Money laundering rate modelling

The article continues the analysis of the work of the model developed by the authors of forecasting money laundering rate. The purpose of the study is to compare the results of the forecast with the actual data. Authors used official data by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation on economic crime rate for the period January 2011 – July 2022. In the last published work, a forecast was formed based on the seasonal integrated autoregression – moving average (SARIMA) model for 11 months of 2022 from February to December. This forecast for the past 6 months has been verified by comparison with the actual values by calculating the relative error and the RMSE (root mean square error). In comparison, the authors noted a rare distribution of registered cases for the last decade: an excess of the number of crimes in May over June. The result of the study may be used as an auxiliary tool in the analytical complexes of subjects of financial monitoring and supervisory authorities. The results reflected the high accuracy of the forecasts obtained for the sum of the periods, and the conclusion was also made about the importance of observing the seasonal structure of the dynamics of crimes for operational changes in the parameters of the model

Восточноевропейская политика СССР на страницах арабской печати (август–декабрь 1939 г.)

This paper analyzes Arabic newspaper and magazine publications devoted to the assessment of the USSR foreign policy towards the East European countries after the signing of the Soviet-German non-aggression treaty of August 23, 1939. The article presents the opinions of Arab journalists and writers about the prerequisites and consequences of the signing of the so-called «Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact», the peculiarities of relations between Moscow and Berlin in the end of 1939, the reasons for the invasion of the Red Army in Poland, as well as the motives that prompted the Soviet leadership to strengthen its presence in the Baltic region. It is concluded that many authoritative Arabic newspapers and magazines, despite a dependence on the Western European information agenda, sought to independently comprehend the actions of the Soviet government in different parts of Europe, sometimes even emphasizing the forced nature of an aggressive and ultimatum policy. At the same time, it is impossible to talk about the existence of a dominant position on this problem. Arab authors frequently criticized the military and political actions of the Soviet government in the autumn-winter of 1939. It should be added that the volume and number of articles published in the press testify to the true interest of the Middle Eastern publics in the state of affairs in the distant Soviet Union. В работе анализируются арабские газетные и журнальные публикации, посвященные оценке внешнеполитического курса СССР в отношении стран Восточной Европы после подписания советско-германского договора о ненападении от 23 августа 1939 г. Приводятся мнения арабских авторов — журналистов, писателей и публицистов о предпосылках и последствиях заключения т. н. «пакта Молотова — Риббентропа», особенностях взаимоотношений Москвы и Берлина во второй половине 1939 г., причинах вторжения Красной Армии в Польшу, а также мотивах, побудивших руководство страны усилить свое присутствие в Балтийском регионе. Делается вывод, что многие авторитетные арабоязычные издания, несмотря на определенную зависимость от западноевропейской информационной повестки, стремились самостоятельно осмыслить действия СССР в той или иной части Европы, иногда даже подчеркивая вынужденный характер ведения агрессивной, ультимативной политики. При этом нельзя говорить о существовании какой-то одной, доминирующей позиции по данной проблеме. Нередко арабские обозреватели с резкой критикой высказывались о военно-политических акциях Советского государства осенью 1939 г.

Особенности связи климатической изменчивости месячных сумм осадков в Юго-восточном Крыму с динамикой разностей аномалий средних температур поверхности южного и северного полушарий планеты в ХХ вв.

По наблюдениям за ХХ век определены условия, при которых динамика разностей аномалий средних температур поверхности Южного и Северного полушария является статистически значимым фактором изменений среднемесячных температур воздуха в Юго-Восточном Крыму.Особливості зв'язку кліматичної мінливості середньомісячних температур повітря в Південно-Східному Криму з динамікою рiзниць аномалій середнiх температур поверхні Південної і Північної півкуль у ХХ столітті.За спостереженнями у ХХ століттi визначені умови, при яких динаміка рiзниць аномалій середніх температур поверхні Південної і Північної півкулі є статистично значимим чинником змін середньомісячних температур повітря у Південно-Східному Криму

Горьког

Планктонные водоросли донных осадков Одесского порта (Черное море, Украина)

Изучен видовой состав и пространственное распределение спор, цист и вегетативных клеток планктонных водорослей, выращенных из донных оса дков Одесского порта. Обнаружены 63 вида водорослей из пяти отделов: Bacillariophyta (32), Dinophyta (11), Chlorophyta (10), Cyanophyta (6) и Chrysophyta (4). В число наиболее часто встречающихся видов вошли диатомовые: Skeletonema costatum, Nitzschia closterium, Cerataulina pelagica. Все виды водорослей, выращенные из осадочных проб, обнаружены также в составе фитопланктона порта, за исключением диатомовой Detonula confervaceae и зеленой Dicellula planctonica. Обильный рост планктонных водорослей наблюдался в донных осадках, собранных на небольшой глубине. Число проросших клеток находилось в прямой зависимости от интенсивности развития фитопланктона.The species diversity and spatial distribution of spores, cysts and vegetative cells of planktonic algae grown from bottom sediments of Odessa port have been studied. Fro m five phyla of Bacillariophyta (32), Dinophyta (11), Chlorophyta (10), Cyanophyta (6), and Chrysophyta (4) 63 algal species have been discovered . The most frequent species include the diatom Skeletonema costatum, Nitzschia closterium, Cerataulina pelagica . All algal species grown from sediments were encountered in phytoplankton of the Odessa port except for the diatom Detonula confervaceae and green Dicellula planctonica. Abudant growth of planktonic algae was observed in bottom sediments collected at smal l depths which decreased with increasing depths. The number of germinated cells were directly related to the intensity of phytoplankton development

Воспоминания представительниц женотделов как источник изучения советской политики «женского раскрепощения» в Украине 1920-х гг.

Проаналізовано мемуари представниць жінвідділівських підрозділів більшовицької партії в Україні у 1920-тих рр.The Memoirs of zhynviddil’s (zhynviddil — unit of communist party of Soviet Union, that it was busy at women’s problem) members has been considered as historical source. Representatives of the Memoirs as source to research study of the history of the Soviet women «liberation» in Ukraine in 1920’s has been shown. The main focus was informative potential, the motives of creation, operating conditions, theme selection, ideological and gender representative of the Memoirs material. The appearance of these Memoirs under the orders of power has been detected. It is also proved that the Memoirs present a mix of official discourse and of personal perception. The authors of the Memoirs linked the process of emancipation with the objectives and protectionism of Bolsheviks. There have been established two stages of writing women’s memoirs and the conditions for their occurrence were identified. It is claimed that the conservation of Memoirs has appeared at the second stage. They have not been qualitatively changed and have also acquired features of collective identity. It is noted that the Memoirs of zhynviddil’s representatives are a valuable source of information both individually and as a whole. Every single memory shows individual experience of «liberation» process, and at the same time as a whole they represent difficult process of relations between authorities and women in society in general.Рассмотрены мемуары представительниц женотделовских подразделений большевистской партии 1920-тых гг. в Украине.
