    Analisis Kebijakan Bank Indonesia Tentang Loan To Value pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero). Tbk Cabang Singaraja

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) cara BTN Cabang Singaraja dalam melaksanakan kebijakan dari Bank Indonesia mengenai Loan To Value , (2) dampak yang dihadapi oleh BTN Cabang Singaraja dalam melaksanakan kebijakan Loan To Value , (3) cara BTN Cabang Singaraja dalam menanggulangi risiko yang di dalam melaksanakan kebijakan Loan To Value . Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero). Tbk Cabang Singaraja. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu (1) dokumentasi, dan (2) wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) BTN Cabang Singaraja melaksanakan ketentuan Loan To Value yang diterbitkan oleh Bank Indonesia di dalam meyalurkan kredit KPRnya, (2) dampak yang dihadapi oleh BTN Cabang Singaraja berupa penurunan jumlah kredit dan adanya persaingan antar bank di dalam menyalurkan KPR, (3) cara BTN Cabang Singaraja menanggulangi dampak yang dihadapi yaitu dengan melakukan kerjasama dengan developer didalam penyediaan KPR dan BTN cabang Singaraja perlu melakukan pemasaran yang lebih agresif, serta layanan dan proses kredit cepat dan berkualitas. Kata Kunci : kebijakan bank Indonesia, Loan To Value This research aimed at determining (1) how BTN Singaraja branch implemented the policy of Bank Indonesia in the Loan To Value, (2) the impact faced by BTN Branch Singaraja in implementing policies Loan To Value, (3) how BTN Singaraja branch handled the risk in implementing the policies of Loan To Value. This research is a kind of descriptive qualitative research. The subjects were PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero). Tbk Singaraja branch. The techniques of collecting data were: (1) documentation, and (2) interview. The results showed that (1) BTN Singaraja branch implemented the provisions of the Loan To Value issued by Bank Indonesia in distributing the KPR credit, (2) the impact faced by BTN Singaraja branch was a decrease in the amount of credit and competition among banks in distributing the KPR, (3) the method of BTN Singaraja branch dealed with the impact was cooperated with some developers in providing KPR and BTN Singaraja branch need to do more aggressive marketing, as well as service and fast loan process and quality. keyword : Bank Indonesia wisdom, Loan To Valu

    The background of this research indicates that the low organizationalcommitment of employees affects that the low performance of work, so theproblem studied in this research is: How big influence OrganizationalCommitment to Employee Work Achievement at PT. Permodalan NasionalMadani (Persero) Branch ManadoEmployee commitment to the organizationshown by employee characteristics is (1) employees are more concerned withpersonal interests than the company\u27s interest in completing the target work,where employees are more focused on personal issues. (2) less maximize thecontribution of his work as part of the organization as a whole in carrying outits duties and obligations; (3) lackof cooperation among employees in solvingthe problem. This shows that the low organizational commitment of employeesresulted in the likelihood of job performance at PT. Permodalan NasionalMadani (Persero) Branch Manado, so the higher one\u27s commitment to the taskthe higher the performance will be generated. In this research the method usedis quantitative method, by using correlation analysis approach and simple linearregression with data analysis technique used is Pearson Product MomentCorrelation Analysis (PPM). Based on the calculation of Pearson ProductMoment correlation, organizational commitment contributed 97.6% while theremaining 2.4% was a contribution from other variables. And there is asignificant influence between Organizational Commitment to EmployeePerformance at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Branch Manado.While the calculation results of simple linear regression analysis with the resultfhitung ≥ ftabel, or 2787.82 ≥ 2.05, thus reject Ho, which means a significanteffect. This means that Organizational Commitment has a significant andlinearly influence on Employee Work Performance at PT. PermodalanNasional Madani (Persero) Branch Manado. There is a significant influencebetween organizational commitment employees affect the performance of workat PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Branch Manado. It isrecommended to always pay attention to employee performance for theeffectiveness and efficiency of PT.     This research aimed to analyze the effect of the product and price to customer loyalty. In addition, this research also aims to analyze the effect of mediating variables purchasing decisions on relationship between product and price to consumer loyalty.Population is taken consumers who purchase rice seeds at PT. Pertani (Persero) Pekalongan Branch. Samples are taken about 100 respondents. A questionnaire was used for Data collection method.     ABSTRAK Asuransi adalah salah satu lembaga yang memiliki peran penting, karena kegiatannya berperan dalam perlindungan risiko dan mengumpulkan dana publik dari pendapatan premi. Dana pensiun dan Tabungan Hari Tua menjadi tabungan yang menjamin para peserta menerima uang tunai maupun non tunai pada saat yang bersangkutan berhenti, baik karena mencapai usia pensiun atau karena meninggal disaat aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Prosedur pencairan kas dan prosedur Klaim Dana Pensiun dan THT yang diterapkan oleh PT. Taspen (Persero) KC Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, teknik wawancara, dan teknik dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Prosedur pencairan Kas pada PT. Taspen (Persero) KC Bandar Lampung sudah sesuai. Bagian yang terkait dalam Prosedur pencairan kas adalah bidang pelayanan, seksi administrasi keuangan, seksi kas, bidang keuangan, dan seksi dosir. Prosedur yang diterapkan adalah pengeluaran kas dengan cek yang memerlukan permintaan cek, permintaan cek, pembuatan bukti kas keluar, pencairan kas, dan pencatatan pengeluaran kas. Dan syarat�syarat apa saja yang diperlukan untuk pengajuan klaim dana pensiun dan tabungan hari tua sehingga tidak terjadi hambatan-hambatan yang diakibatkan dari kurangnya berkas untuk klaim dana pensiun dan tabungan hari tua. Kata Kunci : Prosedur Pencairan, Klaim Dana Pensiun dan THT, PT TASPEN, BSI. iv ABSTRACT Insurance is one of the institutions that has an important role, because its activities play a role in risk protection and collect public funds from premium income. Pension funds and Old Age Savings are savings that guarantee participants receive cash and non-cash at the time the person concerned stops, either due to reaching retirement age or due to death while active. This study aims to determine the procedure for cash disbursement and procedures for Claiming Pension Funds and THT applied by PT. Taspen (Persero) KC Bandar Lampung. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation techniques, interview techniques, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the cash disbursement procedure at PT. Taspen (Persero) KC Bandar Lampung is appropriate. The sections involved in the cash disbursement procedure are the service sector, the financial administration section, the cash section, the finance section, and the dosiers section. The procedure applied is cash disbursement by check which requires check requests, check requests, making cash out receipts, cash disbursements, and recording cash disbursements. And what conditions are needed for filing claims for pension funds and old-age savings so that there are no obstacles resulting from the lack of files for claims for pension funds and old�age savings.     The problem of this research is whether there is influence of compensation with indicator of giving service mark, health insurance, overtime allowance, giving of facility right, giving of charter of awards and giving praise to employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Makassar Container Terminal Branch? Data collection techniques in this study using observations and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. And the results showed that compensation on employees of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Makassar Container Terminal Branch has an influence on employee performance.
