    Kalimat terdiri dari berbagai macam kata, dalam pembentukan kalimat terdapat berbagai macam sifat dan kedudukan kata yang digunakan. Salah satunya yaitu kata kerja. Kata kerja dapat terdiri dari kata kerja asli, atau Perubahan dari kata sifat dan kata yang lainnya yang memperoleh imbuhan sehingga berubah menjadi sebuah kata kerja. Dalam metode analisis leksikal, kata disebut dengan token, dimana analisis leksikal melakuakan scanning terhadap karakter yang sesuai dengan token yang sudah ditetapkan. Token yang diidentifikasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kata kerja, dimana kata kerja terdiri dari kata kerja murni dan kata kerja yang memperoleh imbuhan. Menggunakan tool Visual Studio 2010 dan bahasa pemrograman C# dalam penelitian ini dapat menciptakan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mendeteksi kata kerja pada kalimat.     Intelligence Quotient (Iq) as a Predictor of Reading Comprehension and Writing Achievement of Efl Learners

    This study aimed at investigating Intelligent Quotient (IQ) as a predictor of reading comprehension and writing achievement as well as to correlate the students\u27 reading comprehension with their writing achievement. The participant of the study were 32 senior high school Indonesian students. There are three instruments used in this study, those are IQ test, reading comprehension test, and writing test. Upon obtaining the whole data needed, Pearson Product Moment formula was employed to determine the correlation of IQ with reading comprehension and writing achievement as well as reading comprehension with writing achievement. The result of this study revealed that IQ made significant contribution in predicting reading comprehension (23.42%) and writing achievement (16.08%). In addition, the correlation coefficient of reading comprehension and writing achievement shows that they are moderately correlated (r=.587), meaning that reading comprehension contributes as many as 34.45% to writing achievement

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi harga bawang merah di Sumatera Utara, menganalisis pola data harga bawang merah berdasarkan data harga bawang merah bulanan di Sumatera Utara dan menentukan metode peramalan terbaik untuk meramal harga bawang merah berdasarkan data harga bawang merah bulanan. di Sumatera Utara. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, plot data, autokorelasi dan metode peramalan data time series (double exponential smoothing holt, regresi linier sederhana, exponential Growth dan ARIMA (0,1,1)). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pertambahan jumlah penduduk dan harga bawang merah sebelumnya di Sumatera Utara memiliki pengaruh yang nyata terhadap harga bawang merah di Sumatera Utara, nilai tukar Rupiah terhadap USD dan dummy hari besar keagamaan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap harga bawang merah di Sumatera Utara. Pola data harga bawang merah di Sumatera Utara memiliki pola data Tren meningkat yang berfluktuatif. Dan metode peramalan harga bawang merah yang paling baik digunakan di Sumatera Utara adalah metode peramalan ARIMA dengan model ARIMA (0,1,1)

    Background. Type 1 iodothyronine deiodinase (D1) is selenodeiodinase whichplays a role in activation of thyroid hormones into T3 form and deactivation intoreverse T3 (rT3) form. D1 provides T3 hormone during euthyroid conditions. Singlenucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in D1 gene associated with thyroid hormonelevels in the body. Objective. This study aims to determine gene polymorphism ofD1-C/T and D1-A/G and analyze its effect on thyroid hormone (fT3 and fT4) levelsin reproductive age women in IDD (Iodine Deficiency Disorder) endemic areas.Method. Total of subjects were 131 women in Samigaluh Subdistrict, Kulon ProgoDistrict, Yogyakarta. Level of thyroid hormone and polymorphism of D1 were analyzedusing ELISA (Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay) and PCR-RFLP (PolymeraseChain Reaction-Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism) respectively. Result.The results showed that all subjects are euthyroid with average level of fT3 2.11± 0.43 pg/ml and fT4 1.24 ± 0.26 ng/dl (normal range of fT3 = 1.4 – 4.2 pg/ml;fT4 = 0.8 - 2 ng/dl). Polymorphisms found in D1-C/T gene with genotype frequencyof CC are 68.7%, CT are 27.5% and TT are 3.8%, with the frequency of allele Cand T are 82.4% and 17.6% respectively. Polymorphisms in D1-C/T did not affectfT3 and fT4 level (P >0.05). While D1-A/G gene did not reveal any polymorphisms,consist of homozygous AA (100%). The subject is in ideal population in accordancewith The Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium Model, where allel and genotype frequenciesin population will remain constant from generation to generation.Conclusion.Polymorphisms in D1-C/T did not affect fT3 and fT4 level. Polymorphisms in D1-C/Tdid not found in D1-A/G gene. Genotipe of D1-A/G gene in all subject was homogen,which is AA homozigot

    ABSRACT Iodine Deficiency Disorder (IDD) is still a public health problem in Indonesia. Salt iodization was one of IDD prevention programme to prevent IDD, however the national coverage for iodized salt is still less than 90%. Alternative solution to solve IDD elimination is needed to find a better iodine sources. One of nutrient rich source from the sea that was developed to improve the nutritional status is Spirulina sp. Spirulina has high bioavailability due to the simple structure of the cell wall, so that the nutrients contained iodine will be more easily absorbed by the body. The aim of this research was to describe the effect of Spirulina sp to free T4 and thyroglobulin level in women of child bearing age in Kalibawang Kulon Progo regency. This is an experimental study using double blind randomized control trial (RCT). Subjects are euthyroid child bearing woman (18-40 years old), with TSH levels of 3 to 6.2 μIU/L. They were divided into 2 groups with subjects in control group were given placebo while the treatment group were given Spirulina sp (1 gr/day) for 3 months. Serum for free T4 and thyroglobulin was analysed using ELISA. The results showed that there were significant changes in free T4 level in both groups after intervention (P <0.05), but there were no significant differences between the two groups at the beginning and end of treatment (P> 0.05) in thyroglobulin. The intervention using Spirulina sp has potential effect to increase free T4 level, however it did not effect thyroglobulin level

    Indonesia merupakan negara yang kaya akan budaya dan sumber daya alam, akan tetapi kesadaran masyarakat itu sendiri masih kurang untuk mengolah kekayaan tersebut karena berbagai faktor, salah satunya karena persaingan yang cukup ketat dengan produk budaya luar negeri.Teknik pattern merupakan hal yang sudah tidak terlalu asing lagi bagi masyarakat di Indonesia, teknik ini lebih sering dikenal dengan sebutan batik. Perancangan audio visual sebagai visualisasi lagu daerah Jawa Timur merupakan proyek yang menitik beratkan pada penggabungan antara video musik dengan teknik pattern yang terbilang masih baru. Maka dari itu di pilihlah lagu “Cublak – Cublak Suweng” dan “Tanduk Majeng” dari daerah Jawa Timur karena kedua lagu tersebut cukup dikenali dan menarik perhatian. Sesuai dengan makna yang terkandung dalam kedua lagu tersebut maka konsep perancangannya mengacu pada hal-hal yang bernuansa kehidupan di daerah Jawa Timur
