La nouvelle histoire de la guerre : une première approche

Dieser Artikel soll eine erste Annäherung an die neue Kriegsgeschichte sein: Einehistoriographische Strömung, die 1970 in Europa entstand, aber sich erst im Jahr 1990mehr verbreitete. Diese Strömung erreichte Argentinien in den 2000ern und erlangtegroße Wichtigkeit im nächsten Jahrzehnt. Diese Forschung soll definieren, was manunter der neuen Kriegsgeschichte versteht, indem sie eine historiographische Analyse derStrömung übernimmt, die Schlüsselbegriffe im Bezug zur Kriegsgeschichte durchleuchtetund so letztlich neue Reflexionen bietet. Die Wichtigkeit dieses Artikels liegt darin, dass sehr wenig zur neuen Kriegsgeschichtegeschriebewurde. Deswegen denken wir, dass der vorliegende Vorschlag auf Grund dertheoretischen, praktischen und methodologischen Implikationen und weil es nationalesinternationales Interesse an Forschern dieses Themenbereiches weckt, an Bedeutunggewinnt.  This article aims to be a first approach to the New War History. A historiographical trend that emerged in 1970 in Europe but only achieved greater diffusion in the 1990s. This current arrived in Argentina in the 2000s, managing to increase its importance in the 2010s. The study analyzes what is the new war history? A historiographic review is carried out about the current, some of the concepts are analyzed. keys around the new war history and ends with some final reflections.  The importance of this article lies in the fact that very little has been written about the New War History. For them, we consider that this proposal acquires theoretical relevance, practical and methodological implications to the extent that it addresses the growing interest of national and foreign researchers in this thematic field. Este artículo pretende ser una primera aproximación a la Nueva Historia Bélica, una corriente historiográfica surgida en 1970 en Europa, pero que recién logro una mayor difusión en la década de 1990. Dicha corriente llegó a la argentina en la década de los 2000, logrando aumentar su importancia en la siguiente. El presente estudio intenta definir qué es la nueva historia bélica, realiza un repaso historiográfico acerca de la corriente, analiza algunos de los conceptos claves en torno a la nueva historia bélica y culmina ofreciendo unas reflexiones finales  La importancia de este artículo radica en que se ha escrito muy poco acerca de la Nueva Historia Bélica. Por ello, consideramos que la presente propuesta adquiere relevancia, por sus implicaciones teóricas, prácticas y metodológicas, en la medida en que atiende al creciente interés de investigadores, nacionales y extranjeros, por este campo temático. Cet article vise à une première approche de la Nouvelle histoire de la guerre, un courant historiographique apparu en 1970 en Europe, mais qui n'a connu une diffusion plus large que dans les années 1990. Ce courant est arrivé en Argentine dans les années 2000 et a pris de plus en plus d'importance au cours de la décennie suivante. La présente recherche tente de définir ce qu'est la nouvelle histoire de la guerre, procède à un examen historiographique du courant, analyse certains concepts clés liés à la nouvelle histoire de la guerre et se termine par quelques réflexions finales. L'importance de cet article réside dans le fait que très peu de choses ont été écrites sur la Nouvelle Histoire de la Guerre. Pour cette raison, nous pensons que cette proposition acquiert une pertinence, en raison de ses implications théoriques, pratiques et méthodologiques, dans la mesure où elle répond à l'intérêt croissant des chercheurs, tant nationaux qu'étrangers, pour ce champ thématique

The reflectionsoutlined here seek, on the one hand, to insert the papers of Oscar Luis Quiroga, intothe scope of contemporary discussions about archival ethnographies, as well as to slipsome crucial points about their territorial implications.El presente artículo busca presentar el caso de un archivo local que nos fuera confiado en el marco del trabajo etnográfico en las sierras de Valle Fértil. En este marco, se inscribe la realización del presente artículo, que tiene por finalidad abordar cómo las situaciones de exilio e insilio devenidas en el contexto de la última dictadura cívico-militar Argentina (1976-1983), desde la perspectiva de quienes la experimentaron, es decir, sus protagonistas. 50 AÑOS DE TRAYECTORIA: EL LEGADO INDELEBLE DE LA UNSJ

Thus, 50 years ago, the project to build the National University of San Juan was launched. Although at that time there was already the Provincial University Domingo Faustino Sarmiento, founded in 1964 during the government of Leopoldo Bravo, it lacked the reach and prestige of the great national universities in the country. Faced with this situation and in a social context in which the new ideas of liberation were boiling, which followed one another throughout the country, as a result of the great revolutionary events of that decade, many San Juan intellectuals and professionals supported the initiative of the future construction of a House of Higher Studies for the province.De esta manera, hace 50 años, se pondría en marcha el proyecto de construcción de la Universidad Nacional de San Juan. Si bien para aquella época ya existía la Universidad Provincial Domingo Faustino Sarmiento, fundada en 1964 durante la gobernación de Leopoldo Bravo, la misma carecía del alcance y prestigio que tenían las grandes universidades nacionales existentes en el país.  Ante esta situación y en un contexto social en el cual ebullecían las nuevas ideas de liberación, que se sucedían a lo largo del país, como resultado de los grandes acontecimientos revolucionarios de aquella década, muchos intelectuales y profesionales sanjuaninos apoyaron la iniciativa de la futura construcción de una Casa de Altos Estudios para la provincia

Los docentes-investigadores en la UNSJ durante los años ‘90: perspectivas contrapuestas.

