    Proses produksi pembuatan desain packaging sering mengalami kendala pada saat terjadi proses desain produk reject, maka tidak bisa diperbaiki ataupun daur ulang untuk dipakai kembali, dengan kata lain dalam dunia printing tube produk menghasilkan cukup banyak reject. Maka dengan adanya rancangan penyusunan perbaikan kualitas ini diharapkan mampu membuat proses produksi menjadi lebih lancar dan mampu mengurangi jumlah produk reject yang diakibatkan oleh printing cold stamping. Dalam eksperimen percobaan maka mendapatkan komposisi glue dengan zat adictive dengan faktor A(zat aditive) tinggi yaitu 10% dan faktor B(jumlah glue) tinggi yaitu 200gr dapat mempengaruhi kualitas produk printing cold stamping ponds mens light oil clear mengalami penurunan angka reject dari 12,3% pada bulan november 2019 menjadi 5,5% pada bulan juni 2020

    In early 2020, COVID-19 was present and changed the socio-economic order of the community. All sectors were affected as well as industrial sectors for both manufacturing and services. The business' operation has changed to comply with health protocols to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. The impacts of the COVID-19 in the industry identified in this study were decreased income, supply chain disruption, the onset of free time at work, and implementation of health protocols. This impact caused changes in activities in the form of reduced working hours, reduction of workers, material and process efficiency, increased lead time and delays in distribution, physical distancing, activities to prevent exposure to COVID-19, disinfection activities in companies, early detection of COVID-19, and increased employee immunity. Strategies that can be carried out are building a commitment to maintaining discipline in implementing health protocols, utilizing digital technology (internet of things) to expand the market, and implementing a lean strategy to achieve efficiency or save resources

    Layout is one of the most important things in a company in designing the needs and facilities that support a business and production process. The purpose of this study was to make a facility layout plan for the trolley assembly practicum at the Production and Manufacturing Systems Laboratory, Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang. The method used in this study uses the blocplan algorithm analysis method. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, making part drawings and operation process charts are used to obtain an accurate and unambiguous description of the geometric features of a component and obtain an overview of the plant layout requirements obtained based on the needs of raw materials, machines, and the efficiency of each operating process and examination, while activity relationship chart analysis, blocplan algorithm analysis and area allocation diagram analysis were used to determine a detailed description or layout template for factory facilities in the hope of optimizing productivity and reducing company losses
