithms. Long Short Term Memory and Convolutional Neural Network, we used word embedding as a feature. We conducted our experiment on the selected classifiers. For classifiers, we used 80% training and 20% testing rule. According to the experiment, the result shows that Convolutional Neural Network achieves the accuracy of 89%. The Long Short Memory achieves accuracy of 87.6%. Even though the result is promising there are still challenges. Suicidal Ideation and Mental Disorder Detection with Attentive Relation Networks

Mental health is a critical issue in modern society, and mental disorders could sometimes turn to suicidal ideation without effective treatment. Early detection of mental disorders and suicidal ideation from social content provides a potential way for effective social intervention. However, classifying suicidal ideation and other mental disorders is challenging as they share similar patterns in language usage and sentimental polarity. This paper enhances text representation with lexicon-based sentiment scores and latent topics and proposes using relation networks to detect suicidal ideation and mental disorders with related risk indicators. The relation module is further equipped with the attention mechanism to prioritize more critical relational features. Through experiments on three real-world datasets, our model outperforms most of its counterparts

Sentiment analysis (SA) is also known as opinion mining, it is the process of gathering and analyzing people's opinions about a particular service, good, or company on websites like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and blogs, among other places. This article covers a thorough analysis of SA and its levels. This manuscript's main focus is on aspect-based SA, which helps manufacturing organizations make better decisions by examining consumers' viewpoints and opinions of their products. The many approaches and methods used in aspect-based sentiment analysis are covered in this review study (ABSA). The features associated with the aspects were manually drawn out in traditional methods, which made it a time-consuming and error-prone operation. Nevertheless, these restrictions may be overcome as artificial intelligence develops. Therefore, to increase the effectiveness of ABSA, researchers are increasingly using AI-based machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) techniques. Additionally, certain recently released ABSA approaches based on ML and DL are examined, contrasted, and based on this research, gaps in both methodologies are discovered. At the conclusion of this study, the difficulties that current ABSA models encounter are also emphasized, along with suggestions that can be made to improve the efficacy and precision of ABSA systems

We live in a world where data is becoming increasingly valuable and increasingly abundant in volume. Every company produces data, be it from sales, sensors, and various other sources. Since the dawn of the smartphone, virtually every person in the world is connected to the internet and contributes to data generation. Social networks are big contributors to this Big Data boom. How do we extract insight from such a rich data environment? Is Deep Learning capable of circumventing Big Data’s challenges? This is what we intend to understand. To reach a conclusion, Social Network data is used as a case study for predicting sentiment changes in the Stock Market. The objective of this dissertation is to develop a computational study and analyse its performance. The outputs will contribute to understand Deep Learning’s usage with Big Data and how it acts in Sentiment analysis. The objective of this dissertation is to develop a computational study and analyse its performance.