The Universidad Nacional de San Juan (UNSJ) has a significative track record in scientific and technological activities (C&T). From its genesis, in 1973, until today the process of institutionalization of these activities went through different stages, in which the complex '90s is an important point of inflexion in its becoming. The present work seeks, from a historical-structural focus, to describe the development of C&T activities in the mentioned University during that period, focusing on the impact of the “Program of Incentives for Teachers-Researchers” (PROINCE). We are talking about one of the most important initiatives of promotion in investigation in the history of the national scientificuniversity field that took place precisely in the 1990s in Argentina: complex period marked by a set of neoliberal structural reforms in the economy and the State that had a profound impact on the country's scientific activities. Among other things, we´ll see how this Program established within the University a sort of budget asignation by competitive mechanisms, giving place to a salary differentiation among the teachers, promoting a segmentation and hierarchy of the academic environment.La Universidad Nacional de San Juan (UNSJ), cuenta con una significativa trayectoria en actividades científicas y tecnológicas (CyT). Desde su génesis, en 1973, hasta la actualidad el proceso de institucionalización de dichas actividades atravesó diferentes etapas, significando los complejos años ´90 un importante punto de inflexión en su devenir.  El presente trabajo procura, desde un enfoque histórico-estructural, describir el desarrollo de las actividades CyT en dicha Universidad durante ese periodo, poniendo el foco de atención en el impacto del “Programa de Incentivos a Docentes Investigadores” (PROINCE). Se trata de una de las iniciativas de promoción de la investigación más trascendentales en la historia del campo científico-universitario nacional que tuvo lugar precisamente en periodo de los años noventa en Argentina: complejo periodo signado por un conjunto de reformas estructurales neoliberales en la economía y el Estado que tuvieron un profundo impacto en las actividades científicas del país. Entre otras cosas, veremos como este Programa instauró en el seno de la Universidad una suerte de asignación presupuestaria por mecanismos competitivos, dando lugar a una diferenciación salarial entre los docentes, promoviendo una segmentación y jerarquización del ámbito académico

EL “MILAGRO” ECONÓMICO JAPONÉS Y LOS DRAGONES ASIÁTICOS

This work presents an analysis of Japanese economic development and the subsequent industrialization of Asian dragons, noting that the Second World War (its end) underwent political and economic changes at a global level, but in this case we focus on Asia. We will introduce ourselves to the “Japanese Miracle” by pointing out those key political-economic measures for its subsequent consolidation as a world power, one of which was the impulse to education that allowed a culture capable of generating conditions. Finally, we will explain the process of Asian dragons.Este trabajo presenta un análisis sobre el desarrollo económico japonés y la posterior industrialización de los dragones asiáticos, remarcando que la Segunda Guerra Mundial (su finalización) contrajo cambios políticos y económicos a nivel global, pero en este caso nos concentremos en Asia. Nos introduciremos en el “Milagro Japonés” señalando aquellas medidas políticas-económicas claves para su posterior consolidación como potencia mundial, donde una de ellas fue el impulso a la educación que permitió una cultura apta para generar condiciones. Para finalizar nos encargaremos de explicar el proceso de los dragones asiáticos

She's gone and her loss brings back memories of one of the most stormy times in our province.Los grandes terremotos en nuestra provincia fueron borrando del mapa y la vista muchos lugares históricos. El San Juan que conocemos no se parece en nada al que era y lugares como este bar de más de cien años, eran contados con los dedos de una mano. LA SCISSION ENSEIGNEMENT – RECHERCHE DANS LE DOMAINE UNIVERSITAIRE: LE CAS DE LA FACULTÉ DE PHILOSOPHIE, SCIENCES HUMAINES ET D’ARTS (1973 -1983)

