    Сучасною вимогою до навчально-виховного процесу є його особистісна спрямованість. Саме тому останнім часом цим питанням присвячено багато робіт психологів і педагогів, не дивлячись на це, на сьогодні існує велика неоднозначність у тлумаченні понять, що пов’язані з індивідуальним навчанням. Це стосується і поняття «індивідуальна освітня траєкторія». Саме тому у статті проаналізовані основні підходи до визначення поняття «індивідуальна освітня траєкторія». Розглянуті деякі загальні положення, що стосуються побудови індивідуальних освітніх траєкторій. Виділені етапи, які є характерними для процесу створення індивідуальної освітньої траєкторії Накреслені основні напрямки організації навчального процесу за індивідуальними освітніми траєкторіями: індивідуальні освітні траєкторій розвитку студентів на початкових етапах вивчення курсу та індивідуальні освітні траєкторій розвитку студентів, що мають прогалини з математики під час її вивчення. Впровадження даних траєкторій розглядається в умовах використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій.The modern demand for the educational process is its personal orientation. That is why, recently, this issue is devoted to many works of psychologists and educators, in despite this, today there is a great controversy in the interpretation of concepts related to individual learning. This also applies to the concept of "individual educational trajectory." That is why the article analyzes the main approaches to the definition of the concept of "individual educational trajectory". Some general provisions concerning the construction of individual educational trajectories are considered. The selected stages those are characteristic for the process of creation of an individual educational trajectory. The basic directions of the organization of the educational process by individual educational trajectories are drawn: individual educational trajectories of students' development at the initial stages of studying the course and individual educational trajectories of students with gaps in mathematics during its study. The introduction of these trajectories is considered in the use of information and communication technologies

For many young men of color, middle school becomes a stage where they begin to get off track academically. This is the story of Escobar Cruz, a young Latino male student, and his navigation through the 7th grade attempting to figure out who he is and who he wants to become. Escobar must choose between listening to his English Language Arts teacher or his peers and soccer coach and make decisions that will impact his future. Masculinity and school engagement are analyzed to explore the daily negotiations that young men of color engage in at schools

    Agency as the Acquisition of Capital: the role of one-on-one tutoring and mentoring in changing a refugee student's educational trajectory

    Current research into the experiences of refugee students in mainstream secondary schools in Australia indicates that for these students, schools are places of social and academic isolation and failure. This article introduces one such student, Lian, who came to Australia as a refugee from Burma, and whom the author tutored and mentored intensively during his final year of schooling. The article provides an empirically derived understanding of how one-on-one tutoring and mentoring became a platform through which this student was able to succeed in a structure which systematically tried to exclude him. Here, agency is conceptualised in terms of Bourdieu's concept of capital. The analysis highlights the ways in which one-on-one tutoring and mentoring provided the necessary platform by which this refugee student was able to acquire the necessary capital that effected a positive change in his educational trajectory

    The article draws attention to acmeological approach in system of improvement of professional skill of pedagogical workers. Three groups of signs антропоориентированный educational process: philosophical, pedagogical, psychological. According to the author, fuzzy individual professional educational trajectory must be designed with consideration of acmeological principles, the list and contents of which are specified in the analysis of scientific literature.В статье обращается внимание на акмеологический подход в системе повышения квалификации педагогических работников. Выделены три группы признаков антропоориентированного образовательного процесса: философские; педагогические; психологические. По мнению автора, неч ткая индивидуальная профессиональная образовательная траектория должна проектироваться с учетом акмеологических принципов, перечень и содержание которых уточнены в результате анализа научной литературы