In der folgenden Arbeit wird versucht, die Auswirkungen der Prozesse zu erkennen, die im Universitätswissenschaftsbereich an der Fakultät für Philosophie, Geisteswissenschaften und Künste (FFHA) stattfanden. Dabei liegt der analytische Fokus auf den Lehr-, Forschungs- und Schöpfungsfunktionen in der Entstehungs- und Konsolidierungsphase seiner aktuellen Struktur (1973-1983). Die verfügbare Literatur legt nahe, dass das wissenschaftlich-technologische Feld unseres Landes durch die Trennung von Lehr- und Forschungsfunktionen gekennzeichnet ist. Auf diese Weise sollen die verschiedenen Etappen der Geschichte der Fakultät für Philosophie, Geisteswissenschaften und Künste (FFHA) aus analytischen Kategorien heraus angesprochen werden, die es erlauben, die Durchlässigkeit der Autonomie der Institution gegenüber der Nationalen Universität von San Juan (UNSJ) und dem bundesweiten wissenschaftlichen Bereich zu erkennen. Die historische Charakterisierung der Heterogenität, die die Institution durchzieht, ermöglicht es uns, die Grundlage zu legen, um über die Zukunft dieser und ihrer gegenwärtigen Struktur nachzudenken.The following article attemps to recognise the impact of the processes that the argentinian academic/scientific field has gone through in the Faculty of Philosophy, Humanities and Arts (FFHA), locating the analytic focus upon the teaching, research and creation functions in the emergence and consolidation period of its current structure (1973-1983). The available literature sugest that the scientific-technological field in our country is characterized by the cleavage of teaching and research functions. Thereby, the intention is to approach diferente stages in the FFHAs history from analytical categories that enable to recognise the permeability of the institutions autonomy in relation to the National University of San Juan (UNSJ) and the nationals academic/scientific field. Historical characterization about the heterogeneities that cross the institution allow us to settle a ground to reflect on its becoming and current structure. El siguiente trabajo intenta reconocer el impacto de los procesos atravesados por el campo científico universitario argentino en la Facultad de Filosofía, Humanidades y Artes (FFHA), ubicando el foco analítico sobre las funciones de docencia e investigación y creación en el período de surgimiento y consolidación de su estructura actual (1973-1983). La literatura disponible sugiere que el campo científico-tecnológico de nuestro país se caracteriza por la escisión de las funciones docencia e investigación. De este modo, se pretende abordar las distintas etapas de la historia de la FFHA a partir de categorías analíticas que permitan reconocer el carácter permeable de la autonomía de la institución con relación a la Universidad Nacional de San Juan (UNSJ) y al campo científico-universitario nacional. La littérature disponible suggère que le domaine scientifique-technologique de notre pays est caractérisé par la scission  des fonctions d’enseignement et de recherche. De cette façon, on cherche à aborder les différentes étapes de l’histoire de la faculté, à partir de catégories analytiques permettant de reconnaitre le caractère perméable de l’autonomie de l’institution par rapport à l’Université Nationale de San Juan et le domaine scientifique-universitaire national. Cotidianeidad y prácticas vinculadas al trabajo productivo, en el ámbito rural de la “estancia Silva” (1945-1951), desde el relato oral de Irma Noguera.

The study of everyday life rescues individuals and social groups marginalized and forgotten by traditional historiography. Being a different way of approaching the knowledge of the patterns of symbolic construction, on which are established the structures of sociability, subjectivity and inter subjectivity. While the scientific approach to practices linked to productive work, developed in everyday experience, is of particular importance to understand the functioning of the same and the way in which it is articulated with reproductive work, leisure time and structures Sense and feeling. For this, Irma Noguera’s oral account is representative of the period and space determined, and satisfactory for the chosen problem, being a direct and privileged witness of the same. Through a semi-structured interview, we seek to introduce ourselves in the subjective and individual experience, accessing the construction of the story, from the earliest childhood, in the rural area of the Estancia Silva (Tupungato, Mendoza) by Irma Noguera, Symbols and experiences of their everyday life, linked to the family economy. Tntury.El estudio de la cotidianeidad permite reconocer e interpretar sujetos históricos marginados y olvidados por la historiografía tradicional. Siendo una forma distinta de aproximarnos al conocimiento de los patrones de construcción simbólica, sobre los que se establecen las estructuras de sociabilidad, subjetividad e ínter subjetividad. A su vez, el abordaje científico de las prácticas vinculadas al trabajo productivo, desarrolladas en la experiencia cotidiana, es de especial importancia para entender el funcionamiento del mismo y el modo en el que se articula con el trabajo reproductivo, el tiempo de ocio y las estructuras de sentido y sentimiento. Para ello, el relato oral de Irma Noguera es representativo del período y espacio determinados, y satisfactorio para la problemática escogida, al ser testigo directa y privilegiada de los mismos. Por medio de una entrevista semi-estructurada, buscamos introducirnos en la experiencia subjetiva e individual, accediendo a la construcción del relato, desde la primera infancia, en el ámbito rural de la Estancia Silva (Tupungato, Mendoza) de Irma Noguera, indagando en los símbolos y vivencias de su cotidianeidad, vinculados a la economía familiar.&nbsp
